So "Special Prosecutor" Robert Cosgrove and Ken Mello presented false information to a grand jury to get Aidan Kearney indicted and they want to continue to cover it up. Robert Cosgrove filed a motion to keep the messages, emails and texts impounded from Michael Morrissey, Kate Peter, Ken Mello,...

For those asking, here is the confirmation that Aidan TurtleBoy Kearney prosecutor Robert Cosgrove objected in open court to providing a redacted copy of Lindsey Gaetani's cellphone extraction (that was turned over unredacted by Brian Tully). Cosgrove claimed that he already redacted the phone, but there is now confirmation that such a redaction never occurred. Furthermore, if Cosgrove has previously redacted the phone, then a redacted copy would exist (and Cosgrove did not say that today in court). In fact, Cosgrove said the opposite and refused to provide a redacted copy of the phone, or to do a redaction at this point in time (if, for whatever reason, that redacted copy no longer exists). Earlier, I reported; NEW; Re-cap of today's Aidan TurtleBoy Kearney hearing, where Prosecutor Robert Cosgrove objected (in open court) to redacting Lindsey Gaetani's cellphone extraction (that was released by Brian Tully) and wherein Cosgrove did not deny Kate Peter is a government agent for Tully. "This is a government agent, Kate Peter, sending them material while she was working for them. I think we should have an evidentiary hearing on this. Let's bring in Ms. Peter, and let's find [these emails between Brian Tully and Kate Peter]," said Kearney's lawyer to Judge Doolin. Cosgrove, despite that allegation being levied multiple times, did not deny the charge. In another strange moment, a USB drive of emails between Brian Tully and Kate Peter was "broken" and Cosgrove did not provide a working USB drive to Kearney and to the court until Wednesday. Robert Cosgrove then claimed that he did not know that the Norfolk DA released a FOIA of his emails in recent days, including material Cosgrove wants to keep secret in Aidan Kearney's case (emails from the Norfolk DA to people like Kate Peter). As a result, Kearney's lawyers will file a motion to bring in Kate MafiaMasshole Peter, Brian Tully, and Ken Mello to Norfolk Superior Court for a hearing related to Peter working as a government agent for Brian Tully (including Peter making videos Tully used at a state grand jury). Lindsey Gaetani's phone extraction was then discussed. Robert Cosgrove objected and refused to provide a redacted copy of the cellphone (and Cosgrove made no sense when he said he previously redacted the phone, which means a redacted copy exists and, for some reason, Cosgrove simply will not turn that redacted copy over to Kearney). For my part, I do not believe Cosgrove ever actually redacted the phone. This is stunning. Brian Tully was the reason the unredacted 15-year extraction was leaked, and Cosgrove won't fix it! The Judge took Gaetani's motion to force the state to redact the cellphone under advisement. Read that motion here - Then, at the end of the hearing, it was alleged that messages from Kate Peter to Michael Proctor were deleted from evidence turned over to Aidan TurtleBoy Kearney's lawyers in his ongoing criminal cases. Kearney's lawyers have a smoking gun because Kate released the deleted evidence on social media! Also, Aidan TurtleBoy Kearney's lawyers are claiming that he has never violated an existing protective order related to Lindsey Gaetani's unredacted cellphone extraction (after 12/24/24). However, in July of 2025, on video, Kearney discussed the contents of the phone. Next date = 9/24/25 at 2PM

Nonsense, Kevin. 1) Ken Mello made a promise that Lindsey Gaetani phone would be redacted before being turned over in discovery. 2) Brian Tully leaked the extraction personally, while Mello was hospitalized, and removed messages from Kate Peter to Lindsey and Tully to Lindsey first. 3) When Robert Cosgrove turned over Kate's emails to Mello and Tully, it took 12 months and Cosgrove billed 20 hours doing redactions. See video 1, attached below. 4) Despite that, Cosgrove hid an email from Aidan Kearney and his defense team, from Kate Peter to Ken Mello on February 14, 2024, specifically telling Mello how to pursue a legal strategy to get Aidan jailed. See image 2, below. 5) That email was only uncovered because Lindsey Gaetani released it. Read more here - 6) Tully lied in his recent affidavit and said Aidan submitted a forged federal document in a copyright dispute with Kate, when, in fact, Kate submitted that forged document. See image 3, attached below. 7) You're covering for Kate because she gave you access, and you compromised yourself a long time ago. 8) Tully, Jen McCabe, Tully and Michael Morrissey all speak directly. 9) Sandra Birchmore's murder was covered up by Brian Tully and John Fanning, I think, and I think Matthew Farwell is cooperating. Read more here - 10) I wish you well, anyway. God bless you and may you find repentance and salvation from Kate's tactics. That MSP unit was bad news, and the world will be better off when the feds indict some of them for the aborchmore coverup. Also, image 4 is a chart. I hope you like charts.

UPDATE🚨🚨: The edited November, 2023, video that PI Kate Peter compiled, at the request of state prosecutors working on the Aidan Kearney cases, for use at the 2023 TurtleBoy grand jury involving Jen McCabe (charges that are still active) has been found! Kate never managed to delete the "secret" link that directly confirms Peter's involvement in the prosecution and investigation of the 2023 TurtleBoy cases (and, in turn, will almost certainly subject Kate to being called to the witness stand by Kearney's defense if those 2023 cases make it to trial). Kate, all the way back in November of 2023, was working directly on the grand jury indictments of her own arch nemesis. Here is a link to the unlisted video (entirely about helping Jen McCabe get charges on Aidan) that was sent by Kate to prosecutor Ken Mello (if Kate takes this link down, much like she took down other pieces of evidence that were submitted to a 2024 grand jury related to Aidan and Lindsey Gaetani, then that would almost guarantee the 2023 cases against Aidan get dismissed (although, at this point, Kate's involvement in those charges may make dismissal a fair accompli) - Earlier Sunday, I reported; It is now confirmed (by one of Kate Peter's own people, who worked himself into a shoot trying to keep up the appearance of being Free Karen Read), that Kate Peter manipulated discovery in the 2023 y cases involving Jen McCabe! Kate will for sure be called as a witness in those remaining cases (and this follows on the news that Kate worked as a PI for a firm retained by Jen McCabe to investigate Karen Read's case, with Yuri Bukhenik, as early as 2023). Kate (in newly leaked emails) even directly asked special Prosecutor Robert Cosgrove and Ken Mello if she could make edits to that discovery (Brian Tully then presented that evidence out of context to the grand jury thanks to Kate's edits), and got approval to do so! That approval, and the editing of discovery, thus elevates Kate from a civilian informant to a member of the prosecution team overseeing Aidan's cases (something that a judge can rule renders Kate, and all the evidence she touched, along with all her Discord servers, all of her phones and phone records, all of her emails, and otherwise, subject to Rule 14, and the exclusionary rule, in Aidan's trial). In short; Kate was elevated to the status of a member of the prosecution team under Rule 14 regarding Aidan's remaining 2023 cases, at Jen McCabe's direction apparently, and this is the smoking gun. I don't think Kate's minion even realized what he just did (as the 2024 cases against Aidan were null prossed because Kate sent Brian Tully two links that Tully used in the 2024 grand jury and, then, Kate deleted the links to prevent Aidan from forcing Kate to the stand as a defense witness at trial. Kate and Tully were also involved with the leak of Lindsey Gaetani's unredacted phone extraction to Kate's informant Jason Broyles, by way of an unwitting Aidan, after Tully removed only messages from Kate to Lindsey and from Tully to Lindsey while that extraction was in MSP custody (Tully didn't redact 15 years of other material, including multiple categories of protected information related to doctors, lawyers and school). Never, ever, take the bait when towel is out fishing. I'm lighting a special towel cigah right now. What a moment.

"If you have the facts and the law on your side, you don't need to pound the table, Mr. Bederow!" Here's my overview as to why Robert Cosgrove stalling for months to get a protective order for Lindsey Gaetani's phone extraction (that Brian Tully leaked, unredacted, after only removing messages from Tully to Lindsey and from PI Kate Peter to Lindsey) is Aidan Kearney's strongest argument for Cosgrove's recusal. I am not a lawyer. This is not legal advice. I am a towel. TRANSCRIPT: Before Ms. Gaetani accused him of intentional misconduct, Mr. Cosgrove successfully fought to prevent the public release of embarrassing and private details from her personal life by seeking broad impoundment and protective orders. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. I don't care if you weren't on the case at that point - you don't get that wrong. I'm sorry, I have to object on fact. Olivia, that is not what happened. Olivia prides herself on a knowledge of the factual record. Olivia, that is not what happened. You wanna know what happened? You want me to lay it out for you? I'll do it. April 2024. Brian Tully, personally --well, Ken Mello is in the hospital-- takes a 15-year unredacted extraction of Lindsey Gaetani's cell phone, compared to Natalie, who was allowed to submit her cell phone to a private company and remove things before Tully got the extraction of Natalie's phone. Ms. Hoity-Toity over there. Fuck your aristocracy, fuck your Hollywood, fuck yourself. Anyway, so Tully, in all his infinite fucking wisdom, removes messages from Kate Peter to Lindsey and from Tully to Lindsey before leaking this extraction while Ken Mello's in the fucking hospital. Then Ken Mello invokes the clawback provision of the discovery rules in Bradl's—like, I'm Tim Bradl. He was being Tim Bradl. As much as I blame Aidan and Tim Bradl for being Aidan and Tim Bradl, they were just proxies here. Folks, Tully was the mastermind and Jason Broyles was the intended recipient so that Broyles could attack Lindsey and myself to get credibility with Turtle Riders, to get close to Aidan so he could feed intel back to Kate and Tully, in my opinion. Anyway, the point is, that's in April. Tully doesn't even return Lindsey's call for like six days and then he's like, eh, meh. Of course he was like, meh, because he's a motherfucker, in my opinion. I mean, not lovingly. So anyway, this motherfucker goes about his business, doesn't give a fuck. Cosgrove doesn't do fucking shit until September of 2024. And he knows it. And everybody knows it. That motherfucker goes into court - oh, I get in a mood about this. That motherfucker goes into court in September of 2024 and fucking writes a handwritten fucking protective order, being like, oh, it's okay if Aiden keeps a copy of the phone and et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. That was in front of Judge Squires Lee. That was the same day that Lindsey got sabotaged at the courthouse by a court clerk...no comment. I love most of those clerks. They're wonderful. I love the court officers. I don't like what happened that day. I don't like it at all. Anyway, so I go in there -- wait a minute, what were we talking about? Oh, right. I think I was watching court that day. I was either watching or there, and Lindsey is there and Tully's -- Cosgrove's there and Bradl's there. And Judge Squires Lee is like, ah, you know, go write the agreement. So Cosgrove and Bradl write it by hand and file it. Fucking bullshit. You know how I -- now I'm not saying Judge Squires Lee did anything wrong. I think the clerk kind of misled her because she was in the bag for Jen McCabe, which is a whole different story. But the point is, so the one thing that Judge Squires Lee did that made me realize that I think she caught on to the fact that the clerks fucked around was that Judge Squires Lee entered an order on the docket permanently allowing Lindsey to file pleadings. So anytime Lindsey could just go in and they'd be like, no - -Lindsey could be like, I have an order from Judge Squires Lee. It was the strangest thing. Anyway, so that kind of-- but I don't really know what to make of all that. Anyway, so it's bullshit though. That is wrong from Bederow. And I'll tell you why: because it wasn't until Lindsey made a motion, okay, about this protective order that Judge Krupp on December 27th, 2024, spanked Brian Tully and Robert Cosgrove and Aiden a little bit. And it was --I'm paraphrasing here, Judge did not say the word motherfucker-- and it was like you motherfuckers. You got to read that three-page order from Judge Krupp from December 27th. You want to say Robert Cosgrove --no, Mr. Bederow-- no. And what's weird is there's no reason to present it this way, okay? Because presenting it the way that is true to the factual record and in the way I just described buttresses your argument that Cosgrove was conflicted because he tried to let the phone extraction go unprotected for months. Hello? Feel like I'm fucking banging my head against the wall sometimes with these fucking lawyers. Sorry, I shouldn't add this coffee, I'm in a mood. The point is, no. That's wrong, factually. And the factual record makes your argument stronger. Oh my god. Oh my god. How can - how can you get it so wrong and hurt your own argument at the same time? If you're gonna get it fucking wrong, get it wrong because the truth hurts your argument. If you have the truth and if you have the facts on your side and the law on your side, you don't have to pound the table. Just state it correctly. Cosgrove sabotaged the attempts to get a protective order on the phone, and five months after the phone was released by Tully --mind you-- Cosgrove is delaying to protect Tully, because Tully edited the extraction because he wanted it to be released right when the first Karen Read trial started, so that all the Turtle Riders would focus on Lindsey. And I'll tell you, there's something to be said here. There's something to be said about how even Bederow doesn't get it. Because Cosgrove doing that—waiting months to do the first bullshit protective order, and then not doing anything to get Judge Krupp to issue a protective order—it was Lindsey who got Judge Krupp to do that. Well, it was Judge Krupp realizing, I think, what had happened. Judge Krupp, when he retires, I want to talk to him about that day. I want to be like, did you—how pissed were you when you realized that Tully did this on purpose? I'm dropping like, oh that went fine. Judge Krupp is a stern judge too. You know what, I'm gonna get on his bad side. If you're on his good side, you might get a smile and a little chuckle. And then he's right into it. If you're on his bad side, he will not let you talk. I love judges like that. All right, let's continue. So it's like, my God, go to federal court. If you get a smile from Judge Talwani, that is like a core memory. I got a smile from Judge Talwani. I just beamed. Now, she did put a court sign on her courtroom being like no loud typing before I got there. So I knew she knew I was coming. It was for the Leslie hearing. But she still smiled at me. But anyway, this is wrong. I just want to tell you that on page 10 of 22, paragraph --second full paragraph, lines one through four-- it's just wrong. And Bederow should make the argument stronger by pointing out that Cosgrove was hostile to Lindsey and therefore had a bias against her long before any of this went down. Cosgrove was protecting Tully and Kate Peter from the beginning. There's a pattern. Cosgrove also hid that email from Kate Peter to Ken Mello. We're going to read it at the end of this. Come on, breathe. Bederow. Is this what all New York Jets fans are like? Aren't you a Patriots fan, motherfucker? I was going to say his life would really suck if he's a Jets fan. But if he's a Pats fan - now I remember he wears Pats sweatshirts. Come on, Mr. Bederow. Think like Tom Brady. His view apparently changed. No, it did not. No, it did not, Mr. Bederow.

JUST IN: After a short hearing in Norfolk Superior Court, it was revealed that Aidan TurtleBoy Kearney is alleging massive interference with his criminal cases by an online troll named Kate MafiaMasshole Peter. Listen to the hearing, in full below. Peter and Kearney used to work together, until 2019, until a bitter falling out (either over money, or over Peter going out on her own to start a new show, depending on who you believe) led to a years-long feud that bubbled in a proxy-sideshow-war related to the Karen Read and John O'Keefe case (and the eventual criminal charges against Kearney). Peter, during the fall of 2023, worked for a Private Investigations firmed tied to a man named Marty Kraft that may be central to Kearney's allegation of interference. A hearing on those matters, and a request to disqualify Special Prosecutor Ken Mello, will be held over the coming months. Also on Monday, the state revealed that 6,000 pages of discovery have been provided to Kearney's team. Protective orders related to the material will remain in force for at least two weeks, although Kearney is asking to lift some of those orders related to Michael Proctor, Jen McCabe and Kate Peter. A protective order related to a leaked copy of Lindsey Gaetani's phone. Brian Tully turned over a full copy of that phone to Kearney's lawyers unredacted, including pictures of Lindsey giving birth, yet for some reason (while the phone was in the possession of the State Police) messages from Tully to Lindsey, and from Kate Peter to Lindsey, were removed from the extraction of Lindsey's phone before that extraction was handed over to Kearney. Why Tully removed those messages, yet turned over naked pictures of Lindsey giving birth to Kearney (on 4/24/24, just days before the first Read trial began), is unclear. During Monday's hearing, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts also confirmed that Kate MafiaMasshole Peter has a direct relationship with State Police Lieutenant Brian Tully (therein strongly implying both Peter, and Tully, were involved in the leak of Lindsey's phone - potentially to distract TurtleBoy's fans from other witnesses in the Read case who have more money than Lindsey, and who have more influence over Tully than Lindsey). Read that protective order here - Peter was, of course, the same person who spread a rumor about Chris and Colin Albert (that went around for years) selling drugs. See video proof here - Whether Chris and Colin Albert, along with Lindsey, were unwittingly used in some kind of scheme to deflect public attention away from other witnesses in the Read case remains unclear. Evidence of that contact was revealed in Norfolk Superior Court today by Prosecutor Robert Cosgrove. Then, lawyers for Kearney alleged in court that Peter leaked the name of a woman who submitted a court document with statements suggesting Peter interfered in the investigation of Kearney. A hearing on the matter may be held in the coming months, although Kearney lawyers alleged Monday that the Commonwealth of Massachusetts has failed to turn over communications from Kate MafiaMasshole Peter to agents of the State Police, and others involved with the Norfolk DA. Some communications from Peter to Prosecutor Ken Mello have been turned over, but new Rule 14 requirements mean Kearney gets more access than last year. Kearney's lawyers also alleged that the person who taped papers to the door of a woman who alleged Kate MafiaMasshole Peter interfered in the investigation of Aidan TurtleBoy Kearney is apparently under investigation for witness interference. It is unclear who put those papers on the woman's door. Kearney also agreed to provide a passcode to his phones that are subject to a TAINT team review. Two other phones belonging to Kearney have already been searched. The next hearing in Kearney's case will be at 2PM ET on Wednesday August 13, 2025.

If you want to understand the Joe FlipperHead, Olivia Lamb, Karen Read and Aidan TurtleBoy Kearney chaos; FlipperHead (a guy named Nick from Philly) got confirmation Aidan recorded Karen Read. Then the recordings leaked. Basically, Olivia works for Aidan as a paralegal, now, but Olivia used to be close to Karen in the past (and Olivia and FlipperHead used to be close, as well, on a personal level). FlipperHead, for his part, is loyal to Olivia and Karen but FlipperHead doesn't like Aidan (much like other people close to Karen). Aidan, in turn, seems to be using Olivia to discredit Flipperhead (potentially without Olivia's permission). VIDEO TRANSCRIPT: [Opening remarks on social media and focus] Grant: [Lindsey Gaetani's] been talking about on social media, but let's get to that second. What I wanna start with—let me find the tab—I wanna start with the developments related to Aidan Kearney and Karen Read, okay? So we're gonna jump right into that, and what I have here is the actual discussion. Now, if you go on my X, you will be able to see the entire transcript. I'm gonna try to scroll with you as the video plays. It's a lot, okay? And then we're gonna do part two as well. So eventually, we're gonna hit part two of the transcript. I'm gonna pause, and we're gonna go to the second video. Now, this discussion—the reason why I wanna go over this—is I was listening to it, and I was like, "Wait a minute, I speak this language that they're all talking. I understand sort of the subtext of all of this, but they weren't really talking on the surface." It's a conversation between somebody named Chris, who Aidan Kearney calls a "koala," somebody named Joe Flipperhead—who's actually named Nick from Philadelphia, who was apparently close to a woman named Olivia Lamb, who is gonna come up in this as well. Now, Olivia Lamb did a lot of social media posts about the Karen Read and John O'Keefe trial on her profile on Twitter under Olivia. Now, then Olivia started—in a public announcement—saying that she started working for Aidan Kearney. And what you're gonna hear in this conversation is there's also a woman named—who else? There's a woman who's Australian that Aidan also knows named Lily. She introduces herself in the beginning, and then she's kind of the moderator-mediator. And then there's another woman that pops up in the middle named Erika Walsh. She only speaks two or three times. She's one of Turtle Boy's moderators. She interjects at two random times: one, when someone starts talking about Meredith; and two, when Aidan starts saying how bad the content of the conversation in question—that was allegedly recorded and sent to Karen Read, between Aidan and Karen—is for Karen. And then there's a third unknown voice that pops up at the end, who sounds like—it's a female, she's American. I don't know her voice, but it sounds like she's very close to Joe Flipperhead, this guy Nick. And she uses this phrase about Nick "leaving Olivia's ass" in a way that makes me think maybe this girl is close to Nick, and like, she got close to him after Olivia and Nick separated. Now you might say to yourself, "Oh dear God, why—first of all, Grant, why do you know all this?" These people post a lot; I don't know. Tracking this thing is something I've been doing for a while. So it's not like I went into it because I wanted to know who the hell Joe Flipperhead was, or Olivia Lamb was. They entered into a world that I knew a lot about because they were trying to cover this case. And so inevitably, I just had them on my radar, and when things pop up like this, I just connect the dots. [Background on Olivia Lamb] In terms of Olivia though—so she, I don't know. There was this weird situation, I think, at the end of trial one for Karen Read. So somewhere in—I don't know—late 2024, summer 2024 or so. Weird situation where Olivia kind of then, for a few months, wasn't around as much, or she was, but not as much. And then she came back around for Aidan and said she was working on his team or something. Now, Olivia—I don't think Olivia Lamb's necessarily a bad person. I think whoever she is, and whatever she's doing, is very intelligent. But if you kind of look into that family, her mom is named Christina Lamb, and her mom does boutique consulting for law firms. I think her mom might be a lawyer, but she doesn't really—I think the way that she does consulting is more like tactically how lawyers should think about how a case is presented in the public, et cetera, stuff like that. And you have to tie this into this Elizabeth Dombrowski person out of New York that runs this Good Counsel Legal Services that proclaimed that Jen Altman and whoever else were paralegals for Aidan. You see what I'm saying? And what I think Olivia's role is—I think she just does PR. She does some paralegal work clearly, but I think she's mostly like a PR specialist. But I think why there's so much obfuscation—and I'm giving you all this background, because the conversation you're about to hear makes no sense if you don't know all this background. The context there, I think, is that—I think Olivia is a person. Like, I think she is real. But I think the reason why there's so many smoke and mirrors is that she's a conduit for implausible deniability. In the world of public relations—especially this kind of public relations—is incredibly important. So I think she's like a conduit for more entrenched public relations interests, which—okay, fine. I don't see that as per se evil. I'm a critical theorist. So I study propaganda. So like, if you are doing anything that emerged from Edward Bernays's systemic weaponization of his uncle Sigmund Freud's study of the mass psychology of the mind—if you do any of that—you're inevitably gonna catch my attention. Not because I necessarily per se think it's evil, but because that's my wheelhouse. Like, I reconstruct public relations and then I figure out what's driving that. Okay. So she—Olivia—got on my radar because of that, not necessarily because she's evil. Same, because I never really saw it. Now maybe some of the witnesses in the trial would think differently, but that's not my role here. I am like—I'm an objective observer. And um, Olivia was never really cruel. Like she just does PR. So I wouldn't necessarily say like everything she did was like right. But if you look at her style, it's not polemical. It's not—it's mostly analytical. Okay. So that's not an aphoristic or manipulative or evil person really. That's a PR specialist. And this guy, Nick—very similar, Joe Flipperhead. Okay. If you look at his posts—like, I wouldn't exactly say he's a cruel human being, you know, like he memes and stuff. Okay. He's kind of like Dave Cullinane a little bit, but he's just like a human. And you can hear it in this conversation. Like Joe is the one who's really holding Aidan accountable. Joe Flipperhead—whose name is Nick—he's from Philly. And um, I noticed 'cause I watched the stream of them one time—I don't know—he seems all right. I don't have anything against him or Olivia. In fact, I think they did a damn good job, at least Joe. Because what you'll also see here is there's another subtext. What this conversation is about is an allegation that Aidan Kearney sent a recorded conversation to Karen Read—a conversation with her—and then someone—nobody knows who—sent the recording to Karen's lawyers, David Yannetti and Alan Jackson. Now, what's weird about this is that there's also—and I don't like, whatever, I guess it is what it is—but the host, one of the hosts, Chris, this Australian guy—he might be a New Zealander, I don't know. But anyway, he starts saying directly to Aidan, "Listen Aidan, you went to lunch with Meredith—this Turtle Boy's former girlfriend—but her name is Meredith O'Neill (Meredith O). She's a person; she has an existence outside of Aidan Kearney and whether—a lot of people, I think, rightfully so, will take issue with some of the things Meredith has posted. But that's for her soul to deal with. She has to reckon with it, reflect on it, whatever the fuck, okay? That's separate from; she exists outside of the fact that she used to date Aidan Kearney." And I just wanna make that as a blanket point that like Aidan Kearney does not own someone's soul because they had some connection to him at any point in time. These people are independent people who have their own lives. So Meredith O'Neill is her name. And Meredith—like, clearly something happened between Aidan and Meredith because over the past few weeks—like, first of all, there's some more subtext to this, which is Aidan's paralegal team before Olivia Lamb came on was Courtney Healy and this woman named Tina Murray. Tina Murray —I didn't even know THE NAME until two weeks ago—but I had seen her before because she had silver hair when she was in court one time. I had no idea who it was, but she was sitting next to Courtney Healy. Now, way back when Aidan Kearney was incarcerated in late 2023, early 2024—apparently these two women, Courtney Healy and Tina Murray, were very close to Aidan Kearney. Someone had his logins, allegedly. They were helping like post for him while he was in jail, et cetera. Now, there's time back to that as well. Jen Altman is a key figure in all of this. And the reason why is that Jen Altman was the reason that Aidan Kearney and Karen Read got hooked up initially through Natalie Wiweke-Bershneider or whatever her name is. Jen Altman was also among this weird group of people. It was Tina Murray, Courtney Healy, Jen Altman, I think, and maybe just them three, who had access to Aidan in jail on a paralegal list. And at one point, Tim Bradl, Aidan's lawyer, wrote down that Jen Altman was a lawyer. She got so mad that she messaged Bradl, and then those messages got leaked. So there's all this discontent brewing within Aidan Kearney's kind of like organization, if you wanna call it. I'd call it more like a—yeah, it's like a hierarchy. And like he's at the—it's like a politician almost, but he's not a politician. You have like a top person at the top, and then you have all these staffers, and you have to manage the staffers. That's what he's dealing with. And he's gotta keep everybody like in line because like at one person breaks—especially a key—all right, two things. One, there's a reason you compartmentalize information, and you're not gonna be able to get in these type of operations because nobody needs to know everything. If you did that, then everyone would be a weak link. The problem is though, in order to compartmentalize in a bureaucracy or a schema like this, you have to have some people who actually know what's going on. Those people are liabilities. They're weak links. If you have someone who is too close and they know how you compartmentalized information, they'll see the full picture. They're the weak link. That's Courtney Healy, Tina Murray, Jen Altman, Meredith, Lindsey a little bit. These people are the weak links for Aidan because they see the full picture, whether they are aligned with him, don't like him, etc. etc. It's just they're the biggest weaknesses for him because they see the full picture. That's why he tries to either control them—in my opinion—or destroy them. But Aidan's in a real tough spot here because you can't run that playbook on Karen Read. Clearly, these people are incredibly loyal to her. Flipperhead, Olivia, etc. They may have been helping Aidan, but they're incredibly loyal to Karen. Now, what I've always suspected is that the whole point of charging Aidan Kearney was—one, he did bad things to the witnesses in the retrial, Lindsey Gaetani. He did bad things allegedly. Okay, the grand jury indicted him. But I think Brian Tully and the MSP unit that investigated Aidan—they were more interested in two different goals. Okay, they had parallel objectives beyond just the criminal proceeding. One: get information about who the target of the federal probe was after August of 2023. And it was Tully's unit and Matthew Farwell related to the Sandra Birchmore murder coverup. Number two: I think Tully wanted—and Kate Peter and Marty Keach wanted—Aidan Kearney and Michael Morrissey wanted Aidan Kearney to flip on Karen Read. It was a pressure tactic. It was always just a pressure tactic. That's what I fully believe. Now, I'm not saying he didn't do bad things. I just believe in the mind of the DA—these people were using pressure tactics to get Aidan Kearney in a tactical position where he would flip. Why do I think this? Well, a few things. One: in the fall of 2023, between like August and November, Aidan Kearney didn't need an intermediary with Karen Read. Natalie was out of the picture, although I'm suspect, because there's this new text from Natalie from August saying that like she was still loyal to Karen Read—although ostensibly they had a falling out in June of 2023 because Natalie called Karen late at night and she was upset about it. I always thought that was BS. Now I know why it was BS because there's also a March 24 message about like Joe Warren and Natalie wanting to go to court. I just have this suspicion that Natalie was never really like against Karen. What Natalie was doing was using Turtle Boy as leverage with Karen's permission—using it's called a limited hangout. Limited information about Turtle Boy's culpability for witness intimidation to the MSP so that the MSP would trust Natalie—so that Natalie could relay information back to Karen about the ongoing investigation of Karen and Aidan for conspiracy under 2747 and witness intimidation under 26813B. Now they did try to eventually indict Karen on that in March of 2024 at No True Bill, but they can do it again. They got more evidence—the state in May of 2024 about Aidan saying in Facebook messages that one Karen told him not to go to Lindsey Gaetani's apartment on December 23rd, 2023, and then some other stuff—basically where Aidan was implying that someone told him to run Jen McCabe's license plates. Who would that be? Karen Read. He didn't say it but he implied it to Jenna Rocco and Amy D'Angelis and whoever else was in that internal chat that got leaked. So I really believe that the reason why Aidan Kearney was such a liability to Karen Read—and why she was saying it out loud—is that Karen Read always saw Aidan Kearney as vulnerable to flip. Why? Because Brian Tully did his homework—whatever his motives were—and he found a few things. And I think that him and Kate Peter profiled Aidan Kearney. That's why Kate Peter had some role in this—because they thought Kate Peter should really like Aidan in a lot of ways because he used to be colleagues. Two: I think the state police thought she saw his psyche—Aidan's psyche—and could help them profile him. Three: I think Kate Peter is very hard into the world, and Tully and those other people in the unit could say like, "Yeah, we're worried about Birchmore; we got to do damage control here. Nothing's really wrong with the O'Keefe death investigation," and just—they're going to find out about Birchmore—and Kate would go along with it. That's my opinion. But Tully gets this video of Aidan that he had sent to Lindsey—and it's out there on the internet. I don't want to play the content; it's sad. But this is why I think this is what was in the prosecutor's mind when they were going—and the MSP's mind—when they were going after Kearney. Yes, he did bad things—especially to people that knew the DA and Tully like McCabe, Jen McCabe, etc. But also Aidan was an Achilles heel for Karen. Think about MSP, right? And the way we're analyzing Aidan's weaknesses via weak links in the compartmentalization chain. Okay, flip it around and think about MSP thinking about Karen. What's a weak link in her compartmentalization chain? Aidan Kearney. Now, in that regard, Aidan Kearney—if he flips on Karen Read—guarantees a conviction for Karen Read for the state, even if they can't get her on John's death. It was a backup plan. Second to that, I think though—it's a dynamic situation—and that something must have fucking happened recently. Okay, and I've long thought—and we'll read Lindsey's post on this later because she was talking about it on Twitter overnight, and I was reading it this morning, and it made me think about this—I've long suspected that Kate Peter made a deal with Aidan Kearney in the past like 6-8 months. And the deal was involving the Norfolk DA and the people prosecuting Kearney, and the goal was to get Kearney to flip. And I also think Kate wants Kearney in the Netflix documentary that she's working on with Gretchen and Sandpaper—which, they don't really understand. Like, bro, you think you're getting my footage and me if you're going to enable Kate Peter and try to portray her as the Charlotte of the internet? What planet are you on? No. No, the answer is no. But anyway, I really believe that this deal was made because why else—and I think Karen found out about it—because why else would Karen—[we're going to—the conversation is going to clarify all this]—why else would Karen on Friday authorize Joe Flipperhead to release information that confirms that Aidan recorded Karen. Now, why Karen is not going to do this if she didn't hear the fucking recording? She's not a moron. She's a tactical genius. I'm telling you—I don't necessarily agree with all the things she's done. I personally think she's responsible for John's death, but like—she's a fucking tactical genius. And you have to understand in some sense—like she wouldn't do this unless it's real. Like someone sent her that recording, and I don't believe Aidan Kearney sent it to intermediaries because if Meredith is the closest person to him—or was—in the world, and he's going to lunch with her and will only play it for her allegedly—okay, there's no way in hell that he would just send it to people. I believe—whether through a fake account or otherwise—Aidan Kearney sent that to Karen's lawyers. That's just my opinion. I think there's strong reason for him to do it. It's a message. Okay. As a result, I think Karen Read doing this had to sense that this was the moment—like this was the moment where the decision was going to be made about whether or not he cooperated. And now is Aidan's kind of like signal flare that I'm thinking—from Karen Read's perspective—Aidan sending that recording to Jackson and Yannetti is a signal flare that if she doesn't act now, he's making the choice to flip on her. Okay, well, what did she just do? She in essence just put him in the worst position possible because he had to be able to—him and Kate Peter—had to sell the narrative in public that—and this is why I was on Lindsey's profile earlier. Let me see if I can bring that up—him and Kate Peter had to sell the narrative in public that Karen was worse than Aidan Kearney. All right, so let's take a look at Lindsey Gaetani's post here. Let's read this first and then let's look at the post from Kate Peter. So Kate Peter post last night: "Karen Read has killed a man before and to my knowledge, Aidan Kearney has yet to do anything like that. Take that as you will. Regardless, they're both giant DBAGs, but you can decide who is worse. My vote is Karen Read." That's Kate Peter—one of the closest people in the world right now to Brian Tully, Michael Morrissey, and the decision makers who were initially prosecuting Kearney—telling you in plain sight what's going on. So let's read Lindsey's post: "Yes, we already know a deal was made a long time ago. How cute of Kate trying to win over the turtle riders after she pretended she was still trying to put him in jail the past several months. Does anyone of the turtle riders know who Christine Gagne is? I have no idea who that is. Does anyone know who that is? That's the woman Kate Peter blamed for wiretapping charges with TB and the person she blamed when I asked her where her deleted Google Drive went with the state's evidence. Why would Kate blame this woman for deleting evidence when this woman's name was never mentioned during the grand jury or in a single email or police report? Interesting." Well, wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. So we know Kate Peter was providing evidence to the grand jury. We know that from the recently released court documents and discovery in the Kearney criminal case. Why was—why is Kate Peter blaming someone? Who is Christine Gagne, who—why is Kate blaming her when Kate was the one who was—there's evidence that Kate was directly providing this material to Tully, who was taking it to the grand jury. And by the way, I want people to understand: my anger here is not because Aidan Kearney was prosecuted. I think he should be held accountable. My anger here is because the people prosecuting him had ulterior motives. Lindsey Gaetani didn't have an ulterior motive. She was victimized. She was an unwitting pawn in this proxy war between Karen and the DOJ—Karen and the DOJ and Aidan on one side, and the Norfolk DA and the MSP unit on the other. But instead of trying to prosecute Aidan, it was all tactical. And nobody was told—that's the worst part. And that's why I'm so upset about all of this, because it was a disgrace. It was a disgrace to the process. If you're going to hold someone accountable, do it. You don't use it as leverage to get someone else. And if you're going to do that, be open with the people who are victimized. Otherwise, you are going to build resentment. Why would you ever want to be in a situation where you have to handle a victim? Because if they were made aware of what was actually going on, they would be upset. That is a very prime example—on its face example—that something is very wrong. Not because Aidan Kearney is absolved of liability or because I think he did nothing wrong. Absolutely not. No. Other way around. But because that kind of behavior—given impunity basically, because there's a larger fish—it's an abuse of prosecutorial discretion, not because the prosecution exists. In my opinion, a grand jury indicted him; he should be prosecuted. That's what happens when indictments get handed up. But because the aim of the prosecution was not to seek justice—it was to get—it was to pressure Kearney to flip on Karen Read. [Transition to the conversation] Now, to bring this all back—because we got to go—I want to look at this conversation here. I want to actually listen to this chat a minute. I'm going to explicate; I'm going to try to tell you what happens. "Hi, Bunny Towel. Hi, Christina. No haircut. But guess if you want to send donations—today's a good day for that. We got to get Towel to the end of the month. Towel's not going to be able to move very much for the next few days. So I could use some food if you want to send me some gift cards. I just need some help. All right. I'm a little towel. I got a lot going on. And anyway, so I'll—I'm sitting in my chair. That's as much as I can do right now. I can talk; my brain works. I can sit in my chair. I'm not doing anything else, but I should eat at some point. Anyway, so we're going to listen to this conversation because you have to think of all that background when you're analyzing. Why right now? Okay, why would Karen Read tactically right now burn Aidan Kearney? Aidan Kearney supporters are very loyal, but a lot of Aidan Kearney's base are becoming alienated because either they care more about Karen Read than Aidan Kearney or because Aidan Kearney's been on this weird tear recently where he like been attacking middle-aged women who are most of his fans. All right. Most of his fans are middle-aged women. And he goes after people's looks like whatever. So there's already this alienation happening. I believe the only reason Karen Read does this right now is because what it did—and what it's doing to Aidan Kearney—is it's decimating his support. Okay. Well, why are you decimating his support? Why are you forcing people to pick sides? Why would you do that right now? Either [he] cooperated or he's about to. All right. Now Karen Read—if she was—here's my read of this—if Karen Read was just going to cooperate, she wouldn't have done this this way. Okay. I'm sorry. It would have been completely different. I don't believe that she would have done it this way. I believe she would have done it a completely different way. And the reason why I believe that—we're going to read the text from Karen before we start listening to this. By the way, you can see I have the video here for you. What happened? By the way, just to give you a little more context. So this X Spaces that we're going to listen to—I have the full 37-minute X Space. This X Space, okay—it was before the text messages from Karen to Joe Flipperhead got released. So what you have to realize is these texts you're seeing on the screen got released because of this conversation. You're going to hear Joe Flipperhead say it.

"In April of 2024, Lindsey Gaetani was thus useless to Brian Tully. She couldn’t provide info about the Sandra Birchmore cover up or what the feds were investigating. Aidan Kearney was out of jail and the RO was amended. So she was functionally useless useless to Brian Tully, his PI, Marty Kraft, and the person Marty Kraft employed, Kate Peter...and this is where it gets bad. On April 24, 2024, Brian Tully personally released an unredacted extraction of Lindsey Gaetani’s cell phone, 15 years of her life, containing protected attorney client material, Doctor-Patient material, educational material, even pictures of Lindsey Gaetani giving birth to Aidan Kearney’s lawyer." "The only thing that Tully redacted or deleted were from the extraction were messages from Brian Tully to Lindsey Gaetani and from Kate Peter to Lindsey Gaetani. And what did Kate Peter and Brian Tully do? Oh, then they launched another operation within an operation in my opinion with Marty Kraft’s help. They released that extraction to Aidan Kearney and then they had a man named Jason Broyles who’s a parking clerk from Connecticut who moonlight pretends to be a woman online named Hailey Walbrecht. He presents himself as victims advocates as a victim advocate. They had Mr. Jason Broyles in my opinion cover extensively Lindsey Gaetani’s phone extraction for two purposes." "Now, as you can see here, you had simultaneous things going on. The weaponization of the US attorney’s office in Boston in multiple different areas, the targeting of Michael Morrissey by Dustin Chow and Rachael Rollins, Brian Tully’s unit and the grand jury leaks by Jessica Leslie potentially involving Karen Read, along with the Sandra Birchmore case coverup and other cases wherein there was misconduct in my opinion by Tully's unit." "Now, this misconduct was about to get a lot worse and it’s wild that this happened. So, Aidan Kearney is in jail until February...what was it? December, February 23rd or so of 2023, okay? Or 2024. Aidan Kearney gets out of jail. Lindsey Gaetani also had a restraining order that was granted by the court. Okay. Now, Aidan Kearney, after he gets out of jail, okay, is still subject to the restraining order. So, Lindsey Gaetani, if she’s around, he has to leave." "Now, Lindsey Gaetani shows up to a John O’Keefe and Karen Read trial hearing. I believe it was February 26, 2024, right after Aidan Kearney gets out of jail. The first hearing after he gets out of jail. Now, Lindsey Gaetani had been told by Kate Peter that Paul O’Keefe and the O’Keefe family wanted Lindsey Gaetani to come to court to show support for Lindsey Gaetani. Now, Lindsey Gaetani wanted to go to show support for the O’Keefe, but when she heard that, of course, she wanted to go. No one said anything about Aidan Kearney or Jen McCabe or anything like that." "Then the O’Keefe were told by Kate Peter, and I know Paul knows this. Paul was told by Kate Peter that Lindsey Gaetani wanted to come to court to show support for the O’Keefe. Well, that’s true. She did. But Paul wasn’t told that Lindsey Gaetani had been told by Kate Peter that Lindsey Gaetani was being asked to come to support the O’Keefe cuz the O’Keefe didn’t ask Kate Peter to do that. Now, of course, Lindsey Gaetani would have done it. She because Kate Peter was telling her that the O’Keefe wanted that in my opinion, right? She would that’s a noble thing to do. But Kate Peter didn’t need to lie. Kate Peter could have just asked the O’Keefe." "But anyway, so Lindsey Gaetani goes to court that day and she ends up walking into court with Jen McCabe, even though that name was never mentioned. And when she gets into the court, Aidan Kearney is forced to leave the area because of the RORO. Now, Aidan Kearney gets charged with an RO violation that day and he ends up being found not guilty a few like a year later. But the important part is Aidan Kearney then moves to amend the RO I think in about April of 2024 and the judge grants an amendment allowing Aidan Kearney to be within a 100 yards of a courthouse if Lindsey Gaetani is there. Okay. So on different grounds, actually, it was a motion to modify or something." "At that point, Lindsey Gaetani was thus useless to Brian Tully. Okay. She couldn’t provide info about the Sandra Birchmore cover up or what the feds were investigating. Aidan Kearney was out of jail and the RO was amended. Okay. So she was functionally useless useless to Brian Tully, his PI, Marty Kraft, and the person Marty Kraft employed, Kate Peter. Okay. And so then this is where it gets bad. In April of 2024, Brian Tully personally released an unredacted extraction of Lindsey Gaetani’s cell phone, 15 years of her life, containing protected attorney client material, Doctor-Patient material, educational material, even pictures of Lindsey Gaetani giving birth to Aidan Kearney’s lawyer, on April 24th, 2024." "The only thing that Tully redacted or deleted were from the extraction were messages from Brian Tully to Lindsey Gaetani and from Kate Peter to Lindsey Gaetani. Jason Broyles in my opinion cover extensively Lindsey Gaetani’s phone extraction for two purposes." "One, I believe that Mr. Jason Broyles and Miss Kate Peter and Mr. Marty Kraft wanted to pro provide a distraction. Okay, we were head that was April 2024 was leading up to the first Karen Read trial. No one could deflect attention away from Jen McCabe and the other retrial witnesses. The Turtle Boy fans and the Karen Read fans were paying just attention to them. Kate Peter, I have video tried to spread a rumor that Colin Albert and Chris Albert spread sold drugs to take some fraud heat off Jen McCabe. It didn’t work. Okay." "Releasing Lindsey Gaetani’s phone extraction through Jason Broyles took a lot of attention off Jen McCabe and put it on Lindsey Gaetani and her children. And you know what happened next?" "Broyles going after Lindsey also served another end for Kate Peter and Brian Tully and Jason Broyles and Marty Kraft because Jason Broyles got a lot of credibility with Turtle Riders and free Karen Read fans. Now Jason Broyles had originally come on the scene in the fall of 2023 by paying for a free Karen Read billboard under his own name, but he kind of got like forced away. It might have had to do with some very serious allegations and he just never came back under his real name for a while." "But in the winter of 2024, Broyles comes back under Hailey Walbrecht and I think Kate Peter knew it was him the whole time because Jason Broyles was on Kate Peter’s Discord as early as 2019 and there’s evidence of it. So Jason Broyles I think was gaining credibility with Turtle Riders and free Karen Read fans at Lindsey Gaetani’s expense with Kate Peter and Brian Tully and Marty Kraft’s permission so that Jason Broyles could get close to Aidan Kearney and his people." "Then, Jason Broyles started getting close to Lauren Murray and Meredith all these people around Aidan Kearney and Aidan Kearney and all the people around Karen Read and I think it was to feed intel back to Brian Tully and Kate Peter. But the fact that it’s centered around the leak of Lindsey Gaetani’s phone extraction opens up an entire new can of worms because that would mean Brian Tully under color of law knowingly leaked that extraction while Ken Melo was in the hospital so that Jason Broyles could cover it for this purpose." "Now, there are some other moles that do run these similar operations. Kristy Cetrone her mother used to date Mr. Marty Kraft. And the reason I’m bringing this up today and covering all of this is it all ties in because according to my sources, Brian Tully brought Marty Kraft at this PI into his orbit way before the fall of 2023 when Kate Peter was brought on as a PI working for Marty Kraft to investigate Karen Read, Aidan Kearney, etc., and handle some of the people around the investigation so they wouldn’t find out about the cover up at the Sandra-mac Sandra Birchmore probe." "Marty Kraft in 2022 was going around on Brian Tully’s behalf trying to influence or prevent according to my sources witnesses in the orbit of the Sandra Birchmore cover up the other other girls witnesses etc victims from cooperating with the FBI. Now, is it any coincidence that right as Lindsey Gaetani’s phone leak, which could itself be a federal crime, happens, this network starts targeting Lindsey Gaetani Jason Broyles, Kristy Cetrone, Kate Peter, Marty Kraft." "Did Lindsey Gaetani know too much? Potentially, did she even figure could she have even figured out? Although she maybe she wasn’t told anything, but was she in the orbit of people --Brian Tully, Yuri Bukhenik, John Fanning, DA Morrissey-- who knew about the Sandra Birchmore cover up?" "And is it possible that, just like with the women who knew about the Sandra Birchmore cover up, when Lindsey Gaetani realized what happened to her phone and potentially thought about cooperating with the FBI, did Brian Tully, Jason Broyles, Kristy Cetrone, Kate Peter, and Marty Kraft target Lindsey Gaetani through proxy?" "Oh, it’s possible. And ladies and gentlemen, I think we are starting to see a pattern here."

"Mark this day on your calendar: 11/18/25 - the day the entire online world surrounding Karen Read, John O’Keefe, Turtleboy, Lindsey Gaetani, Brian Tully, Michael Proctor, Yuri Bukhenik, and the Norfolk DA went straight to hell in a handbasket. Kate Peter and Leigha “Bathtub” Genduso have taken center stage in the remaining Aidan “Turtleboy” Kearney cases, and Lindsey Gaetani is on an absolute wrecking path. Look at that: Kate Peter had ex parte contact with one of the special prosecutors working for the Norfolk DA, and now there's a record of it. Kate's Discord server might not survive. She's got a November 25 hearing on her open felony charges where the issue is the Norfolk DA's conflict because of their contact with Kate Peter." To understand why PI Kate Peter and all her Discord operatives are losing their collective minds on social media right now, the answer is this recent filing from Aidan TurtleBoy Kearney; In short, Kate had ex parte contact with the DA's office (and Lindsey Gaetani can prove it). TRASNCRIPT: In the past week, the defense—that's the Aidan Kearney defense—has obtained five items of favorable and discoverable evidence which should have been, but were not, disclosed to us by the Commonwealth. Two of the discoverable items originated from civilian witness Lindsey Gaetani. First, there's an audio recording where Leigha Genduso texted her on December 11, 2023, which Ms. Gaetani posted online on November 9, 2025. And second, an email from Kate Peter to special prosecutor Kenneth Mello dated February 14, 2024, which Kate Peter forwarded to Lindsey Gaetani on February 22, 2024, and Lindsey then forwarded to the defense on November 11, 2025. Oh hey, Leigha Genduso, you made it into a court filing! God bless America! Look at that, ladies and gentlemen—Leigha Genduso is in the Aidan “Turtleboy” Kearney case. She's going to be so pleased. I have to do a tweet about this. I'm posting about this right now. Ladies and gentlemen, hold on—how do I phrase this? Kate Peter's Discord server is going to lose their ever-loving minds. Leigha Genduso has made her appearance in the Aidan Turtleboy Kearney case, and it is glorious. Who hid that recording from the defense? God bless the United States of America. I should join the defense bar—I think I'm going to do it. Oh, Adam Deitch just announced he's running for Norfolk DA, by the way—the guy from the federal investigation into John O'Keefe's death. God bless us all. How do you even spell Genduso? G-E-N-D-U-S-O. Can I call her Leigha Bathtub Genduso? I feel like that's reasonable. Lindsey's trying to make that a thing, and I think it should be a thing. Leigha Bathtub Genduso has made her appearance, and Bossy Texas Chicken Bella are listening with all their towel ears. Here we go—let's do it. Oh, Kate Peter's in there too. God bless America. This is a glorious day. Listen, listen—now I know my Towel Mom best. I'll take the slings and arrows. This is freaking amazing. About time. Goddamn Kate Peter and Leigha Genduso—goddamn little towels. They're not towels; they're anti-towels. Is there such a thing as an anti-towel? If there is, it's Kate Peter. We thought maybe it was other people—it was Kate Peter all along. She's an anti-towel. Yes, it is glorious. Kate Peter and Leigha Bathtub Genduso have taken center stage in the remaining Aidan Turtleboy Kearney cases, and Lindsey Gaetani is on a wrecking path. Somebody check on Kate's Discord server—it's probably chaos. I'm hilarious, you've got to admit. I'm endearing and hilarious. Who else just narrates writing their Twitter posts as they write them? It's very meta, you know what I'm saying? I can't take forever with this though—I have to be somewhat of an erudite and informed little towel. We've got to continue. I'm tagging Lindsey because she's a little towel. You're a little towel. I'm clearly overly excited. Wow, it's all happening at the same time. What a day. God bless these United States of America. I'm never going to get to eat if all this keeps happening—I'm just running in circles. Look at that—Kate Peter had ex parte contact with one of the special prosecutors working for the Norfolk DA, and now there's a record of it. Kate's Discord server might not survive. She's got a November 25 hearing on her open felony charges where the issue is the Norfolk DA's conflict because of their contact with Kate Peter. Mark this day on your calendar, ladies and gentlemen: November 18, 2025—the day the online world related to Karen Read, John O'Keefe, Turtleboy, Lindsey Gaetani, Brian Tully, Michael Proctor, Yuri Bukhenik, the Norfolk DA, and everything else all went to hell in a handbasket. Their worlds have imploded. Kate Peter had direct ex parte contact with members of the Norfolk DA's office, and there is now evidence in the hands of Aidan Turtleboy Kearney. This could be huge for Kate's November 25 hearing where her relationship to the DA's office is at issue. The revenge of Lindsey Gaetani. Lindsey Gaetani will be a prosecution and defense trial witness. She voluntarily cooperated with the prosecution against Mr. Kearney from December 2023 until approximately September 2025. During that period, she met and spoke with Detective Lieutenant Brian Tully, Mr. Mello, and Mr. Cosgrove. Her direct contact with Mr. Mello and Detective Lieutenant Tully resulted in Mr. Mello being disqualified from a now-dismissed 2024 case because his interactions with her made him a material defense witness. On December 14, 2023, she was interviewed by Detective Lieutenant Tully and Mr. Mello's investigator. On December 22, 2023, she was summoned to testify before the grand jury. In January 2024, she voluntarily provided her cell phone to Detective Lieutenant Tully for the MSP to prepare an extraction report, under a promise by Ken Mello and Tully that it would be redacted. On January 22, 2024, Detective Lieutenant Tully applied for a search warrant to seize Karen Read's cell phones. Information from Ms. Gaetani served as a substantial source of the probable cause in Tully's affidavit—paragraphs 72 to 89, I'd say a good 12 to 15 paragraphs dedicated to her. Mr. Cosgrove is currently seeking to search Ms. Read's phones in anticipation of seeking an indictment against her and Mr. Kearney for conspiracy to commit witness intimidation. What the fuck? That's it. I'm just trying to eat my fucking lunch, and now this? Aiden Turtleboy Kearney's lawyers have confirmed in a bombshell filing that special prosecutor Robert Cosgrove is aiming to search Karen Read's phones for the purpose of criminally indicting Kearney and Read. This is outrageous. They were never going to really charge Kearney—it was all to get to Karen. I told you! Somebody get me a soapbox! Peep Bunny Towel! Peep Bunny Towel! Peep Bunny Towel! [Peep Bunny Towel squeaking in the background] I woke him up very rudely. I'm sorry, Peep—I'll give you food in a second. I am having a day! This has been a ridiculous fucking day. First I just wanted to cover a regulatory hearing, and now I'm forced to use my comfort Peep Bunny Towel because there have been so many developments. First Brian Walsh pleading guilty to two charges but going to trial on first-degree murder, then Karen Read announcing she's suing basically the entire town of Canton, then the 46-page filing, then the Farwell filing, then down the rabbit hole on the sealed affidavit—and now all hell is breaking loose. Leigha Genduso and Kate Peter are probably running around like chickens with their heads cut off, and the reason Cosgrove and Tully were seizing Karen's phones all the way back in January 2024 was because their plan was to charge Karen and Aidan together. Ladies and gentlemen, someone get my broom—I don't even know what to say anymore. This is outrageous. I'm joining the defense bar. I've had enough prosecutorial misconduct. I'm done. On February 1 and 22, 2024, Ms. Gaetani testified before a grand jury that returned indictments against her. In June 2025, Mr. Cosgrove called her as a prosecution witness against herself in a district court trial, and she was acquitted of all charges notwithstanding her own testimony. In the past few months, Ms. Gaetani has publicly accused numerous prosecution witnesses and sources—including Kate Peter, Leigha Genduso, Detective Lieutenant Tully, and Jen McCabe—of assorted misconduct that adversely impacts their credibility. On September 5, 2025, she sued Mr. Cosgrove and Detective Lieutenant Tully for intentional infliction of emotional distress and interfering with her rights by threat, intimidation, or coercion. That same day she served notice of intent to sue the Norfolk DA. As a result of her civil complaint against him, Mr. Cosgrove voluntarily withdrew from the 2024 case, recognizing the obvious conflict when a prosecutor is sued for intentionally harming a witness in a case he is prosecuting. Thank you, Peep Bunny Towel—this is a day if I've ever seen a day. I'll go back to reading the document. I mean, how do you even make sense of this? There's like 70,000 words, Peep Bunny Towel is in it, it won't stop—it's just more and more and more. Thank you, Peep Bunny Towel. All right, he says I can get through it. Let's do it. Ladies and gentlemen, this is a day. This is a day if I've ever seen a day. Let me tell you right now—this is a day. On February 1st and 22nd of 2024, Ms. Gaetani testified before a grand jury that returned indictments against Ms. Gaetani. In June of 2025, Ms. Gaetani was called by Mr. Cosgrove as a prosecution witness against Ms. Gaetani in a district court trial. Notwithstanding Ms. Gaetani's own testimony, Ms. Gaetani was acquitted of all charges. In the past few months, Ms. Gaetani has publicly accused numerous prosecution witnesses and sources—including Ms. Peter, Ms. Genduso, Detective Lieutenant Tully, and Jen McCabe—of assorted misconduct or other issues that adversely impact their credibility. See Bederow/Yannetti's October 2nd filing, paragraphs 90 through 98. On September 5th, 2025, Ms. Gaetani sued Mr. Cosgrove and Detective Lieutenant Tully for, among other things, intentional infliction of emotional distress and interfering with her rights by threat, intimidation, or coercion. I think that had to do with the release of one specific report—it wasn't about her phone; it was about a report on something that's very intense. That same day, Ms. Gaetani also served notice of her intent to sue the Norfolk DA because of the harm Mr. Cosgrove and Det. Lt. Tully allegedly caused her. I'm still not totally sure where he's getting that from—I went to the docket, I read the filing, and I still don't fully understand what he's referring to there. Maybe he's reading something I'm not. I don't know. And finally, point 13: As a result of Ms. Gaetani's civil complaint against him, Mr. Cosgrove voluntarily withdrew from the prosecution of the now-dismissed 2024 case because he, quote, “recognized the obvious conflict created by circumstances where a prosecutor is sued for intentionally harming a witness in a case where he is prosecuting.”

"There is—I have good reason to believe—people should do some FOIAs—there's a high-ranking person in the Canton Police Department who put in writing to Michael Morrissey that the MSP investigation of Sandra Birchmore's death was a cover-up. I'm talking 2022 or 2021. This person who's still with the police put in writing to Michael Morrissey that this happened." TRANSCRIPT: All right, so you see this MSP unit, okay, they're all working for Michael Morrissey. It's called the CPAC unit. They get the information from the Canton police on February 6th, 2021. Everything I just said. Then they somehow exonerate Matthew Farwell. They say Sandra Birchmore's death was the result of self-harm. Somehow someway, which leads, in my opinion, according to what I understand, Ken Berkowitz, the former chief, now deceased—may he rest in peace—of the Canton police to go to the feds sometime before May of 2022 and say, "What the hell happened here? My guys got this guy Matt Farwell and this MSP unit and these Stoughton cops, whatever, It didn't get investigated properly." You think maybe that's what started up the May 2022 public corruption grand jury into Michael Morrissey? You think maybe that's why Michael Morrissey, Brian Tully, and these guys have been targets of the feds the entire time. It wasn't Karen Read and John O'Keefe. It was Sandra Birchmore. And let's be very, very, very, very clear about this. There is—I have good reason to believe—people should do some FOIAs—that a high-ranking person in the Canton Police Department whose name and rank shall be withheld by this little towel who put in writing to Michael Morrissey that the investigation of Sandra Birchmore's death was a cover-up. I'm talking 2022 or 2021. This person who's still with the police put in writing to Michael Morrissey that this happened. And in August of 2024, when the feds investigated and indicted Matthew Farwell after a years-long investigation that we know of—year-long, it was probably longer—, Brian Tully and John Fanning were sent an email by Michael Morrissey saying, "Is this true?" as to Farwell's indictment by the feds. And Brian Tully in December of 2023 before he leaked Lindsey Gaetani's unredacted phone extraction was asking under the color of law using Lindsey Gaetani, his official position as a state police officer, who the target of the federal investigation was. Folks, folks, these are procedural due process violations through and through every example over and over and over. That leak was done to help Jen McCabe get a distraction in my opinion by getting Lindsey to be the target of the public eye. It was done for the purposes of putting pressure on Aidan Kearney with Lindsey as an unwitting honeypot so Aidan would flip on Karen Read. It was done for the purposes of insulating Tully's unit in the Norfolk DA from exposure as to what they had done in the Sandra Birchmore case and god knows what else is on Michael Proctor's phone because the public attention brought down on that unit by the Karen Read and John O'Keefe case would inevitably lead to people who asked questions finding this information. And that's exactly what happened. I put it all together. I am a little towel. I will not let the vulnerable and non-politically connected be forsaken by a system, at least in Norfolk County, that seemed intent on putting the interest of certain people above the pursuit of justice. We will reform the special prosecutor process. We will center the voices of the unheard as this story is committed to history's ever-drying pages and the ink thereupon. And it will be not just a forsaken Dickensian drama. This will be a Dickensian drama told in stone authentically with due regard for those who are the most harmed such as to make sure it never happens again. That is the only remedy. The panacea to this kind of misconduct is institutional reform. And that's exactly what's going to happen.

PROTECTED CELLEBRITE REPORT OF WITNESS TEXTS FROM AIDAN KEARNEY'S MTD LEAKED TO SOCIAL MEDIA Aidan Kearney, whose abuse of the discovery process is well known and well documented after a phone extraction he received of a former girlfriend was leaked to social media, has now shared protected discovery from a murder case. That discovery has also found its way to this platform. The discovery is a Cellebrite report of a text message between Jen McCabe and her daughter and was presented in a hysterical fashion by Bederow Law in Kearney's motion to dismiss. Rather than interpret the text in a plain manner, as a mother telling her daughter not to discuss in fear of jeopardizing the case, Bederow included the text as a footnote claiming it was all part of a cover up. Laughable. Other leaks from this same protected discovery include texts messages between witnesses Kerry Roberts and Jen McCabe as well as screenshots of communications between witnesses and the CW victim advocate. Timothy J. Bradl, P.C. and Bederow Law are well aware of their client's documented abuse of discovery. They are also well aware of the protective order which they unsuccessfully requested the court remove. That ruling came more than 3 months ago. Further, both men have been tagged in leaks of their own messages with Kearney showing they were well aware people outside the legal team had access to discovery and grand jury minutes. To date, they have done nothing to stop the invasion of privacy of the witnesses. Their client is charged with intimidating and harassing witnesses and at this point, through their lack of action, they appear to be aiding him in further harassment of these same witnesses. Their culpability needs to be scrutinized. It's time for consequences. Enough is enough.
