So I haven’t done conventional deadlifts in a long time because I could never get my form right and got mad at myself. Nothing new right. 🤦‍♀️ I think I get it but then I don’t. I’ve worked with the trainer, watched hours of videos, taken advice here and there but for some reason my mind and body don’t connect. I feel like I’m squatting too much here but I’m going to master these on this reset. So please in a kind way hit me with advice. 🫣Also this grip works better with my left side issues. 🙃

Never joined the IDF even tho im from Israel. I had the opportunity to not take part in it due to disabilities, so i took it and now I focus on creating. I'm only here to have fun and make people smile a bit. I guess so do you since you're also doing content creation. And it had become more and more difficult for me to motivate myself to continue making videos with everything that been going on in the world and the country right now. The birthday that stuck with me the most was my 7th. I wanted a skateboard so badly back then. Really badly. I saw it, but it was very expensive and also quite dangerous. I had seen it in a sports store and thought, Oh, I would love to have that so much. And my mum, it cost around 80€. Mum ended up surprising me not only with the skateboard but also with the case, I was like, “I can’t believe it!” But really, the case cost another 10€, I was over the moon. I’ll never forget that birthday. Not bc of the gifts themselves, but bc of that feeling of attention and care. My mum worked a lot back then, but she didn’t earn much. #zeudiners

#SEONGHWA showing his birthday MD 🩶 ⭐️: I brought the real thing. I already uploaded it on Instagram, so some of you may have already seen it but still… this is its case and the ring—no, I mean the necklace (last year’s MD)—I made it to feel like a matching set with that case. This is is how it sits inside the case and outside ‘Seonghwa’ is written in Hanja characters. You can wear it on whichever hand you prefer and also since this is an open ring, it’s adjustable. It’s a bit big for me, but it’s the standard size, was it size 12…? It’s pretty, right? You can wear it comfortably, without any pressure. It’s actually a bit thinner than expected, so I think it’ll be really easy to wear. If you have thin fingers, you can tighten it slightly and wear it—oh, it doesn’t fit me now, maybe I tightened it too much. And for those with thicker fingers, you can also adjust it to fit. This here is a star and this is my birthstone, a diamond.. originally the design I made had two stars. The idea was to symbolize the meeting of two stars—Seonghwa’s star and ATINY’s star. But the design didn’t… look right, so I changed it to my birthstone instead. At first, I considered using topaz since it’s ATINY’s stone, but since there are two other members in the team with the same birthstone, I decided to just go with mine. And this here… do you call it a tray? Yeah, it’s a tray. I feel like I’ve become a jewelry shop owner rather than a food truck owner right now ㅎㅎ Anyway, this is a tray, and.. the quality is really good, I was honestly surprised. It has a bit of weight to it… not enough to work out with, but still, it’s got some. I also incorporated my star symbol into it. The reason I added this tray is so you can place the ring and necklace together like this, as a set. You can put them here when you take them off after wearing them. I thought it would look really nice that way, so I gave it a try. I’m very satisfied! 😊 #성화

Baekhyun who's always working so hard and try as hard possible to not let it show even when he's in pain.... you've worked so hard bby ☹️ 🐶: My cold just won't get better... so i just started coughing, and took some medicine the day before the Newark concert. Maybe it's because i didn't eat much and took the medicine, but the antibiotics have hurt my stomach and intestines, so now i have enteritis... actually, during the Newark concert too, i had a severe enteritis. Right after i performed 'Young', my whole body convulsed... because the dehydration was so severe, so i really had to grit my teeth during the Newark concert to keep performing, trying my best to not let it show, and then i collapsed right after the show. The day after the Newark concert, i just arrived in Chicago yesterday and i felt a cold shiver through my whole body. So, i thought, "Wah.. what is this?" and told my symptoms. It's the day of the Chicago concert, and i couldn't even try the Chicago pizza yet.... it's really so gloomy right now... i hope my body doesn't convulse. Because i had symptoms of dehydration, the more i use my muscles- breathing muscles are muscles too, right? So, i couldn't feel my breath reach the end of my stomach.... i should've done better at the Newark concert, ah.... i wasn't very satisfied with it. I shouldn't be like that today, so i'm going to drink as much water as possible and eat some bananas too. Chicago pizza.... i really want to eat it... it's such shame... i think i would gain some strength if i eat that. I need to get well soon and show Eris a good performance! That's what i'm thinking about... fighting!

Updated my football sim with proper 3D rigged models, replacing the basic geometric models I had before. Had to get alot of the code refactored and still have issues with movement and direction of the players but on the right track! Only using a running animation for now, will update with others such as passing and shooting etc. Also had to simplify the stadium and lighting as it was causing performance issues - massively so on Mobile, but should be better now. Give it a play if you like!

Pawfect Scent with DUNK #DrChoicexDUNK 🌻: i’m feeling better now everyone …don’t worry don’t wưory. so the thing is i just came back from the fmt in Guangzhou. it seems like i had food poisoning or some food issue. i haven’t shared the details before but i vomited 6 times within one hour. cause of that the blood vessels in my eyes and on my face burst / became visible from the pressure. so my eyes and face turned red. but after resting for about 2 days i got better. there are still some red marks left though. but it doesn’t hurt and today it’s already better - much better now. yesterday it was still very red but today it’s better probably cause i finally got enough sleep.

I woke up extra early today, made some hot chocolate and got to coding right away for the first update! :D The head size slider works a lot better with the physics than I had expected! :D There's no lag and the colliders still work!! Yay! ...But I think the range is a little too much?😅Do I lower it or would you guys be okay with having so much power?

$this is now a much more accurate representation of the space and it still holds that GPT-5.4 is a bit more explorative it's now based on kamada–kawai layout instead of the default spring layout, and there are much more nodes and edges than before (still need to optimize it tho) but it's not close to all nodes or edges in the neighborhood, still only a tiny fraction the fuzzball is very dense$
