“The last time that we were touring and stuff, I think touring is quite an isolating experience. And on top of that, when we started touring, it was 2021, so it was kind of like still depths of the pandemic. We were like one of the first tours to go back out. So I think that tour started in that way where it was like, I was really bubbled up even kind of within the tour. And then staying on that tour, we put an album out and it ended up being like two and a half years type time. It's just a long time to be in like a bubble where you're not really spending that much time like in the world around you, other than shows and hotels and stuff. 🦊 i finished wrapping up first my solo recently and as words from people around me started influencing me, it really stressed me out and it really started swaying my identity as a person…i was really burnt out for 3 months 🦊 i used to be someone that told people everything when i was going through a hard time like “i’m going through a tough time right now” but i don’t know when it started, but i couldn’t get myself to tell people around me anymore 👤 i wonder why? was it out of consideration for them? 🦊 that could be why…and i also felt like i needed to learn how to overcome things myself 🦊 i didn’t say anything to anyone and was going through it myself…then i thought about namjoon hyung so i went to him and asked him a lot of questions and one of the things he said to me was that he hopes i face the things that make me uncomfortable 🦊 i had conflicts with soobin and we had awkward phases but i wanted to erase all of these things one by one and i feel like there were also a lot of things that i had been misunderstanding, coming to think of it now…so i went up to soobin first and said “hey, let’s go get a drink”

During maestro era, I kept having trouble getting into places and things like that. So if you look at my BE@RBRICK, there’s a heart mark on it. I was actually planning to have shoulder surgery. And when I came back after rehabilitation, I was planning it so that if I danced or did anything, there wouldn’t be any problems in daily life. Then I ended up going to yoga for corrective treatment. Since it was correction, I kept going consistently, I think for over a year and a half. But it’s not really yoga, for me, it’s more like correction. While doing that and trying to workout, my shoulder gradually started getting better! Also, when I first went for the correction, I could really feel that my pelvis was misaligned. So as I corrected that, my shoulder also started improving. And as my shoulder kept getting better and better, I thought I don’t think I need surgery anymore
