BREAKING🚨🚨: Ogun State Police dismantles Child Trafficking Syndicate: 7 Children rescued, 5 principal suspects arrested, ₦1.5million per baby sales racket exposed. Full Report: The Ogun State Police Command has successfully dismantled an organized child trafficking and illegal surrogacy syndicate operating under the guise of an orphanage facility. This breakthrough was achieved by the Anti-Kidnapping Unit of the State Criminal Investigation Department following the transfer of the case from Idanyin Divisional Headquarters. In the course of the operation, 7 children were rescued and 5 principal suspects were arrested, exposing a planned sale of babies at the rate of ₦1.5 million per child. The case began on 28th November, 2025, when one Amara reported the abduction of her six-year-old son, Samuel Honesty, at Idanyin Divisional Headquarters in the Agbara area of Ogun State. Preliminary investigations led to the arrest and prosecution of Chioma Honest and Praise Honesty for suspected foul play. Following the report, the case was transferred to the SCID for in-depth investigation. On 21st January, 2026, the abducted child was dropped at Gowon Police Station, Lagos State, where he stated that he had been taken to Joyful Kids Orphanage, Badagry, and identified Madam Joy as the operator of the facility. Acting on this intelligence, operatives conducted a coordinated operation at the orphanage, rescuing six additional children and bringing the total number of rescued minors to seven. The rescued children include Ramsey Chiedozie (8 years), Rafael Rofiu (6 years), Kazeem Chiedozie (6 years), Segun Uthman (9 years), Ola Abdulhakeem Abdulrasheed (9 years), David Oyelese (9 years), and Samuel Honesty (6 years). We wish to emphasize that Samuel Honesty has been safely and happily reunited with his mother, Amara, bringing closure to a traumatic experience and restoring the family unit. During the operation, two pregnant young women, Tanimola Martins (18 years) and Favour Martins (18 years), were discovered within the facility. They confessed that they were recruited to carry pregnancies with the intention of selling their babies to pre-arranged buyers upon delivery, at a fee of ₦1.5 million per child, facilitated by the orphanage operator. The principal suspect, Joy Chiedozie (36 years), also known as Madam Joy, was arrested at the orphanage. She confessed to purchasing the abducted child for ₦1.5 million, paying ₦900,000 in cash and ₦600,000 via bank transfer to a woman known as Kelly, and subsequently selling the child to one Mr. Emmanuel, who is currently at large. Further investigation revealed that Yusuf Adebowale (31 years), the orphanage driver, also acted as an uncertified surrogate agent, facilitating illegal surrogacy arrangements and connecting pregnant girls with prospective buyers. Other suspects arrested include Martins Favour (18 years), Tanimola Martins (18 years), and Rachael Chiedozie (16 years). The other six rescued children have been formally handed over to the Ogun State Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development for protective custody, welfare assessment, and family tracing. Investigations are ongoing to apprehend Mr. Emmanuel and other buyers in the trafficking network, trace Kelly and the financial transactions, identify additional victims and accomplices, and dismantle the wider child trafficking syndicate. The Ogun State Police Command reiterates its zero tolerance for child trafficking, illegal adoption, and exploitation of vulnerable children and young women. Members of the public are urged to report suspicious orphanage operations, illegal adoption practices, and human trafficking activities to the nearest police station. The Command remains committed to safeguarding lives, protecting vulnerable citizens, and upholding the rule of law. This journey began with a simple message online. @acquievit reached out, asking if she and her partner could join me to explore Nigeria. I said yes because I believe the best way to change perceptions is to open the road and tell the story as it unfolds. We met @pitstop_village in Ikoyi over coffee, building trust before the journey. The destination was Olumo Rock in Abeokuta, but instead of taking the usual Lagos–Ibadan Expressway, we chose the long road, the Lekki–Epe route. I wanted them to see more than a destination. I wanted them to experience Nigeria. From climbing a newly constructed overhead bridge in Ibeju-Lekki to admire the evolving Lagos skyline, to driving through the historic towns of Epe and Ijebu-Ode, this trip became a moving portrait of culture, progress, and people. From smooth, spotless roads toward Epe, a stop to taste local palm wine, crossing into Ogun State, visiting the Ojude Oba arena, the king’s palace, and buying the famous Ijebu garri, the journey continued through Ilisan-Remo, past the new Gateway International Agro Cargo Airport, and finally into Abeokuta. At Olumo Rock, history met intention. The site has been transformed into a modern tourist destination, hiking trails, picnic spots, art galleries, games, and breathtaking views showing what is possible when culture is preserved and promoted with purpose. If you’re interested in culture, infrastructure, tourism, road trips, and the real stories that shape a country, this documentary is for you. I made a full length video about this trip. Check the YouTube link in my bio. This is not just a travel video. It’s a road story. A human story. A Nigerian story. #roadtrip #epe #lagos #ijebuode #ogunstate #olumorock #abeokuta

In continuation of the Lagos State Taskforce clean-up enforcement operations and its commitment to rid the State of criminal elements and street urchins popularly known as Omotaku, who terrorise Lagos motorists and force them to part with their hard-earned money, especially whenever their vehicles develop mechanical faults on the road. INSIDE OYO NATIONAL PARK: HOW ILLEGAL MINING HAS TURNED A PROTECTED FOREST INTO A LAWLESS COMMUNITY. As some of you might recall, i did a light report about illegal mining carried out in Old Oyo National Park which is linked to Kwara State as well in 2023. After the report which, I remembered reaching out to Ministry of Mining, a taskforce was established to curtail the activities of the miners, it worked effectively especially at the Oyo state side but it wasn't working effectively in Kwara state. After the killings of 5 National Park personnel by bandits last week, which I broke the news, I carried out an investigation to see the level of compliance at the Old Oyo National Park where lithium mining activity is going, then i discovered the said mining has become a full blown community. The current number of illegal miners operating at Old Oyo National Park is estimated to be between 200,000 and 400,000, including individuals involved in buying and selling activities at the site. According to my research , there is nothing sold outside the illegal mining site that is not also sold within the site. Items sold include foodstuffs, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, and various forms of hard drugs. There is also the presence of sex workers who render their services to illegal miners inside grass huts constructed within the area. Additionally, medical drugs and medical items such as needles, injections, and intravenous fluids are openly sold at the site. Explosives are also sold to illegal miners and are used for blasting lithium during excavation. There are thousands of blacksmiths on site who fabricate various tools used for illegal mining activities, including shovels, diggers, chisels, and hammers. There is a high rate of child labour at the illegal mining site, also known as Daba. These children are used mainly for sorting lithium from rocks. The illegal mining site is divided into two sections: the Yoruba illegal mining section and the Hausa/Fulani illegal mining section. Both sections are located within Old Oyo National Park. The road leading to the illegal mining site (Daba) is not motorable. Access to the site is only possible by motorcycle. All extracted lithium is transported by motorcycles to Bonni, Igbeti, or Soro in Kishi. This indicates that illegal miners access the mining site through Igbeti, Kishi, and Bonni. As at the time of writing this report, many empty trucks are observed entering through Igbeti, Oyo State, heading directly to Bonni, and passing through Bonni to Jeba Oloru, Kwara State, from where the lithium is transported to destinations of their choice. They operate within the confines of laws established by the illegal miners’ chairman, popularly known as “CD.” Anyone who commits the crime of stealing is punished by death. The area is so enclosed that outsiders can be fished out by them. A bike man who carries lithium from the forest to the truck earns ₦12,000 per bag. One bag of lithium weighs 100kg, and they carry two bags, making 200kg. The miners are so familiar with the area that they can easily move to Igbeti, Kishi, and Bonni in Kwara State from the forest while evading security forces without being noticed, because many of them have been living in the forest for more than three years without seeing the outside world. It is imperative that both the Kwara State Government, Oyo State Government, and the Federal Government get hold of this before it becomes a security problem for the whole country. Illegal mining in Old Oyo National Park is progressing, not regressing.

OUR YEARNING FOR A SUSTAINABLE ENVIRONMENT ONLY ACHIEVEABLE THROUGH COLLECTIVE EFFORTS-LASG ...As Env. Comm leads State officials on inspection of Savage/Elegbata Drainage Channel Lagos State Government on Sunday restated the need for all Local Governments/ Local Council Development Areas to collaborate with the State to confront environmental challenges through continuous enforcement and sustained advocacy. The Commissioner for the Environment and Water Resources, Mr. Tokunbo Wahab laid the emphasis while addressing the media after an inspection tour to Savage/Elegbata Drainage channel around Olowogbowo/ Apongbon axis in Lagos Island, adding that the state is determined to proffer lasting solution to the problem of flooding in Lagos Island and Environs which poses serious threat to lives and properties in the area. Wahab said the team had to visit the Savage/Elegbata Drainage channel for a solution to open the drainage outfall towards discharging into the Lagoon effectively adding that the out fall was blocked as a result of an ongoing road construction in the the area. He said it was disheartening to see how human bad behaviours have destroyed the roads and other infrastructure put in place by the government saying LGs/ LCDAs are very culpable for the destruction of these infrastructure because they have allowed and looked away from various unsanitary activities of the residents on the state of the roads. Wahab stressed that during the inspection, it was observed that the people in the community were entrenched in bad behaviours, saying that Government will not rest but would continue to ramp up the enforcement and advocacy approach. The commissioner urged everyone engaged in various activities such as operating illegal mechanic workshops, street trading, illegal abbatoir, unapproved parking lot amongst others under Apongbon bridge and environs to vacate immediately as enforcement agents have been given the go- ahead to begin enforcement. He said government enforcement officials would be stationed in the axis after the enforcement to monitor the level of compliance and make arrest as well as prosecute when the need arises. He implored community members to always take ownership of all infrastructure and the environment by preventing indiscriminate dumping of refuse in the drainage channels/roads, trading on the roads amongst others stressing that it is the responsibility of all residents to maintain the environment to ensure its sustainability. The team visited the Savage/Elegbata Drainage Channel which cut across Cole Street, Savage Lane, George Street, Abu Lane, Apongbon underbridge and Olowogbowo area.

Naija Confra is calling on the Governor of Edo State and the Edo State Police to thoroughly investigate the k**ling of Courage, a Maphite (GCAI) member described by many as peaceful. While the task force claimed it was linked to revenue collection, our findings strongly disagree. Our investigation indicates that Aye (NBM) reopened a 3-year-old conflict. Courage was k**led because of Eddie Bongo, an Aye k**led 3 years ago by Maphite at Central Road, and Aye members directly referenced that past incident during our investigations. This was not the first time Aye had tried to k**l Courage. The task force described Amen’s k**ling as revenue collection, but Naija Confra’s findings show it was a retaliatory cult attack by Maphite after the k**ling of Courage. Following Amen’s de@th, more cult-related attacks occurred, none linked to revenue issues. The pattern, timing, and testimonies all point to cult rivalry, not revenue collection disputes. The task force was absolutely WRONG. Naija Confra is calling for justice for Courage’s family so they can know the true cause of his de@th. We maintain that we have direct access to members across different groups, giving us first-hand information that does not align with the task force’s explanation. We are urging authorities to publicly present those the task force claim to have arrested so their testimonies can be heard. Let it not be that some cultists within the task force are covering up for their groups or trying to dilute reports to protect them from government pvnishment. Let it not be that they are lazy to carry out real investigation and just hear from what anyone tells them. Let it not be that some are trying to make the state look good at the expense of public safety, even when they know the truth. We have always supported the Edo State Government’s fight against cultism, and we demand accountability now.

🚨Have the Lebanese Army Forces hand a project indirectly to #OFAC sanctioned contractor? And why was the judicial court Order disregarded? Lebanese Presidency الجيش اللبناني 🚨It it a coincidence with the scheme that took place in VOCO hotel? 🚨 Josef Aoun & Nawaf Salam are in bed with the devil. PERIOD 🚨🚨🚨#Hassan_Bcherrawi is the 🔑!!! The story started before Josef Aoun became president, and court order dismissed in March 2025. A powerful contractor is building an investment project that includes an officers' club and a group of restaurants, cafes, and retail stores for the #Ministry of #Defense on state-owned private properties in the city, located adjacent to the #Tyre_Nature_Reserve. Work has already begun on the project, with vegetation removal and sand extraction in part of the site since last September, just before the escalation of the Israeli war, which temporarily halted operations. With the ceasefire, work quickly resumed at an accelerated pace and continues to this day, despite a decision issued on March 13, 2025, by the urgent matters judge in Tyre, Yola Azimi, to halt all ongoing work on a group of properties in the Shawakir area adjacent to Tyre Beach and its nature reserve. Recently, the Ministry of Defense awarded the project contract to the contracting company "SIS" owned by Salwan Salini under a “Build, Operate, Transfer” (BOT) framework. 🚨🚨🚨Sources leaked details on a tender, which is an under-the-table, and took place between “SIS” and "#TAJCO," owned by the Tajeddine family, which has several #suspicions surrounding it. The “SIS” company won the bid and will be responsible for building and managing the project for 28 years before handing it back to the #army's administration. Notably, when representatives from the contracting company and army leadership visited the #municipality of #Tyre to inform them about the project being implemented, #Ali_Jaber, in law of #Hassan #Tajeddine, was among those present, reinforcing the belief that there is some arrangement between the two companies. VIDEO: Fubara ordered bombing of Rivers Assembly complex, ex-HoS Nwaeke alleges George Nwaeke, the former Head of the Rivers State Civil Service, has accused suspended Governor Siminalayi Fubara of orchestrating the bombing of the Rivers State House of Assembly complex in 2023. Nwaeke claimed the attack was a desperate attempt by Fubara to thwart an impending impeachment effort spearheaded by lawmakers aligned with the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike. Nwaeke spoke in a press briefing on Friday, March 28, where he described his firsthand knowledge of the shocking incident. According to Nwaeke, a large sum of money was handed over to Edison Ehie, the former Speaker of the Assembly who later became Fubara’s Chief of Staff, to carry out the bombing of the Assembly complex on Moscow Road, Port Harcourt. Nwaeke's decision to speak out comes shortly after his resignation as Head of Service. Nwaeke said: "First, it all started with the Rivers State House of Assembly, where Governor Siminalayi Fubara directed his Chief of Staff (Edison Ehie) to burn down the Assembly to avert his impeachment. That evening, Edison was in Government House with two other boys, including the former Chairman of Obio/Akpor LGA, one Chijioke. “I was there with them when a bag of money was handed over to Edison for that operation, though I do not know the amount inside. I want to tell the people of Rivers State today that the House of Assembly Complex on Moscow Road was deliberately brought down by Edison Ehie under the instructions of Governor Siminalayi Fubara. I challenge him to an open confrontation, and I will provide more details. “A day after that incident, I almost resigned but I was very scared because I knew the power of a sitting governor. He knew that I was aware of the whole plan and that I was uncomfortable with the unconscionable act and his deliberate posture of innocence. “Another attempt was also made to destroy the residential quarters of the House of Assembly members. If not for the press conference held there by Rivers youths, Rivers elders, and National Assembly members, that would have been another barbaric demolition in Rivers State. “I realised that they actually wanted to demolish that second building because, weeks later, he personally told me that if he had known earlier, he would have pulled down their hall before targeting the residential quarters of the Assembly. He didn’t realise they had such a beautiful hall where they are now holding their sittings. “I was shocked and asked myself: how could a man who wants to lead his people be destroying state assets and wasting public funds on a needless ego fight?” Source: YouTube | Channels Television ---- Follow us for more breaking news and video content For more stories:

We tracked the Sokoto Badagry Super-Highway from both ends this month, the Lagos axis and Sokoto axis. On the Lagos end, the project is currently within Ogun State, stretching from Diya Gate, OPIC Estate, Agbara to Iyana Idoye, Lusada. Sparse work was observed at Odugbe in Lusada, Ado Odo/Ota LGA. The project terminated at Phase 4, Atan with only one side of the road under construction by Hitech Construction Company Limited. At the Sokoto end in Illela LGA, work was ongoing, bush clearing, sand filling, and site preparation. On the section towards Katami, Silame LGA, Sokoto and in Kebbi State, some portions have been completed with concrete paving and solar lighting installed. Progress is uneven and slow. Now here is what has been committed on paper, FEC has approved contracts worth N2.36tn for the highway since 2024, (N947bn for Kebbi single carriageway in August 2024, N456bn for Sokoto 120km section in October 2024 flagoff and N961bn for Kebbi second carriageway for August 2025). Just 3 days ago, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu sent a fresh request to the Senate for a $516.3m loan from Deutsche Bank, the largest single external injection into this project yet. But the Minister of Works, David Nweze Umahi admitted in February 2026 that only N210.31bn, 9.7% of expected 2025 capital releases have actually been paid to contractors. Contractors across Federal Ministry of Works projects are owed N2.2tn for advanced work. Commitments on paper. The total cost of this 1,068km highway alone is projected at over N6.5tn, borrowed money, at a time when Nigeria already spends substantial part of her total revenue servicing existing debt. We urgently call on the Federal Government of Nigeria and National Assembly to; - Properly scrutinize every new loan. - Release funds owed to contractors. - Publish quarterly disbursement reports for this highways. - Scrutinise the $516.3m Deutsche Bank loan terms transparently. Citizens deserve infrastructure and fiscal accountability, not one without the other. #Publicfundsmustforthegoodofthepeople #AskQuestions
