There’s an old trick that revolutionaries have always understood: you don’t start a revolution by getting everyone to agree on everything. You start by convincing completely different people that they share the same enemy. That's why we're now seeing Bernie Sanders campaign for a guy who had a Nazi tattoo. Labels of race, gender, class, climate, nationalism, technology, religion, free speech, etc. are recruitment vehicles that point in the same direction: "the system needs to be destroyed.” That’s what the true revolutionaries ultimately want. But once a society is burned down, chaos always follows.

The second highest number, 95 revolutionaries, came from Punjab. This year, Suruchi Sangha, New Alipur, WB, has chosen to honor those valiant sons of Bengal through their Durga Puja theme.
