Solid granite steps don’t get poured. They get placed. One block at a time, each one heavier than it looks, until the outdoors finally has a landing that feels permanent.

There’s something timeless about solid granite steps. Seeing each massive block placed individually really shows the craftsmanship and permanence behind the finished result.

If you want goals, you’ve got to get your shot off before defenders slam the window shut. Elite attackers don’t wait. They react, set, and fire under pressure. This exercise looks simple, a pass, one touch through the gap, and a quick finish… but it forces your brain to work at match tempo. Quick releases win goals because defenders don’t get time to settle. It’s that simple. Simone plays it in and immediately chases her pass, so Emma has to deal with pressure right away. One explosive touch. One clean finish. That cadence matters: touch → finish. Repeat it until your body does it without asking permission. Save this and get it done today.

The kitchen was filled with laughter as the two women playfully chased each other around the counter. One stole a Banana , and the other tried to get it back, both laughing until they could barely stand. When they finally stopped, they looked at each other with soft smiles. In that little kitchen, between playful teasing and warm embraces, their love felt simple, safe, and beautifully theirs.

"They have really bought in to each other. And that, more than anything, is more important than buying in to a system or the coaching staff. They want to win with each other. That, to me, is the pinnacle of team. To get a group that wants to do it for one another."

This group of construction workers got more than they bargained for! Looks like they had a wild visitor fall into one of their dug holes! After a few attempts they finally managed to get lift the animal out of the hole. By the time that happened, the animal wasn't in the mood for pleasant conversation! 😂 This one is def worth watching to the end! 🤣As they say - no good deed goes unpunished!

Miller: They have the temerity to say that every single invader should get their own individual judicial trial before they are deported. One at a time, each one gets a one million-dollar trial in front of a communist judge to decide whether or not we can send them home. How about hell no

This is just one of many possible methods. Each time, you can use these steps in a different order, remove some, or add something else. Just experiment with different buttons until you get the result you’re looking for 🙂

The revolution happened. The day each Kenyan decided, "Enough is Enough." Used whatever they had at hand to get us here. With the rallying call, "We the people" We are unstoppable until we have a kenya that works for each and every one of us.

It was smart to bag those profits on Friday, but I get you—one red day and Natgas already looks like a snack. The reaction to that 5-day warm spell feels totally overblown. Even looking at the 500mb height anomalies, the trough over Alaska starts fading out toward the back end of the model, so it’s hard to buy into the "permanent warmth" narrative. Plus, with the SSW on the radar for mid-Feb and EoS already looking tight, this dip feels more like a gift than a trend change. If the models start flashing a bottom signal, rebuilding that long position sounds like a solid plan. #oott #natgas
