It’s hard to accept the sky is being sprayed with metal particulates each day, it’s even harder to accept that these metal compounds are then manipulated by frequency. Overwhelmingly fatiguing! Hands up those parents who’ve contacted the government about restricting children’s access to social media because they are overwhelmingly fatigued? Yesterday the government stated that parents in consultation with them have said they are overwhelmingly fatigued presumably in managing their children’s access to social media. Has our nation become that soft that taking devices from our children is fatiguing? Seriously how hard is it to set some rules. No devices in bedrooms and no devices on weekdays are two we use - it’s not that hard. Furthermore it’s takes probably less than a minute to see what the children are using with the right software, so I’m not sure why it’s that hard even at 11 o’clock at night. Yeah occasionally we get pushback but there’s nothing like a good old fashioned bit of discipline to keep our children on the straight and narrow. The idea that restricting children to devices is somehow perceived as fatiguing shows how soft we’ve become. It’s time to ditch the nanny state. #auspol

I’ve been taking the driverless robotaxis around SF. They’re safe and fun. Also slower and less efficient than Ubers, because they’re strict rule followers. What’s wild is that we’re back to a world human-taxis are expensive and hard to find. Suddenly it’s easier and cheaper to call a robotaxi! Last night I waited 30 minutes and two cancels from Uber before I called the Cruise and it came in 5. It’s fascinating to watch a labor shortage get solved by robots.

I read in the comments that some followers can’t take reading bad news anymore. I get that. I do. Is there anything good about this situation? Hard as it may be to believe, but there is. No electricity means no internet. And without the internet, people spend less time on social media and more time with their families and friends. People visit each other - even if it's to wash their clothes or cook some food. They go outside more often. They talk to their neighbors and to other people around them - because together, it’s easier, supporting one another when it matters most. It’s very hard for Ukrainians right now, but standing together makes it easier to endure. 📹: Kyiv, January 31, 2026.

Meanwhile, Ontario’s sitting on a $16 billion school repair backlog—it's unacceptable. Students are feeling that neglect. As the Official Opposition, we’ve long called for real investment in school infrastructure, air quality, and strong regulations—so every student can learn in a safe, healthy environment. The government has the resources. What’s missing is the political will. It’s time to act.

It’s hard to find a more hypocritical political class in the wide world than that of the Brussels bureaucrats. They demand that we sever ourselves from Russian gas, meanwhile, more Russian LNG is coming to Western Europe than ever before. They also want to get rid of Russian oil, unless of course they can buy it via some Asian detour. European people are sick of Brussels’ lies and deceit. They want affordable energy prices and economic prosperity!

The knee is feeling great. Got still some more time before training camp, so I’m excited to get back out there healthy come September… It’s just a more patient approach. Quality over quantity, and the idea that I can still get to the level that I need to. Just being a little bit more mindful of how to balance a four-month summer, knowing that I need the rest, but I also don’t want to get too far away where it’s hard to get back.
