So much about increasing my function and staying within the 'energy envelope' has been small changes in how I do everyday things. The biggest accidental discovery was that I could use a cutting board in bed and then do most of my deep fascial releases and muscle activation movements...

Gemini 2.5 Flash demolishes my Galton Board test, I could not get 4omini, 4o mini high, or 03 to produce this. I found that Gemini 2.5 Flash understands my intents almost instantly, code produced is tight and neat. The prompt is a merging of various steps. It took me 5 steps to achieve this in Gemini 2.5 Flash, I gave up on OpenAI models after about half an hour. My iterations are obviously not exact. But people can test with this one prompt for more objective comparison. Please try this prompt on your end to confirm: -------------------------------------------------- Create a self-contained HTML file for a Galton board simulation using client-side JavaScript and a 2D physics engine (like Matter.js, included via CDN). The simulation should be rendered on an HTML5 canvas and meet the following criteria: 1. **Single File:** All necessary HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code must be within this single `.html` file. 2. **Canvas Size:** The overall simulation area (canvas) should be reasonably sized to fit on a standard screen without requiring extensive scrolling or zooming (e.g., around 500x700 pixels). 3. **Physics:** Utilize a 2D rigid body physics engine for realistic ball-peg and ball-wall interactions. 4. **Obstacles (Pegs):** Create static, circular pegs arranged in full-width horizontal rows extending across the usable width of the board (not just a triangle). The pegs should be small enough and spaced appropriately for balls to navigate and bounce between them. 5. **Containment:** * Include static, sufficiently thick side walls and a ground at the bottom to contain the balls within the board. * Implement *physical* static dividers between the collection bins at the bottom. These dividers must be thick enough to prevent balls from passing through them, ensuring accurate accumulation in each bin. 6. **Ball Dropping:** Balls should be dropped from a controlled, narrow area near the horizontal center at the top of the board to ensure they enter the peg field consistently. 7. **Bins:** The collection area at the bottom should be divided into distinct bins by the physical dividers. The height of the bins should be sufficient to clearly visualize the accumulation of balls. 8. **Visualization:** Use a high-contrast color scheme to clearly distinguish between elements. Specifically, use yellow for the structural elements (walls, top guides, physical bin dividers, ground), a contrasting color (like red) for the pegs, and a highly contrasting color (like dark grey or black) for the balls. 9. **Demonstration:** The simulation should visually demonstrate the formation of the normal (or binomial) distribution as multiple balls fall through the pegs and collect in the bins. Ensure the physics parameters (restitution, friction, density) and ball drop rate are tuned for a smooth and clear demonstration of the distribution. #OpenAI Sam Altman Greg Brockman AshutoshShrivastava Aidan McLaughlin

So, I'm just just going to go ahead and say what a lot of people are already thinking about or are already in agreement with (due to their own first-hand experiences) in saying that, ever since the unfortunate passing of the late Akira Toriyama, the torch of his memory which SHOULD’VE been handled with honor, now feels like it has been dropped by the very company who was entrusted with preserving his legacy. I love Dragon Ball. I have been a fan of this franchise for over 25 years. I have poured my time, my money and a large part of my life into this franchise. Dragon Ball has given me more than I could possibly begin to express or put into words. My passion and my love for Dragon Ball is real. But to me, I think that the heads of the Dragon Ball IP and the executives who call the shots have done nothing but stagnate this franchise into the void because within recent years, they have done nothing provide us with a clear and transparent roadmap to look forward to. There have been no new updates or developments leading up to the return of the Dragon Ball Super Manga and the next major arc to unfold within it. Which speaking of “New DBS Arcs”, they introduced Black Frieza for the very first time (from literally out of nowhere, mind you) which happened 3 YEARS AGO, in watching him close out the Granolah Arc, only to NEVER BE SEEN or heard from by anyone, ever again with the exception of cover art. The Dragon Ball Super Anime was abandoned in March 2018 (Yes, abandoned - don’t try and insulate otherwise). Dragon Ball Daima ended (with the English dub ending soon). The Super Dragon Ball Heroes Anime and Manga were both shit-canned and have ended. Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero was 3 years ago. Dragon Ball Super: Broly was almost 7 years ago. Battle of Gods and Resurrection F are both 10+ years old. The games are currently carrying the IP forward, but to what extent? The list goes on. And You know EXACTLY what I’m talking about as well because everyone has felt it and everyone can see it. The company behind this franchise and the figureheads who sit in charge of having to oversee it, are clueless, indecisive and directionless. There are NO EXCUSES behind their inconsistency, no matter how badly someone tries to tell you otherwise. I love Dragon Ball, and I'm pretty certain that YOU do as well. Dragon Ball deserves so much better. The fans deserve so much better. And Akira Toriyama’s legacy deserves to be highlighted for what it’s done and for what it’s grown into, and not simply kept frozen within corporate indecision, incompetence and greed. Just my two cents on the matter.

Jaylen Brown says being vegan for 2 years helped him learn what his body needed to perform at an elite level in the NBA “In college, I was vegetarian for about a year and a half. Then I thought, let me take it to the next step and go vegan. I was vegan for about two years. I'm open to trying different things and seeing how my body feels. I'm not saying everybody should do one thing. Everybody's body is different. Do what makes you feel right, and your body will tell you. I'm not vegan anymore” “I've since transitioned my diet to other things. I wanted to bulk up, and I've gained a lot of weight. I'm like 240 pounds right now, and that's what's needed for me to win a championship. I'll probably get back to veganism at some point in my life” "It was great though, honestly. I lost some weight. I got skinnier, but I was very fast. I was running very fast, but I was able to think very, very clearly. That just shows there's so much processed stuff in our food. Sometimes our body, instead of being able to use our energy to do other things, has to process the negatives and toxins that are embedded into our food. The sugars, the heavy metals, all these different weird ingredients. They are poisoning us, and sometimes our body has to use so much energy just to break the food down that it doesn't have the energy to actually go out and manifest and do things. Sometimes what you eat can be slowing you down” “That could be the life changing decision, the difference between an idea working and not working. Your eating habits. Discipline is very key. It sounds like something small, but some of the smallest decisions have the biggest results”
