A simple but effective way to create a realistic environment is Matte Painting, and this technique also works in 3D. How it works in Blender:

I saw this #UnrealEngine material and I think is super simple and cool, I never thought about using fresnel inwards with refraction. Bonus points for causing pains to TSR AA leaving a trail if you move the camera fast. 🤣

This level of detail is honestly… *wild* 🦁 Create your own videos with fluid movements using this prompt: “High detailed macro shot, shot on movie camera, soft natural grading, contrasted lights, swift camera follow motion, chaotic. Lateral blurred macro shot following a [SUBJECT] running in [LOCATION]”

I made a short and simple combo. How many points do you think this combo is worth? I also made a slow version, which I'll put at the bottom of this post.

Camera control in AI video is solved. Move your phone → the camera moves in Blender → Higgsfield renders the shot. Your phone is now a virtual camera.

This viral Japanese outfit-board trend is taking over AI videos 👀 I recreated it with a twist on PixPretty using GPT Image 2 and Seedance using simple steps. Here's exactly how I made it from image → animation → final video. PixPretty Thread and Prompt 🧵👇

A fan made a painting of Rue. This is what we should have gotten, not what Jules did.

Asked o3-mini to make a quick water sim with an orbiting camera in Blender 4.3 using a python script. This took a few tries and some tweaking so it’s not a one shot. I’m optimistic this will improve down the road. Prompt below.

One of our editors & camera operators, Gabriel Ovalle, was shot with a rubber bullet while documenting night 2 of the LA protests. Whether or not the LAPD is explicitly targeting the press, the press is getting caught in the crossfire
