This is one of the major problems we have in Zimbabwe laws exist, but they are rarely enforced. Who is the boyfriend she was seeing? If he is an adult, he should be investigated and, if found to have broken the law, prosecuted accordingly. There are people who prey on young girls, knowing they can manipulate them and often get away with it due to weak enforcement of the law like Temba and VP Kembo !!! Cases like this highlight the need for authorities to take child protection laws seriously and ensure they are properly enforced.
