Reservation in medical education is a ticking time bomb that will destroy the foundations of healthcare in this country. When meritorious students are unable to secure admission in the medical field while undeserving candidates become doctors, India's healthcare system is bound to suffer. A system that grants medical seats to students with lower scores while high-achieving candidates struggle, even with exceptional percentiles, is destined to fail. Medicine is a profession where competency should be the sole criterion. It is a matter of life and death. If this continues, we are heading towards a medical system where degrees are devalued, trust in doctors erodes, and the public ultimately suffers. Reservation in medical education is not social justice; it is social suicide.

Seats at private medical colleges are "THE RESERVATION FOR THE RICH". A person who got 110 out of 720 with a ranking of 11,91,412 with a pass percentage of 15% got a seat because he could afford paying 1-1.5 crore fee and a person who possibly got 500/720 couldn't afford to get a seat and ends up going abroad for MBBS degree.
