So sad, but all too true!

I work in retail and this is not a lie or uncommon. I had a kid who blew off his weekend shifts because he had a soccer tournament. When I wrote him up for the no call/no show, his response was “but it was school soccer so I’m excused from working.” I can’t wait to retire.

"... I thought that was just an estimate." 😆

She's going to love when gen alpha doesn't know what the number nine is, doesn't know how to tell time either, and the text she receives says, "I quit batch" because talk to text messed up and didn't notice batch isn't bitch since they're illiterate anyway.

this is an act. "Can you start my hours when my mom gets ready"? come on, now.🙄 BS

I had an AT&T Gen Z salesman come to my door, I let him in bc I actually wanted Fiber. He proceeds to sit on my couch, kick his shoes off (feet smelled like shit) and then take a personal call for the next two mins while he’s on MY COUCH.. I told him to get the fuck out

This HAS to be FAKE! or (if not) She NEEDS to get fired! (it will be a life lesson)

🤔😳😢🤦♂️ Good grief, where are the parents to teach these now young adults?!

Adulting is so tough. Generations have done it for centuries. But now it is just too tough.

I miss the 80’s / 90’s

And you don't work here anymore

These satirical dramatizations are fine, and they make a good point. But the real examples usually blow them out of the water. Plenty of room for all. LOL.

Holy crap! Lol.

I would think this ragebait but I saw a video the other day where a woman was crying about losing her dream job because she didn't have the paperwork in to them by their "Preferred Date" (ie. Deadline). Someone needs to teach these kids that "due dates" are not Suggestions IRL.

How did we fail as parents??? I was raised to be 10- 15 minutes EARLY to work or Dr's appointments (anywhere important). I instilled that in my children as well as they grew up. It shows maturity, responsibility, dedication and trust. How are parents not teaching this to the younger generation? Why do these young adults think that the rules don't apply to them and they can just make it up as they go? And the audacity to act like the employer should just change the terms of employment to suit them is beyond me. After this conversation I would have had no choice but to terminate this kid.

I remember that saying young adults we don’t have young adults anymore. We have bastard children and idiot 20-year-olds fucking embarrassing now my mom was never around. She was always working. I had to get myself up and ready for school and that’s when I started at fourth grade

I imagine this is Fake but i actually did interview someone who asked me 'Where do i get my Head down (sleep) on the Nightshifts'?

Who is raising these kids! This kid clearly never did sports because that creates time management skills.

I would have already fired her

If this woman ever goes on a stabbing spree I'm gonna let her go. How she hasn't smacked the shit out of the fools so far is something I wouldn't ask of job

parental FAILURE

I deal with a lady that comes to work late every day and she’s 40. It’s not just the younger generation.

You mean I'm supposed to work at work?

A guy was recently hired at my gym 2 work the opening shift that starts at 5am. Keyword is “opening”. After 2 days he said “I don’t have to do this”. He quit. My question is “what changed?” Did he think the “opening shift” at 5am was just a suggestion? Or that it would change?

Gen Z will be the downfall of society

Gen z are lazy mfs. NGL.

Wtf ,,????

I can't stop laughing! Oh dear oh dear oh dear!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣Sad but true!!

Terrible! So many have no idea of responsibility

these kids are all retarded

OMG!!!

Wow ...cut your losses now...now going to get better..!

lol

Sure hope this is a parody. If not Her Mom taught her well
