Congratulations! Meet Tangle and Gracie. Tangle’s remaining eye lens is scratched but she gets around easily. Calico Gracie is blind in her remaining eye and has neurological issues due to head trauma. Both have been with me since 2/7/26.

Aww congrats and thanks for saving him! Stormy says hi. She came to our door with eyes popping out of their sockets so we took her in, had to get her eyes removed and she's now the most awesome grateful cat ever!

At the US HQ in Kabul, we also adopted a one-eyed cat. We called him Mullah Omar's cat, because the Mullah and founder of the Taliban reportedly was missing an eye.

I grew up with a cat with one eye...Boots fun fact, I, too, am blind in one eye.

My nephew’s favorite toy as a toddler was a stuffed cat from Walmart with a missing eye. He saw it, wanted it and because he had never asked for anything before, he got it. We never thought to name it Juan. 🤣😂
