This couple sold their home and everything in it in 2019 and moved to Georgia where the husband was relocated for work. They moved into their 5th wheel Keystone RV full time and have been doing it for six years now. They planned on doing this for their retirement but decided to do it earlier because of the relocation. A half eaten apple, the cross that was placed on their clothes, and their name that was finally carved together. #TicketToHeavenEP4 ☆ That apple reminds me of the apple in Adam and Eve story. It's like a symbolic way of how they gave in to something that was considered as 'forbidden' ☆ The cross. I saw the hesitation in Tanrak's eyes when he took it off. It didn't feel like he removed it simply because he was afraid of losing it. Instead, it was as if guilt was gnawing at him, like if he kept it on, he would feel the heavy weight of God watching him. Taking it off was like the choice to let go of that guilt and judgment ☆ The names on the tree. Carving their names into the tree feels like their permanent vow. As if a physical mark that Tanrak chose Barth, for now. To accompany him, to face the world with him // I genuinely didn't know what they actually trying to convey, it's just my personal point of view when I saw this

Wondering if you are “quad dominant” in your throw and if you should change it? Maybe you shouldn’t 🤷‍♂️ A coach’s post coming from Austin Roark 🚀⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ One question I get from a lot of athletes is whether they should change their lower half because their knee is over their toe during their loading phase down the mound. ⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ The biggest thing that I look for when trying to figure out if it is an issue or not is to see how they are able to get out of that position. Some guys are able to leverage and rotate from that position extremely well, which then I would say that it’s not an issue.⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ On the other hand, there are some guys who will get out of this position by driving extension out of their back leg, killing their ability to rotate their pelvis and get it in an open position into landing.⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ This is when I would suggest trying to make a change. I think a lot of people jump into certain ideologies that you shouldn’t do certain things because it’s “inefficient” or it looks “wrong”. ⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ Take a look at these pitchers shown in the video. All 3 of these high level arms have some degree of knee flexion over their toe. Now, granted, they all have insane levers to help them, but the way they are moving is what makes them efficient in how they throw. ⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ I think if you told Dustin May that he had to hold a vertical shin down the mound, it would be a disaster and mess a lot of things up upstream that would impact him in a negative way.⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ The big takeaway here is that there are no absolutes. One thing that may look inefficient to you could be the thing that makes someone else very efficient.⠀⁠ -⠀⁠ When trying to figure out if you should change something about someone's delivery, make sure to look at the entire unit as a whole and don’t jump into any quick changes.

I did the Danube River tour in Budapest the other night, and I stopped to think while observing; how many civilizations are capable of building so much beauty? None come close to the level of harmony, detail, and exaltation to God as the European one has done in history. But when Africans claim they’ve built everything, I wonder how many buildings like the Hungarian Parliament are there in Africa? Just curious to know? I’m not talking about the pyramids of Egypt, because clearly we all know that those who built the pyramids are not the same Egyptians from 3000 years ago. The doctrine of marrying their cousins following the words of Muhammad completely destroyed their IQ. But seriously now, why do we keep insisting on importing people from countries where they don’t even know how to defecate in a toilet? All this art is incomprehensible to their minds, they will be incapable of recreating anything like it, and their animal instinct will end up destroying it like everything in their countries. Europe has never needed Africans, nor Indians, nor Pakistanis Europe just needs more European babies!!!

you know what i realized after today’s concert? the six of them are all genuinely good singers. if only their songs were actually arranged to fit each of their vocal ranges and strengths, people would see it more clearly. for years, having most of the lines centered on one member limited the others’ opportunities to fully build confidence and showcase what they can do. but watching them perform songs that weren’t even originally made for them and still deliver so well? that says a lot. they didn’t just get through it—they made it their own. honestly, as a six-member group now, they feel more balanced and cohesive. you can see each member stepping up, filling in gaps, and growing into their roles with more presence and individuality. their vocals, stage presence, and teamwork all feel more solid. if anything, this just proves that enhypen’s future is secure. they’re evolving, adapting, and finally getting the space to show their full potential... and it’s only going to get better from here. 🤍
