building the map in 7 days is the screenshottable part. the real test is week six when three SOPs changed and two people left. a static brain rots faster than the org does, so staying honest is the hard part, not the build.

How does it track changes? People leaving, getting hired, moving to different teams. Etc.

The detail worth keeping is the permission layer, not the graph. A company brain only compounds if agents surface their work in a form you can read while they act; an SOP tagged into a conversation is useful when the human can verify what the agent did against it in real time, otherwise the map degrades into a screenshot of activity nobody followed.

The permission layer is the actual unlock here. Most "AI wikis" are just glorified search. A map where clicking a node surfaces the right SOPs, tools, and access scope for that person is the difference between a database and an operating system for the company.

Context-aware access is where AI starts becoming genuinely useful inside organizations. Knowing who is asking can be just as important as what they're asking.

I wonder who they watched, "watched" working this exact way in November of 2025 when all of you were still using slow @AnthropicAI models one at a time. 7天用 Claude Code 搓一个高度定制的内部系统，确实非常高效。 不过实操过大概会有同感：搭建所谓的“公司大脑”其实只是第一步，真正的坑在于后期的动态运转。当真实的业务 SOP 每天都在变时，怎么保证这些节点里的数据是活的、不生灰，比前端画一个炫酷的关系图谱要难得多。 但无论如何，AI 确实把构建内部工具的成本踩到了地板上。以后中小团队大概率不需要再去买那些笨重的通用 SaaS 了。

That kind of visibility is the dream, honestly. When the org, SOPs, and agents all live in one place, execution gets way less messy.

A week is an impressive timeline if this works well in practice. I'd be interested to know how it scales as the company grows.

Permission-aware graph is a solid idea, better than a flat vault. But "no dev team, 7 days" for real access control is worth doubt — permissions done wrong is a security bug, not a nice-to-have.
