Someone asked whether my anti-woke political views are compatible with basic human empathy. My view: wokeness substitutes true empathy with the mere appearance of it, while fostering actual division in its place. A productive exchange last night.

During the course of my 40 minute interview on Palestinian TV which was aired with an Arabic voice over to the Palestinian people on prime-time television last night, I was asked whether I felt threatened or intimidated by the Israelis who had accused me of incitement, being anti-semitic and supporting terror as a consequence of my views, rhetoric and advocacy against the genocide that is taking place in Gaza.
