The GUARDIAN A mother who protects her child. A movie made entirely for Runway Contest. Prompt Inside a commercial airplane flying at night above thick glowing clouds, soft warm cabin lighting illuminating rows of seats. A young exhausted mother sits by the window, staring at the dark sky with anxious eyes, while her small son sleeps peacefully against her shoulder. Subtle reflections on the window glass, cinematic depth, emotional silence. 2 Close-up shot of a young mother’s face inside airplane cabin, pale tired skin, anxious expression, soft orange cabin light highlighting her cheekbones. Her eyes glisten slightly as she looks down at her sleeping child. Background softly blurred with passengers and seats. 3 Wide shot of airplane interior at night, dim blue and warm lighting contrast, clouds visible outside windows. Mother gently adjusting a blanket over her sleeping son, her hands trembling slightly from exhaustion. Quiet, emotional, cinematic realism. 4 Window seat view, night sky above endless glowing clouds. Reflection on glass shows mother holding her child close. Her face is partially visible in reflection, looking lost in thought, soft melancholy mood. 5 Mid shot inside airplane aisle, mother standing slightly bent over to check on her son sleeping across the seat. Soft cabin lights create long shadows, passengers blurred in background, emotional tension and fatigue. 6 Overhead angle inside airplane cabin, mother and child seated together. The child leans into her lap, sleeping peacefully. Mother looks forward with worried eyes, hands clasped tightly. Calm but emotionally heavy atmosphere. 7 Close shot of mother’s hands gently holding her son’s small hand. The child is asleep, fingers loosely curled. Soft golden cabin light emphasizes warmth and emotional connection. 8 Side profile cinematic shot of mother looking out of airplane window into dark sky and glowing clouds. Tears barely visible in her eyes, but she remains still and composed. Subtle reflections of cabin lights on glass. 9 Final emotional frame inside airplane cabin, quiet night flight. Mother slowly closing her eyes while holding her sleeping child close. Soft light fades across their faces, peaceful yet deeply emotional atmosphere.

I’m camping right now in beautiful Humboldt Redwoods and I can’t help but to believe that the Cybertruck is the ULTIMATE camping vehicle. 1/ The Cybertruck has minimum maintenance required. Zero oil changes or broken parts in the middle of nowhere. With no engine, no transmission, and materially less moving parts, the vehicle is built to operate efficiently, just plug in and go. 2/ The Cybertruck has no paint. No paint means no scratches to worry about. Its ultra-hard stainless steel body is made to take hits from branches, rocks, and anything nature throws at me. You can drive it through the wild and still pull up anywhere looking like a beast. 3/ The Cybertruck has a massive battery pack. It allows me to drive over 300 miles and at the same time is my off-grid power source. I can charge devices, cook meals, run Starlink for high-speed internet, and even plug in lights and tools. It’s like bringing my own mini power station into the wild. 4/ The Cybertruck drives itself. Full Self Driving handles the entire drive while I get to enjoy the view. Whether I’m headed deep into the forest or going to the city, this tech is like having your own personal driver that gets smarter, is the safest, and never gets tired. 5/ The Cybertruck is built for any terrain. With adaptive air suspensions, all-wheel drive (3 motors for the Cyberbeast), and major ground clearance, the Cybertruck dominates dirt trails, rocky paths, mud, you name it. This beast was born to get down and dirty for any situation. This truck makes me feel like the future just pulled up to my campsite, and from this moment on, camping will never be the same again. I love my Cybertruck.

I recently read a powerful article titled "Kyiv, the City with Dark Circles Under Its Eyes" by Ariane Chemin. It captures the emotional exhaustion, the psychological weight, and the extraordinary resilience of people in Kyiv who are forced to live under relentless Russian attacks. It paints a portrait of a city running on interrupted sleep and interrupted electricity, yet somehow still standing. Kyiv today is physically exhausted. The streets are decorated for Christmas, but the tree on Sofiiska Square feels dimmer this year. After the December 6 attacks, electricity is off for 14-17 hours a day on average. Constant air-raid alerts - sometimes lasting eight, nine, even ten hours - have become a defining feature of life. Poets like Ella Yevtushenko describe these nights as moments suspended between life and death: "Too late to fall asleep, too early to wake up... too late to die, too early to live." ▪️ Children learning to run for shelter in under 7 minutes One of the most painful parts of the article describes how the war is reshaping childhood in Kyiv. Tetiana Yermak, the director of School No. 157, says: "I see children who have no appetite, who cry when you raise your voice, who walk with their heads down and fall asleep standing up." Trained by constant alerts, her students can now pack up and evacuate to shelter in less than seven minutes. Many spend nights in metro stations or hallways, then show up to class the next morning - exhausted but present. Despite everything, absenteeism is low. Kids are trying. ▪️ An attack on the city is an attack on our body Psychologist Svitlana Roiz notes that people in Kyiv no longer say "good night." Instead, they wish each other a "quiet night," meaning a night without alerts and Russian attacks. She says: "Every attack on our city is an attack on our body." And she warns that the biggest threat is not only physical destruction, but emotional collapse. Russians, she explains, want Ukrainians to fight with each other out of exhaustion - to break internally. She calls irritability "the first marker of fatigue," and says that even her Facebook posts about psychological resilience get targeted by Russian bots: "This is also a Russian offensive: targeted strikes on the mind, just like missiles hitting energy infrastructure." That is the deepest message of the article: Russia is trying to break Ukrainians emotionally just as much as physically. To wear us down night after night, alarm after alarm, blackout after blackout. But despite everything - sleepless nights, cold apartments, damaged schools, destroyed pharmacies - Kyiv keeps going. Source: 📹: Ukraine lives

Last night SBS Insight and Hannah Ferguson LIED about late term abortion to serve their barbaric pro-abortion narrative. We filmed the pre-record for two hours and in each of my answers where I corrected these lies, these were suspiciously cut from the version that aired last night. The biggest lies that the mainstream media and pro-abortion establishment have perpetuated for so long are that late term abortions are rare and either to save the life of the mother or because the baby has a condition incompatible with life. Here's the facts SBS didn't let you hear last night👇 - in SA 80% of late term abortions kill healthy babies in non-emergency situations for the mother. - the number of late term abortions required to save the life of the mother in SA is zero - late term abortions kill close to 1,000 babies EVERY year. These are babies who could be induced alive as they are either on the threshold of viability or completely viable. - late term abortions often kill babies under the guise of "fetal health" when really it's just blatant eugenics and ableism. Babies are routinely killed for non-life threatening conditions such as disabilities like cleft lip, club foot or Down Syndrome. - only 20% of late term abortions in SA are for babies with a physical condition and it's highly unlikely most of these would be for conditions incompatible with life. Know the facts and don't believe the BS they try to brainwash you with. Share this post so that more Australians wake up to the lies. Thursday, February 13, 2025, 1:18 AM PDT: Latest 6Z HRRR shows a very potent severe thunderstorm squall line nailing Newberry Park, Moorpark, Thousand Oaks Woodland Hills, Porter Ranch, Calabasas Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Van Nuys, North Hills, Pacoima, Burbank, Universal City, Reseda, Tarzana, Encino, Sherman Oaks, Toluca Lake, Studio City, Glendale, Pasadena, Altadena, Century City, Hollywood, North Hollywood, West Hollywood, Westwood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Venice, Century City Northridge, Chatsworth, Sylmar with torrential rainfall high winds gusts up to 65 miles an hour. Rainfall rates of 0.50 to 1.5 inches per hour are possible. The powerful dynamic front slowing down over the region possibly may cause a temporary urban flood emergency from 4PM - 9PM This is going to be something to watch. In addition dangerous road conditions on the 101, 170, 405, 134, 5, 118, PCH 1. Many cars with anticipated, torrential rainfall in a short amount of time could see cars could get stuck on the road during the height of rush-hour traffic very bad situation. Los Angeles County looks to be bull’s-eye again and all burn areas need to watch extremely closely for elevated risk mud and debris flows tomorrow afternoon and evening as the storm Intensifies. I have narrowed down the estimated window of this violent weather. This reminds me of February 6, 1998, which flooded out the 101 freeway in Santa Barbara and caused the Sepulveda basin to close. We may be doing this again later today. #CAwx #SevereWeather #LosAngelesCounty #SouthernCalifornia

🎄✨ WARSAW IN CHRISTMAS LIGHTS 🇵🇱 THE PALACE OF CULTURE SHINES AGAIN OVER THE CAPITAL WARSAW, POLAND. As winter settles over the city, Warsaw’s skyline is once again crowned by light. The Palace of Culture and Science is illuminated in festive colors, turning the heart of the capital into a calm, wintry panorama filled with Christmas atmosphere. Built in the early 1950s, the Palace has stood through post-war reconstruction, political changes, and generations of everyday life. Over decades, its meaning evolved — from a symbol of a difficult era to a familiar landmark that defines Warsaw’s silhouette. Today, regardless of interpretation, it remains one of the city’s most recognizable points. During the Christmas season, the building takes on a different role. Soft lights, winter decorations, and reflections across nearby streets and squares transform the space into something quieter and warmer — a reminder that cities, like people, carry layered histories and changing moods. Around it, the modern skyline glows, trams pass below, and holiday lights frame streets where Warsaw prepares for Christmas — markets, family walks, late evenings, and the slow rhythm of winter in the capital. 🎄 A historic building 🎄 A modern city 🎄 One shared winter moment Sometimes, the city doesn’t need statements or debates — just light, memory, and a pause at the end of the year.
