Or, they're no longer an active agent. - Use BuiltWith to target realtors with ugly Wordpress sites that use an IDX plugin. (For MLS integration) - Reach out to them via cold text or email to call out their ugly website and pitch them for a better one and WHY a better one will make them more money - Charge thousands for a template that costs him $50 but will help them make thousands more. I’ve often applauded young people like Bittu Tabahi who simply decided they’d had enough of seeing our water bodies neglected, rolled up their sleeves and got to work. I hope more and more people follow their example. But this story caught my attention for a slightly different reason. This wasn’t about one individual. It was about a whole community coming together. Local citizens, civic authorities, NGOs and other stakeholders, all pitching in to bring a river back to life. There’s something very powerful about that. When we stop asking “Who is going to fix this?” and start asking “How can WE fix this?”, things begin to change. So today, it’s not an individual but an entire set of stakeholders forming a community that provides my #MondayMotivation.

There are people who are working to make AI more explainable, so that we can unpack a decision it made to figure out how to fix it over time and make sure it doesn't miss the red light in the future. Rezon is one of those companies, here are the two founders Javier Viaña and Darren Baldwin tell me about their efforts to build models that sit along side keeping track of the decision-making process to help developers, mostly, but eventually all of us understand what an AI is actually doing and how it is making decisions. Karpathy dropped a viral post about building a "second brain" with AI. We built it live in under 20 minutes. The system: 1.
