IF that were just ranch land … beautiful green grass would be back next year. NOW IT IS A TOXIC WASTE SIGHT WHICH WILL TAKE YEARS, IF EVER, TO CLEAN UP. But I’m guessing the company will file bankruptcy first! Don’t you just love “GREEN ENERGY”

The ground is probably poisoned now.

Gotta love that "Green" energy. What a joke

So that’s part of the smoke I’m inhaling right now? Greeaaat

So much for clean air and soil.

@RustySuretteTV Probably started the fire!

Nice try…. Now remind us how long this takes to put out and cap the well and purge the oil tar from our beaches and fisheries?

All of the toxins going into the air and ground is a disaster.

Best news I have seen today. Solar farms should be restricted to population centers!

Panels caught fire from Texas heat. It is a heater out there 🌡🔥

Yeah who ever thought putting reflective glass on GRASS was a good idea.

Can they capture the energy from the fire instead?

I'll go solar... when we make the panels Not a f*** single dime to China... Our sun, our panels, our jobs... 🇺🇸

Paid for w/ government grants

More, please.

And no one is there putting it out? What’s going on? That’s poison burning into the air

I love it, Nuclear is the way.

Good.

Solar arrays should maybe be in Space ? idk @elonmusk @SpaceX

Not a single fire truck, or fire fighter in sight...

With roughly 53 to 58 gigawatts (GW) of cumulative solar capacity, if treated as a nation, TX would be in 6th place globaly. With energy prices going up, this don't help none.

There are positive benefits to fires. This is one of them.

Texas will never run out of natural gas we powered shit fine for decades

F’ing environmental disaster zone. How much pollution did that “green” energy just put into our air. Disgusting 🤢

And a big power outage with Oncor

Toxic waste even before it burned

Whelp our power bill about to go up just like flames to those solar panels

Gnarly. I’ve seen this before — massive hail storm that wiped out half a solar site like this over 3 years ago in SW Houston. Fighting Jays is the name of the site. Look it up.

They didn’t work anyway lol

Well at least some good news out of the disaster

All that contamination gonna leak into the ground water. Worse than any oil spill.

I hate solar farms in Texas.

hah toxic af

Well, that's one some good news from some bad news.

Did the solar farm CAUSE the fire?
