They want to take away our joy and anything that creates a good feeling. It’s a psychological tactic to keep us down emotionally and creatively. It’s as if they are making it as drab and impersonal as they can in order to keep us down emotionally. They want to control the masses emotionally and psychologically.

It’s a result of unregulated capitalism, digital advertising and “Brand Power” Nevertheless the money that could have gone into architecture and healthy child entertainment was instead diverted into advertisements and chemistry experiments to make their food more addictive.

Old coworker spent summers in Germany and collected makeup to give to East German women because they couldn't buy or afford colorful adornment. The aerial contrast between East and West, the bland lifeless buildings vs vibrant Berlin she said was astounding

This style of architecture is called Brutalism. Was a favorite of Nazi Germany. It’s intentional.
