In a recent AI workshop, with a great group of educators, I shared how AI can be used to help students with helpful feedback on their work and writing. Through an equity lens, this use allows students to receive valuable assistance, who may otherwise not have support at home. OAU students are suffering. The 72-hour lecture boycott by the students' union yielded no results. We had a very efficient transport system, and now we are forced by people who have their own private cars to enter CNG buses and motorcycles, which have proven to be very inefficient. To meet up with 9 AM classes, you have to leave your hostel by 6 AM. All motorcycles and commercial buses have been stopped. This is my fourth year in this school, and I have never experienced this type of queue. We are calling the attention of the public to the unnecessary plight OAU students have been subjected to. Please retweet for a wider audience whether you are an OAU student or not. We never asked for CNG buses. It should help make life better and not difficult for us

This is a question I think quite a lot of people are wondering about. Right now, I’m hiring students to handle the newer phones, post content, and create content every day. For the TikTok accounts that are already trusted, have been running for a long time, and have a high follower count, I automate them using my own internal tools. Currently, I only handle the first steps myself: buying new phones → warming them up → making the first posts. After that, I hand the phones over to the students I hire to continue creating and posting content. Then, once I feel the accounts are strong enough, I move them into automation. And right now, I’m traveling with my family in Da Nang. This time I’m here with my family and want to spend all my time with them, so I won’t be meeting anyone while I’m here. 🏝️ I always aim to build everything in an automated way, or avoid doing things I don’t enjoy by hiring people to handle them for me.😌

We’re fed up. Canadians are fed up. For months, Jews in 🇨🇦 have been intimidated by anti-Israel radicals. Aggressive demonstrations have taken place outside synagogues and taken over Jewish neighbourhoods, calls of ‘Death to the Jews’ have been chanted in front of Jewish schools — some of which have been shot at while others threatened with bombs — Jewish businesses have been vandalized, and Jewish students have been assaulted on campus. And yet those behind these incidents try to claim they are being vilified as antisemitic. They claim they have nothing against Jews. Well, let this erase any misconceptions: here is yet another proof point that their targeting of the Jewish community is calculated and deliberate. It’s long past time that the hateful people behind this and every other antisemitic act are held accountable. Law enforcement stepping up to put a stop to this is exactly what is needed and what we've been calling for.

This is Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko. Students came out to peacefully protest, and the state governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, responded with gunshots against students. Yesterday, the governor met with Army chiefs. Today, soldiers arrived on our campus and opened fire on unarmed students. Let that sink in. This is a university that has seen its fair share of student protests over the years. With fee hikes, strikes, and insecurity in the host community, we have marched for all of it. And in all those years, even during the most chaotic of them, including 2009, when angry students burnt down a police station in Akungba, live bullets were never the answer. Soldiers, when they showed up, moved barricades and drove past. That was the unspoken rule. You do not turn guns on students. That rule was broken today. What changed? A governor who sat with army chiefs less than twenty four hours before soldiers showed up shooting at the same students he is meant to serve and protect.
