Some nice changes here with one of my students We've basically been working on keeping the club more in front of the body during the backswing In the "Before", you can see he gets the club a little flat at lead arm parallel (P3), & the arms are really... deep. This created a lot of over draws from a ball flight perspective So we worked on getting the takeaway feeling more outside & trying to hinge the club as vertical as he can at lead arm parallel (P3) This has helped him keep the club more in front of him. The momentum of this movement would cause the club to get too far across the line & create an excessive over the top movement, late shallowing & he'd get the club stuck behind & hit block cuts Now, the takeaway is less inside & the momentum of the club now allows him to set the club more down the line at the top, reducing the chances of the club getting stuck behind him I don't mind the little over the top hand path & steeper shaft in transition (relative to P3 - lead arm parallel in the downswing) Still work to do & to perform at speed, but we are getting better! Width and body turn are really important in the backswing. Many ams think they have a full turn only because the club gets to parallel but in reality, they barely get any turn. It’s a lot of “fake” turn. First swing is a demonstration of how it can look like the club gets to parallel but with small body turn. When I “unfold” my arms, the club is only at hip length. The second is the opposite. Some think I’m trying to keep a short backswing when in actuality my body is turning really full with width and no wrist cock. I can get to “parallel” really easily with some wrist cock.

Here’s a drill I use at tournaments to help me keep the club in front of me. Towel under the arm gives me the feeling of my body and club turning together. The plane perfector is used as a guide to keep things on plane. I will also hit draws and fades with the towel.

9 second Ludvig pre shot routine 🙂 That's not what I want this post to be about though... What I want you to be aware of is... He is THINKING about his swing while playing on the golf course, in a tournament You can see him make a little takeaway rehearsal just before he hits. To me, It looks as if he is working on keeping the club head more in front of the hands as he takes the club away Either that or he's making sure the face is staying square during the takeaway. Maybe both I hear golfers say that they shouldn't have swing thoughts on the course. I disagree. You can absolutely play with a swing though. You just can't play with 7 of them Ludvig proving swing thoughts are fine when playing 🙂

There’s an interview Pep gave during the Club World Cup where he spoke about Pep Lijnders. He said Lijnders “opened his eyes” in a short period of time and that he’s been “drinking knowledge” from him, just as he has with his other brilliant assistants. A lot of people take that at face value or underrate the impact Lijnders has clearly had on Pep. Some around the club didn’t even want him in the building at first. But that impact doesn't hide. You see it in how they interact. It's there in every little shared celebration after a big goal, like they're dialled into the same wavelength. It’s a proper football connection. We should be more grateful to have him.

The combat you saw in the Content creators demo was just a really small sneak peek… Let me show you more about the real combat of AIKODE… In this video there is A LOT of things going on, in fact, the outfit changed 4 times in this video! In AIKODE you can change between 3 Outfits during GAMEPLAY (you can choose what 3 outfits will you use in the menu between 200 different options). The Outfit system also changes your weapon, animations, hairstyle and abilities, (You can customize all of this on the menu for every outfit slot). While the abilities are “charging” you can keep changing between outfits to use the abilities that are already charged... and at the same time you can keep doing combos without any type of delay and smoothly change between your weapons. This one hurts me deeply 🥺💔 I'm not sure where to start but Rachaad White 1️⃣ has been my main favorite player over the years ever since he got drafted by the Bucs. If you didn't know, I'm the biggest Rachaad White fan in the world. One day back in 2023, I was at Bucs Training Camp and I took a vid of Rachaad practicing and tagged him on X. He then commented and said if I needed anything, just reach out to him. So a month later I did and he reached back out to me and I met him at pregame before the Bucs preseason game against the Ravens, it was truly one of the best days of my life. Then a year later, I reached out back to him to see if he could sign my Rachaad jersey and he did, another one of the best days of my life. He's truly a man of his word, a down to earth guy, a great guy on & off the field, and like I always say how can you not love him. Every single home game since before when the players come out the tunnel, you can only hear me in my section screaming, “RACHAAD WHITEEEE, LETS GOOOOOOO WOOOOO" and now I'm going to miss that 😞💔 Rachaad's also the reason why I started listening to Rod Wave 😂😂 I know players come and go but this one truly means a lot to me. 🙏🙏 I never saw the day you would be in a different uniform man 😢 I'll miss all the good memories, touchdowns you had in front of me live or on tv and I'll miss seeing him in a Bucs jersey running on that field at RayJay. 😭💔 Thank you for everything you have done for me and for the Bucs, Rachaad, good luck on your next journey 🙏🙏 I love you my guy and much love, UNO 🤞🏻🙏❤️1️⃣ #WeAreTheKrewe (my photo and videos)

But I’m kind of blown away by her left arm at top of swing. Its barely passed 90 degrees. Even with driver. Maybe I need to shorten my swing! I know so little about the golf swing lol.

We are living in times where many of us are living in parallel universes to each other. This semi- viral video of this young Cody lad is doing the rounds. Whether you like it or not, I am not surprised he has been charged with assault police. Whatever has happened in the lead-up still doesn't make it acceptable to get hands on like this with the officer. Hate this post all you like, the fact remains he got hands on with the officer, anything leading up to this is another matter.

On the second day of recruiting myths… Myth #2: “The name on the front of your jersey doesn’t matter.” There is some truth here. But people usually say this to make you feel better if you’re not on a team in the “recruiting bubble.” And yes of course there are always outliers. If you’re Montana Fouts, you could show up playing for the Butterflies and coaches would still be lined up drooling at the fence. But for most of us? The jersey does matter. Especially if you don’t have true 5-star size or can’t blow people away with elite metrics. I know this because I’ve been on both sides of it. Same player. Same work ethic. Completely different response from coaches. Why does the jersey matter more than people admit? First impressions. If a coach doesn’t recognize your club as one that consistently produces players at their level, you have to overwhelm them with performance and numbers just to get the same look. What matters even more than the jersey name is the coach attached to it. My last club, Rising, was brand new. But my coach, Steve Appel, had a lot of successful former players at top 25 programs. Coaches knew him. Trusted him. We were at the best fields and no one cared what was on the front of our jerseys. At my first tournament with that team, I saw more college coaches than I had in my entire recruiting journey before that. It’s true. College coaches aren’t recruiting a jersey. They’re recruiting you. But your jersey affects: •what fields you play on •who stops to watch •how risky you look on paper A well-known club with proven coaches comes with built-in credibility. Can you get recruited without that? Yes. I did. But if you’ve read my book, you know how many things had to line up for that to happen. So is there truth to this myth? Yes. But most of the time, when people say it, they’re trying to protect you from a harder truth: Recruiting isn’t just about how good you are. It’s also about who’s willing to vouch for you. And your jersey is a powerful indicator of that before a coach sees you even pick up a ball. #RecruitingRules Rule #6: The lifeblood of recruiting is relationships. I ended up exactly where I always dreamed to be, and my path made me who I am, but in my case believing this myth for so long cost me time and my family money.

01/24/26 12 PM (CT) : We’re seeing more incidents on the roadways as the winter storm moves through the state. Our HELP trucks are working to assist drivers and keep traffic flowing. As we see more slides and spin-outs, we again encourage you to stay off the roads if you can. The video shows a HELP truck assisting a driver on I-240 in Memphis on Saturday morning. We’re also appreciative of the assistance of the Tenn. National Guard with this incident.
