The numbers say H-1Bs raise wages, boost patents, and drive productivity. The story is that H-1Bs aren’t just “workers”—they’re engines of innovation. They're the strivers who crossed the ocean, and brought their fresh new ideas with them.

The H-1B supporters don’t want real Americans to invade their space. Imagine how we feel with H-1Bs invading our country!

Comedian Hasan Minhaj sets up H-1B as “corporate tech vs nativist MAGA,” goes after Steve Bannon and Natalie Winters and pushes the line that opposing H-1Bs isn’t about wages or jobs, it’s about culture and “heritage American” preference over merit.

JENKS: Yes, new H-1Bs from abroad are down because of the $100K fee. But companies are backfilling with foreign workers and students already here, so there’s no real drop in total H-1B visas.

WINTERS: To say opposition to H-1Bs, which depress American wages, is rooted in white nationalism is absurd. America doesn’t have a white nationalism problem. If anything, we have an Indian nationalism problem, 70% of H-1Bs go to India, illegal immigration is from Mexico, and most student visas go to Chinese nationals. This is about defending American workers. Natalie Winters

EXPOSED: T-Mobile paid out $81.5 million in salaries to Foreigners in 2025 alone. If you’re in Collin County Texas, you’ve seen your city completely change - you probably feel like a minority in your local Costco. Not only is T-Mobile raising prices on consumers after promising not to with Price Lock while the Executives are making the most money they’ve made in their lives, but T-Mobile is also hiring foreigners for jobs that Americans can do while also laying off Americans. T-Mobile paid out $81,517,687.06 in salaries to H-1B employees. T-Mobile employed 549 H-1Bs, 68 of those visas have now been withdrawn which most likely means the employee left the company. 🚨 LMAO! The Indian government COMPLAINED when President Trump increased vetting on H-1Bs, saying 47 was “STRANDING” Indians IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY some months back Now, the Trump admin is pausing ALL immigrant visas applications. Not just H-1Bs. What now? 🤣

JENKS: Congress never authorized OPT. Trump could end it with the stroke of a pen. The proposed $100,000 OPT fee won’t work. This isn’t about who can pay more. It’s about putting Americans to work. OPT leads to H-1Bs, then green cards. Foreign workers occupy those jobs permanently. It’s got to stop.

BRAT: We made big press in India a few weeks ago. 72% of H-1B visas worldwide come from India, only 12% from China. Of those, 220,000 H-1Bs are coming from one district, one processing center in Madras. That’s three times the legal congressional cap. Dave Brat

.Karoline Leavitt on H-1Bs: President Trump does NOT support American workers being replaced. He has a nuanced, commonsense approach — after those factories are up and running and workers are trained, these companies better be hiring American workers.

Let’s be honest: American backlash against Indian H-1B holders didn’t start with racism- it started with years of H-1B abuse in IT outsourcing: lottery flooding, wage suppression, and job displacement. Pres. Donald J. Trump is targeting the abuse, NOT the Indian-American community. Fixing the system protects legitimate H-1Bs- doctors, innovators & those bringing genuine skilled talent to the US.

WINTERS: The “best and brightest” is a scam. 87% of H-1Bs are in the lowest wage tiers, 52% Level 1, 30% Level 2, just 6% top tier. Over half of STEM jobs go to foreign-born workers. OPT exploded from 24K to 194K. H-1Bs hit 780,884, up 1100%. This is replacement, not merit. Natalie Winters
