To be fair preparing CVs and writing cover letters are not soft skills! And as an employer (sometimes 😂) I find that some of the latest hires I have done are some of the hardest and diligent employees ever. Globally competitive as well. Just saying

She’s not entirely wrong. Some graduates are unemployable. You remember them from uni—the ones who could barely manage presentations, scraped through with the minimum. Some never even collected their degrees or applied for a job. Their CVs are a mess, if they even exist. Sad tbh
