I hated my previous workflow: open camera app, snap pic of page, copy OCR text, THEN open another note app to paste text. The worst. So I made it faster and smoother with Epilogue - it's still WIP. Oh and you can directly ask Epilogue about your quotes.

Claude Code can now go find the right skill itself, instead of you searching for one. it's called find-skills. a small package that plugs into Claude Code, and instead of you hunting for rest, you just describe the task and it searches the whole open skills ecosystem, finds the ones that fit, and installs them for you. > tell it what you're trying to do, in plain english > it scans the skills registry and maps your task to real skills > it pulls the right ones in and sets them up half the time you don't even know a skill exists for what you're doing. now you don't have to.

Ever since you’ve moved into this neighborhood, the neighbor across the street seems to have a real issue with you. This winter every time you shovel your driveway, you come back later and you hear mountains of snow everywhere. You check your camera and you see that she intentionally pushes her snow across the street and dumps it into your yard and driveway. Not sure what the problem is nor do you really want to find out, would you let this slide or is it time to return the favor with your new snowblower?

SOMEONE BUILT A WAY TO SEND FILES BETWEEN TWO PHONES WITH NO WIFI, NO BLUETOOTH AND NO NETWORK AT ALL it works with just a screen flashing qr codes at a camera one device plays an endless stream of animated qr codes, the other one points its camera at the screen and rebuilds the file out of the light no pairing, no app, no shared network, nothing but the camera > its pulling about 129 kb/s, a full 2mb image transfers in seconds > theres no back channel, the receiver can never ask for a missed frame, so it uses fountain codes, every frame is a scrambled mix of the file rather than one piece of it > that means the receiver just collects any frames it can catch in any order, and once it has enough it can reconstruct the whole file > dropping frames costs you a little time but never breaks the transfer > you can point the camera at a stream thats already running and it just locks on mid flight he was building a cached mp3 player because he was sick of ads and bad streaming quality. he wanted a way to send tracks phone to phone without both phones being on the same network, and realized flashing qr codes could carry the data he built the whole working prototype in one night with claude code its open source and already at 375 stars

They want heavy weight moved with maximum intent. They want the bar to slow because it is beating you, not because you chose to lose to it.
