When is this affordable electricity coming? Do you have a date or a plan? It's certainly not affordable now and has nothing to do with the carbon tax.

I remember when Texas was hit with a massive snow storm, all the Green Energy producing Wind Turbines and Power grid came to a grinding hault and they had to bring in Helicopters with special chemicals to unfreeze the Turbines.
