Hope he is ok, he’s been on tv probably longer than I’ve been alive. Him and Ken hom were the first two chefs I ever saw and I’ve been captivated by cookery ever since.

Turns out we have a very driven,budding chef who wants to own and run a restaurant. Like you he wants to cook great tasting food for people to enjoy and make his passion his job.
