The contact that resulted in a post-practice penalty for Alex Dunne 🫣 He receives a three-place grid drop for both races in Barcelona, and is now set to serve two separate grid penalties in the Sprint Race, with a 10-place drop carried over from Monaco #F2 #SpanishGP

One of the most important attributes in team sports Rapid accel-decel laterally in small spaces 5 of my favs for this: 1. Lateral to pogo to sprint 2. Lateral to back leg to sprint 3. “Pulsing,” sprint start 4. Lateral (forward facing) jump to sprint 5. Shuffle to sprint

Someone approached me at the gym yesterday to check their sprint form. The majority of her sprint training is completed on the curve treadmill. This video shows why I’m not a fan of the curve treadmill for sprint training.

Sprint training will never be the same again. You can now use AI to analyse running your technique using a mobile phone. We have taken the best coaching eye’s in sprint and movement training and then downloaded them into the @speedsolutions_ Dashboard.

🟢 It's fair to say Fernando is the unluckiest driver on the grid I've compiled the onboards from the T1 incident during the Sprint. In my opinion no drivers are 100% accountable for the incident and is a racing incident. What a crap start to the weekend

My opinion on Tour de France Champs Elysees route change with adding Montmartre climb is clear… The last stage of the Tour de France is one of the most watched days of cycling for non-usual cycling viewers, if not the most. And you simply can’t have there a race where all you need is to watch the last 500 metres to know the results. And you also don’t want "unknown" riders like Groenewegen vs. Meeus to battle for the win. You want the biggest stars attacking there and battling for the win. Yes, it still might end in a sprint, but at least it won’t be 100% certain. Because the breakaway there didn’t succeed for 20 years now. Simply Paris and the Tour couldn’t refuse an opportunity to have one of the most beautiful races in one of the most watched cycling days of the year, instead of a regular boring race. And I am happy they did it. 🇫🇷❤️ #TDF2025

Seventh place for Mauri Vansevenant - his second at this race - after a strong sprint in the final 200 meters of #AGR26! 💪 A good day for the Belgian and our team at one of the longest races of the season!

Qualifying has begun at Long Beach. From earlier: Romain Grosjean was in the car as it was being pulled to the grid after repairs (usually driver isn’t in the car but they were cutting it close).
