Fauci should be called in as a witness in a Military Tribunal related to the Covid and Vax fraud and atrocities. Fauci has important testimony against other guilty parties who do not have a Pardon. Fauci's failure to cooperate will create new crimes not covered by his pardon, such as obstruction of justice, aiding and abetting after the fact, etc... Then Fauci, and other civilians, may be charged in the RICO case heard by military courts, under the UCMJ, rather than in the corrupted federal court system.
