Some Major Methods Phone Thieves Use to Evade IMEI Tracking: 1. IMEI Modification or Cloning Skilled thieves (or repair shops) use specialized tools/software to change or spoof the IMEI number. This makes the phone appear as a different device on networks. While illegal in many countries, it's still common,...

Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, on why the iPhone, the greatest consumer device ever made, is the wrong hardware for the AI era: Sam argues the iPhone's basic design wasn't made for a world where AI needs to live alongside your entire life. "I think the iPhone is currently the greatest piece of consumer hardware ever made by a lot. Like, incredible what that has done." The iPhone was designed for a pre-AI world. Sam Altman explains: "It was not meant for a world where you needed a piece of hardware that could absorb all of the context of your life. You know, you can use the phone, you can stop using the phone, you can put it in your pocket, but it's kind of like on or off." That binary, on or off, in use or in your pocket, is the core mismatch. A device that flips between active and dormant can't continuously absorb the context that a personal AGI would need to actually be useful to you. Sam uses the conversation he's having in that moment as the example: "This has been a very interesting conversation. I would love this to be referenced by my personal AGI later, but my phone is in my pocket and it's not going to understand." The vision he's pointing toward is a device that participates differently: "I would like a device that, if I wanted to, can participate and understand and know about this conversation." The shift Sam is describing is from a device you pick up and put down, to one that quietly captures the context of your life. Without that continuous context, a personal AGI can't actually be personal.

Multiple Americans are saying that someone has gained access to their iPhones While in the YouTube app, she suddenly hears on her phone typing, breathing, her ‘camera on’ indicator is lit up, she says the man was a foreign man speaking and typing Multiple other people have said recently similar things have happened while in YouTube I’ve looked into this and from what I can find it’s extremely rare, especially for the level of security Apple has For this to work for a hacker to take control of your phone or app - You would have had to have installed a malicious app or clicked a phishing link earlier. Something like a fake “YouTube update” or adult site redirect - Or physical access to your phone at some point to install spyware - Spyware or Remote Access Tool Once inside, the malware could request or silently use your camera and mic permission - It could run in the background and disguising itself as a legitimate process in your phone The “typing, clicking, breathing, man’s voice” she described could be the attacker live-monitoring or testing controls Even if you accidentally got this on your phone, the hacker would still likely be limited Likely saying in YouTube with background access only to your camera and mic while YouTube plays normally Even still, this is extremely creepy and not something you want to happen. This is exactly the type of thing you’d expect from an Indian scammer or something Down click bad links or ever grant permissions to things not trustworthy Luckily likelihood is very low on Apple iPhones with their security and sandboxing

This info about META will BLOW YOUR MIND American “I worked in IT for like 13 years” “I learned a lot about data privacy — and social media and what apps are notoriously bad when it comes to data privacy. At the very top of the list, the worst offender, the worst app for data privacy is Facebook Messenger” “Let me just explain this to you. If you have Messenger on your phone and you don't have any other apps by Meta, you don't have Facebook, Instagram, threads, nothing. If the only thing from Meta you have on your phone is Messenger and you connect to a WiFi, Messenger makes a map of that Wi-Fi network. - It collects information about every single device that is connected to that network - So every phone, every computer, every tablet, every printer, every camera, every thermostat, every smart TV, every Roku device, and on every single one of those devices - They're collecting the name of the device, the IP address of the device, what type of device it is, whether or not your device has access to that device And this doesn't just happen on your home network, it happens on every Wi-Fi network you connect to. —- And it's a lot more information than just, oh, there's 200 devices connected to this network. No, it's detailed information about every single device. Like, here's a mobile device connected - it's an iPhone - It's titled Jeremy's iPhone - It's running iOS version blank blank - Its IP address is blank blank blank blank - Its MAC address or its hardware ID is blank blank blank But they also collect a crap ton of information from your actual phone. Like - The names, phone numbers, email addresses, and social links of literally everyone in your contacts. - Your location history - Your browsing history. - A detailed list of every single app that you've ever installed - YOUR PASSWORDS - YOUR FINGERPRINTS - YOUR FACE ID Spoiler alert, it's not. Downloading Messenger means that you consent to their terms of service. You give consent just by downloading the Messenger app. Using the service and downloading the app gives consent. Consent for your phone to be used as a data collection device. To collect data about every place you go and every person you're in contact with. — Messenger is easily the worst one”

On 1/24/24, Det. Lt. Brian Tully and Lt. John Fanning of the Massachusetts State Police seized two cell phones from Karen Read. Except… when they attempted to check the phones, at least one appeared to be brand new or factory reset. 💀 Newly released body-worn camera footage (via LTL Media) shows exactly how this unfolded and it’s not favorable to the Commonwealth. Tully first attempts to call the phone he seized which goes straight to voicemail. Fanning then suggests trying the phone he seized. When Tully calls it, Fanning holds the device up. On camera we see the Apple “Hello” setup screen appear. 😂 That screen is standard for new or fully factory-reset iPhones. This detail matters as it helps explain why the grand jury may have declined to indict Karen Read on witness-intimidation charges. There was simply no recoverable digital evidence to support the allegation. We also know the Norfolk County DA’s Office never attempted a Cellebrite extraction on either phone. On modern iPhones, a completed factory reset destroys encryption keys. ➡️ User data is unrecoverable: no texts, no photos, no call logs, no app data. For those that may claim a pre-seizure reset is “illegal”... 💥news flash💥 - it’s not. At that point, there was: 🔹 No forensic preservation order 🔹 No explicit instruction not to reset 🔹 No warrant yet executed If a reset is completed before seizure, investigators inherit the phone as-is. Prosecutors would have to prove intent to destroy evidence, and that’s something they have never alleged, charged, or proven since January 2024. Is this why no extraction was ever attempted? By not running Cellebrite, the Commonwealth avoids generating a report that would confirm the reset timing, the lack of recoverable data and the futility of the seizure. Instead, they retain the phones, preserving ambiguity. 🙄 At this point, holding onto those devices looks less like evidence handling and more like control. And ambiguity, apparently, is the last leverage they have left. “Good luck… you’re going to need it.”

TikTok user (tacodpollo) with a profile in Spanish, waits for ICE agents to leave their facility and has a team of people follow them The police even have to get involved because they’re tracking and harassing ICE agents He is breaking 6 Federal Laws and is not arrested: They admit to following officers, the police say it’s illegal, but they the police don’t arrest them and instead let them go to go follow the ICE officers They do this every day Federal Laws Broken - Obstructing or Interfering with Federal Officers (18 U.S.C. § 111) Tracking ICE agents to disrupt their ability to carry out deportations or arrests (e.g., by sharing real-time locations to warn others), this could be seen as obstructing ICE’s lawful duties - Obstruction of Justice (18 U.S.C. § 1505) Following ICE agents with the intent to interfere with their operations (e.g., tracking to disrupt arrests or intimidate) could be construed as impeding or intimidating. If this TikTok user’s actions were designed to prevent ICE from conducting enforcement activities (e.g., by warning others of ICE’s location), this could violate § 111. Posts on X indicate that interfering with ICE operations is a federal crime - Harassment or Stalking (State Laws, e.g., California Penal Code § 646.9) Following ICE agents, confronting them, or repeatedly tracking their movements) caused agents to feel threatened or harassed, this typically violates state stalking laws - Doxxing Federal Officers (Proposed Legislation, e.g., Protecting Law Enforcement From Doxxing Act) If tacodpollo’s team recorded and shared identifiable information about ICE agents (e.g., faces, license plates) on TikTok with intent to harass or disrupt, this could align with doxxing. ICE has warned that doxxing their officers is a crime and will be prosecuted (They did , they post the videos publicly) - Aiding or Shielding Undocumented Immigrants (8 U.S.C. § 1324) If the TikTok user’s tracking was intended to warn undocumented immigrants of ICE’s presence (e.g., via TikTok posts about agent locations), this could be interpreted as shielding or aiding (it is) - Inciting Violence or Soliciting Crimes (18 U.S.C. § 373): If TikTok users posts encouraged followers to confront or harm ICE agents, this could violate (they are very clearly inspiring people to confront ICE)

The United States of America’s military’s thesaurus defines voice to skull V2K devices as follows. Nonlethal weapons which includes 1. A Neuro electromagnetic device which uses microwave transmission of sound into the skull of persons or animals by way of pulse modulated microwave radiation; and 2. A silent sound device which can transmit sound into the skull of persons or animals. Neural electromagnetic devices and V2K are used to send transmissions of sound into the skull through pulse modulated radiation frequency control applications. Different components of V2K can be transmitted by using microwave auditory effects. There are over 100 different ways that have been identified that are used to transmit these frequencies. Through phones, headsets, satellites, and towers, they are almost capable of running through any electronic device that has Bluetooth, radio frequency signals, GPS, etc. There are 100s. A.I. has now completely changed the game and has made the impossible possible. A.I. runs "scripts" using neural networks. The neural networks destroy the neurons in the brain and can not be regrown, causing early alzheimer's disease, memory loss, concussions, seizures, and even permanent brain damage. This is only the tip of the iceberg, and people need to understand what this tech is actually capable of doing and realize it is being used on American citizens and others around the world. This is the ultimate game changer to complete control. Now think what is capable with 1000s of "cell phone" towers being built all across the U.S. and 1000s of satellites being put into orbit. It's all happening right in front of your face, and nobody has a clue. You've been warned.

☝️The use of long-range, Western-made precision weapons to strike Russian territory would mean that NATO countries, the US, and the EU are at war with Russia. “We are not talking about authorizing or prohibiting the Kiev regime from striking Russian territory—this is already being done with the help of unmanned aircraft and other means. However, when we are talking about the use of long-range, Western-made precision weapons, that is a completely different story. The fact is, and any expert from our country or the West will confirm this, the Ukrainian army is not able to operate such weapons on its own. Their effective use is only possible with targeting intelligence from satellites, which Ukraine does not have. This is data that can only come from US or EU satellites—in other words, from NATO satellites. That is the first point. The second, and perhaps the key point, is that only NATO military personnel can program the flight missions for these missile systems; Ukrainian servicemen cannot do this. Therefore, this is not about allowing the Kiev regime to strike Russia with these weapons or not. It is about deciding whether NATO countries are becoming directly involved in a military conflict or not. If such a decision is made, it would mean nothing other than the direct participation of NATO countries, the US, and the EU in the war in Ukraine. This, of course, significantly changes the very essence of the conflict. It would mean that NATO countries, the US, and the EU are at war with Russia. And if that is the case, then, bearing this in mind, we will make the appropriate decisions based on the threats that would be posed to us” - President Putin

Ian Whiffin just confirmed what I’ve been Twitter shouting for over a year—that while cell phone GPS/location data can be accurate, it doesn’t possess nearly enough precision, “that making a distinction between the device’s actual location on the front garden is impossible” (Whiffin’s report). Being able to distinguish the difference between John’s phone being inside the house or potential feet away, on the front lawn—particularly given the various sources of interference with the signal strength of the iPhones A-GPS hybrid system, which sources location data using a hybrid of satellite, cellular, and WiFi data—is simply impossible. Whiffin’s words, not mine. The weak cellular signal at 34 Fairview was confirmed by Brian Albert at the first trial when he described his house/property as being a “dead zone”. This was further corroborated by defense expert, Richard Green’s report showing that the signal or accuracy improved greatly when Jen McCabe left, or was leaving 34 Fairview. Other contributing factors that were at play that night and would’ve greatly diminished the accuracy of GPS/location data include the overhead storm front (the blizzard), and structures like houses and trees—particularly when entering inside of them thereby directly obstructing the satellite signal. Never will you find an honest investigation into the murder of a Police Officer—or anyone for that matter, where investigators choose to limit the location data they use to exclude or narrow the area or scope of their search. John’s phone location data always showed he was or could have been inside that house. These conflicted investigators chose to look only at the parts of the data—“cherry pick”, that confirmed their bias, rather than pursue the truth. #IanWhiffin #Cellebrite #KarenReadTrial #FreeKarenRead #KarenReadTrial2 #JusticeForJohnOKeefe
