On Wednesday, March 11, 2026, Sheriff Waters and the Director of Patrol and Enforcement, Mark Romano, watched... a driver toss a cheeseburger wrapper out of his car. Moments later, the driver then tossed a full fast-food bag out the window and onto the road. Not on our watch. Littering isn’t just disrespectful, it’s illegal. Yes, the sheriff’s SUV has lights. Yes, the Sheriff will use the lights if he feels the need to. Director Romano called for a nearby sergeant to help write the report and issue this teen driver a fine. Don’t be trashy: littering comes with a fine ranging from $150 to more than a $1,000 with the potential for jail time. He also had two active warrants for theft. “Just because I was elected sheriff doesn’t mean I’m no longer a policeman,” said Sheriff Waters, who recently cited a teenager for littering. The Sheriff and detective were not injured in the scuffle. Sheriff Waters says he will always do what he can to protect the city.

Bro we are so cooked unless we win. Holy cripes. This is out of Green Bay Wisconsin and I have to be honest the The Brown County Sheriff needs to fire that Sheriff and dispatcher. The Sheriff cited the Victim with a more severe punishment while letting a hit and run driver with no insurance off with a slap on the wrist. The Sheriff called the victim racist for saying "He was black and looked like he was going to run" as justification why he followed the guy. Notice how the cop is friendly and chill with a criminal who fled from the scene of an accident and how he treats the victim. I'm disgusted.

This tow truck driver goes off on these kids. They ran out of gas on the side of the road and a firemen noticed them so he stopped and he gave them some gas. When they went to start the car, the battery was dead. Couldn’t figure out the reason. The firefighter radioed the sheriff. The sheriff then called this tow truck driver. The kids thought the Sheriff was coming. The tow truck driver arrives. Mind you, he got the call at 5:40 AM. The kid tells him they can’t pay for a tow and don’t need one and they can’t pay for a jump either, which they need. He goes ballistic. Well, the tow truck driver forgot his jumper cables. Didn’t pack them. 🤯 You can hear him screaming and cussing at the kid. Said he only got one hour of sleep. Eventually a passerby stopped and jumped their battery and they went on their way. A couple of things, one, for the youngsters, or anyone for that matter, never travel without jumper cables. You never know when you will need them. Two, what kind of tow truck driver doesn’t have jumper cables? 🤯 The tow truck driver talking to them like that is unacceptable. Sure he wasn’t going to get paid. I get it. This is why you don’t get in front of a vehicle! I do NOT think he will be doing that again! Dude lunges at a vehicle in a parking lot, breaking the back windshield. He then proceeds to kick the vehicle and challenge the driver to a brawl. The driver gets out for a minute and has words with the attacker before getting back into his vehicle to drive off. The man then steps in front of the vehicle as the driver floors it, giving him a ride on the hood of his car for the length of the parking lot. Play stupid games……

This is the concept of progressive overload and this is what you need to make progress in the gym. you don’t need two hours of workouts that completely drains you in order to make progress and be healthy. in fact, some of my best workouts arrive when I’m on a time crunch and the quality and intensity and effort of the exercise exercises have to be on point.

$Sheriff conducts illegal stop and has little understanding of the rights of the citizens he swore to protect. Haskell County Sheriff David Haliburton pulled over this family’s white van for one reason: he claimed he was looking for a "white van" reported to be traveling the wrong way (northbound in the southbound lanes) near a roadside park. Because this vehicle happened to be a white van, Haliburton initiated the stop to "make sure it wasn't them." Under the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, law enforcement must have reasonable, articulable suspicion that a specific vehicle or its occupants are involved in criminal activity or a traffic infraction before initiating a stop. The driver was operating their vehicle completely lawfully, staying in the correct lane, and obeying all traffic laws when the sheriff saw them upto and including when he was stopping them. Simply driving a vehicle of a common color and type does not automatically strip a citizen of their constitutional protections. "Making sure it wasn't them" is not a legal standard; it is a fishing expedition. As the elected Sheriff, David Haliburton wasn't just a novice deputy on his first week—he was the chief law enforcement officer of the county. He is expected to possess a deep, thorough understanding of constitutional boundaries. For a sheriff to confidently execute a detention based on nothing more than a vehicle color—ignoring the fact that the vehicle was driving perfectly legally—is a massive failure of training and leadership. The driver handled the situation perfectly. And he told us that Prof Mills started his term and he was finishing it for him? The term was Prof. Mills’ term? He wasn’t part? Today, he has a Problem with Dr. Bawumia saying he is a Mate and not the main driver? The level of dishonesty and insincerity in John Mahama’s speeches is from the 80s. If you’re an Uber driver and your gut is telling you to cancel and drive away, don’t 2nd guess your gut. Just cancel and go. And apologies to all the ladies out there who I know have to deal with some crazy Uber drivers. But I would recommend not saying the “K word” to a male Uber driver before you even get into his car. Also, don’t put your purse on the Uber driver’s arm and start dropping the contents of your purse on him. And yes, Robotaxi fixes all of this. There you are Tesla bulls, are you happy 😂

This man ordered some pizza for dinner. He knows delivery drivers don’t carry much money and he only had a $100 bill. So he called down and explained to them and the employee said it was fine. When the delivery driver came out with the food he says he can’t break a $100 and only has $15 on him. The man tries to explain that he only has the $100 and that he already spoke to someone at the shop. The man is now refusing to give the pizza back and suggests the driver takes the $100 and comes back with change but the driver said no, since it was a busy day. BANNON: You can’t take this passively. The excuse to say, “Well, these are blue states now” is not going to hack it. Of course, NJ is a blue state, but it was trending our way and we got smoked. Yes, the Scott Pressler/TPUSA effort is important, and it’s got to continue on. But that’s not going to get these victories. It’s getting them out on game day. You’ve got to give them a reason to get out. We don’t need pats on the head. We need maniacal focus. Focus, focus, focus. And you have to confront Mamdani. You have to confront Newsom. If you don’t confront them, they’re going to run the tables on you. These people know how to play smash mouth. It’s not time for a pat on the head and “Oh, it’s all going to be fine.” It ain’t going to be fine unless you turn around and make it fine.

🚨 Move Over, It’s the Law! 🚨 The guy in the white car apparently didn't get the message. Last Thursday in Highlands Ranch, our deputies were conducting a traffic stop when a driver failed to follow Colorado’s Move Over Law. The driver didn’t even attempt to shift over, putting our deputies and everyone else on the road at risk. This took place right in the middle of "Crash Responder Safety Week" and days before the anniversary of CSP Trooper Cody Donahue, who was hit and killed while working a crash on Interstate 25 near Castle Rock. Colorado law requires drivers to move over a lane or significantly reduce speed when approaching stopped emergency vehicles with flashing lights. This law is in place to protect first responders who are working on our roadways—often in already dangerous conditions. Please, when you see those lights, move over or slow down. It’s not just a courtesy; it’s the law. Deputy Montgomery wrote the driver a ticket for careless driving and failing to move over for emergency responders. He also arrested the driver for an outstanding warrant.
