If your back is doing half the work on curls, your arms aren’t the ones growing. This is the right way to execute CURLS

Shoutout to my 12-year-old son, Luke—his work ethic is building some downright insane hammys! 💪 Strong hamstrings = strength, speed, and power. There are over 100 studies on Nordic leg curls. Instead of Netflix, I dare you to hit Google Scholar and see why they’re a game changer.

I stopped doing this exercise because something always felt off. No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't feel my back working. I could row 60kg, but dropped myself to 40kg to keep the form strict. Still not sure what I'm doing wrong. Can you spot the problem?

If you are not doing leg curls BEFORE your heavy quad movement, you are acting a fool (again) Why? 1. Warms up the knees 2. Gets some blood in the hams and almost acts as a spring out of a deep squat/hack/leg press, etc. If you haven't already, give it a shot your next leg day, and you'll never go back. These should be hard, working sets of leg curls

Brandon Garrison has been putting in some WORK in the offseason. 😤 Working on his defense specifically, picking up ball handlers in transition defense. Love to see it. 🤞🏼💙

Wrapping up another $2,400 day today. Nice views and some good ol’ fashioned hard work. Do I want to be working at this pace forever? No, probably not But do I like working hard and doing $1,300-$2,500 in rev 4-5 days a week? Absolutely. Stacking cash for the future🤝
