It is completely irrelevant for the players on the field lined up and focused on defense. The ability to react live is impossible to such a tipping of the pass or run.

Yep this is one the things smart defensive players tend to key on week to week. offensive lineman have this tendency as well. The eyes can tell you just about everything pre snap you combine that with offensive lineman stance demeanor and their alignment and you will know if it's pass or run in game at like a 90% rate frfr 💯

Honestly, most players and coaches have “ tell tell” signs of what they’re going to do/ what play is coming, that’s why players watch film for hours. I believe players and coaches have a good idea of what the other team is going to do, stopping it is the problem.

So maybe but at the same time his head doesn't move when lined up behind Jalen and does move when lined up beside him. Until I see the head movement when he's lined up behind then it may be something. But for now in my eyes the head movement changes based on formation.

It’s more of an off set shotgun or I formation/single back (directly behind the center) thing, rather than a run pass signal.

Dude shows a running formation, where they run & a passing formation where they pass 🤦‍♂️ If you want this to hold any water, show an him in a single set back formation (typical run formation) not getting the ball. Then show shotgun (passing formation) where he gets the ball.
