So pensive with the raspberry. Because we really need more clips of #MeghanMarkle eating. How many outfits can one wear to eat jam? Again, this does not give quiet luxury, or aspirational lifestyle, or even yummy jam. It’s try hard generic dated influencer that nobody can relate to. Gas... show more

‼️ Only 7 days left until Ramadan ‼️ We ask God to give us the strength to fast, but the truth is harder than it sounds. We struggle with even the simplest things — cooking food. We cook over burning leaves and choking smoke, and with fasting, this will be unbearable. We only need a gas cylinder and stove to prepare simple meals during Ramadan. This is not a luxury… it’s the bare minimum of life. If these words reached you, please don’t scroll past in silence — even a dot 🍉 can make a difference.

I’m curious. What is #MeghanMarkle selling? There isn’t one drop of #asever branding in this little vanity clip. She’s drinking what could be tea, but who knows. Maybe it’s brown liquor. Her marketing and branding is a joke-if you didn’t know who she was, you’d have no idea what this is selling. The outfit? She must be in charge of marketing, there’s no other explanation as to why it’s so bad. That’s been the ongoing theme with this brands it’s not cohesive there’s no direction or identity. A complete joke. #MeghanIsTheProblem #MeghanMarkleIsAGrifter

Happy Birthday beautiful 🥹❤️🇺🇸 As an immigrant this day has a very special place in my heart. It’s a good time to remember that America is not a politician, it’s not one set of laws and it’s not just a flag we wave. America is the spirit of the people who call this place home. That spirit is the heart and soul of what makes this country so wonderful. “You can go to live in Germany, but you can't become a German. You can go to live in Japan or Turkey, and you cannot become Japanese or Turkish. But anyone, from any corner of the world, can come to live in the United States and become an American” 🇺🇸

Unbelievable. This is not CG or AI video. This is South Korea. Korea has been invaded. It's unimaginable to Koreans to make this much noise, no matter how big the crowd is, but looking at them gives us a glimpse into our future. Can a clean, orderly, and safe Korea really last any longer? These people don't even have the slightest intention to be quiet or stand in line.

Many people struggle with this “truth” … so many of you are struggling to draw the line, tell the truth … especially if it’s to someone you love or admire. This gentleman and many more in line at #veecon spoke on their inability to deliver a pushback .. I know it’s hard but candor when done kindly is a gift and it shouldn’t be confused with being angry or mean …

I don’t need perfect words or grand solutions right now. I just need you near, arms wrapped around me, hearts slowing together, reminding us that we are not alone in this. Healing is not always in advice or reasoning. Sometimes it lives in a quiet embrace that says I am here and I am not leaving. So hold me until the weight softens, until the chaos eases, until we remember that love is meant to be refuge. With you, even the hardest moments become bearable, even the nights of fear and doubt feel like we can survive them, together.

There’s not too many desserts that can help you get fat adapted and/or not beat your blood sugar up. This cheesecake fluff is one of them. It’s 1/4 cup heavy cream 2 tablespoons mascarpone 1 tablespoon allulose 1/2 tbs vanilla extract The best thing about this is I don’t love it so much that I need to eat it every day. Once in a while is good enough.

A certain locations, KFC is offering all you can eat buffets The price is $12.99 for the lunch buffet and typically includes a drink with promotions This is not Making America Healthy Again Around 22 locations offer this nationwide and they offer almost the full menu. Unlimited fried chicken (original, crispy, grilled) and basically all their basic sides States with the most of these locations are North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Kentucky, Oklahoma, and Missouri Interesting but you shouldn’t be eating this. Make America Healthy Again We need to Make America Healthy Again, not be a country with all you can eat KFC buffet

BREAKING NEWS FROM CBD !!! I am just wondering who is the owner of this snake that was killed yesterday evening around 7:00 pm in the CBD near Kencom by our “Chambes,” the street boys? This is not a small lizard from ushago, my people. This is a proper snake. Now the big question is: how do you tame an animal this big and KWS does not know about it? Or are we now keeping snakes in bedsitters like pets? First, my condolences to the owner loss is loss. But again, why keep such a reptile in the middle of CBD? Ama ndio ilikuwa inachunga biashara ? If anyone knows the owner of this snake, kindly let us know so that we can visit his premises and confirm how many more snakes are still remaining. Nairobi residents deserve to know whether we are sharing the city with humans only or humans and reptiles. Anyway help me locate the owner!

no but beomgyu really suits a mystery show so well i’m so happy he got to be a part of one 🥹 people usually know him for his loud/playful self (and we LOVE that), but also one of my favorite things about him is how incredibly smart and reliable he is whenever strategy or deduction is involved and that’s so attractive. he’s really observant, asks such clever and thoughtful questions (like we saw in the pixid impostor game), notices details that others might miss, and knows how to read the room. and i remember how he even would go viral in shows like sumbakkokjil or to-do’s better watch out because of how calm, reserved, and strategic he was. he REALLY locks in and i love getting seeing this more analytical side of him. i’m really looking forward to seeing more people appreciate this side of him too 🥹

It’s not looking like “Canada Strong” is going to make America Great Again. Carney could have taken an entirely different route over this last year while he’s been in office, but instead he told the world almost weekly that we don’t need the U.S. Well we may find out soon just how much we actually do. All we can hope is that Trump is doing what he regularly does, saying things as to get things to move along.

If anyone tells you that you need to cut out carbs to lose weight… Run and never listen to anything that person says again I’ve gotten to single digit body fat numerous times while eating 2-4 slices of sourdough bread and 1-2 bagels every day every prep Here’s how I do it and how my clients do it too: -We either track macros or build a meal plan around their lifestyle and schedule -We build meals around foods we enjoy If I make you eat fish and broccoli, and you fucking hate fish and broccoli…I’m setting you up for failure right off the get go. Would never make any client eat something they despise when there are so many good, clean foods out there to eat to get us the results we’re after -We stay in a slight calorie deficit without starving ourselves -IF our schedule allows it, we always try to move more or increase cardio before dropping food to keep food as high as possible for as long as possible More food = more fuel = better training sessions = helps preserve and or build muscle = better metabolism long term - We train hard, lift heavy as fuck, and stay consistent because we’re not burned out or miserable with our food Bread or carbs didn’t make you fat and DOES NOT make you fat Being inconsistent and over eating is what did If you keep jumping from diet to diet, cutting more and more food to “get results”… You’ll never stay lean Because you’ll never stick with it long enough for it to work because you’ll feel like death from not eating enough But when you learn how to lose fat the right way with structure, flexibility, and a plan that fits your life… You stop starting over and hating the process while getting lean eating the foods you actually enjoy eating On top of looking AND feeling better There’s a right way and there’s a wrong way If you wanna see how it’s done the right way, shoot me a message and I’ll show you how my team can help you as well

A foreigner is seen just sitting in his car with his foot pressing the gas peddle to the floor while parked An American rushes over to warn him, worried he’s going to blow his car up Many of the immigrants imported under the Biden Admin came from countries where only about 10% of the people know how to drive a car So this many may not know how to operate a car With modern cars it’s unlikely the car would blow up but this would definitely cause a lot of wear The man seems very old, it’s possible he’s so old he doesn’t realize he’s pressing the gas Looking at the man in the car, he seems almost old enough to enter the US Senate

Some of the best flying you’ll ever do. Hands down! Air refueling. The US military has a unique talent that no other nation can claim. We can go anywhere at anytime, in massive numbers. Think about that. No other country can do what we do! That’s a tremendous “force multiplier.” (That is, a factor or tool that dramatically increases the effectiveness, output, or impact of a team). It’s finger-touch flying for the receiving pilot. It’s a workout! In bigger airplanes, getting the gas you need requires 30 minutes plus “hanging on the boom.” No autopilot. Most often, you absolutely have to have the gas or divert to another location for gas. When you’re hauling the SEALs or DELTA into harms way, that is simply NOT an option. Plus, NOBODY wants to make that “walk of shame” back in the hallways of the squadron.🤣 My personal record is 46 minutes on the boom in moderate turbulence. I felt like I’d survived a round with Mike Tyson.🤣
