Those are actually pretty rare! normally because its so easy to brush in the front and even regular eating cleans it pretty good! That being said normally we see these in either people who drink alot of sugary beverages, dental neglect, and drug use (not saying he does)

Some of us have struggles that you will absolutely NEVER understand. Maybe instead of judging this person show appreciation for the amazing dentistry that is being performed here... Just a thought

That is sad man, I have bad teeth genetics and my dad did too and at 33 I have had sooo many back teeth break and either need a root canal or now I need partial dentures. this little procedure probably cost this man at least 1500 unless he had good insurance too!
