We just received a jaw-dropping $20,300 (🤯) quote for a cookie machine. It's a "turn this big lump of dough into 70g cookies" machine and even handles fillings. Given our initial $47K-62K estimates, it's a sweet surprise. It does 800 cookies/hour when it's rolling, so not including making the actual dough. We probably do ~100-200 depending on the type (and need breaks!). So it's a no-brainer once we have the cash and enough stable demand to pay for this and salaries. But still, a hefty price tag! 😅
