Someone—maybe John Roberts—should explain to KBJ what writing an “opinion” entails. One of many things KBJ clearly doesn’t understand—or chooses not to. This is so cringe:

KBJ thinks she really earned her seat on the Supreme Court rather than check a box for Joe Biden as appointing first black woman to the court. Imagine the other justices having to endure this sort of claptrap every day. Now ACB’s harsh criticism of her makes even more sense

It’s beyond intelligent comprehension that KBJ is a member of SCOTUS. She is likely one of the least qualified and capable to ever be a part of SCOTUS in U.S. history. How did she ever get a law degree?

KBJ, writing a judicial opinion demands a sharp, reasoned argument firmly grounded in law, not a vague, emotional rant or a personal diary entry. Her dissent was a legally flimsy mess, dodging the point and lacking coherence. How long will we tolerate an autopen-appointed SCOTUS justice without real merits?

I hate when people get away with claiming we're a democracy. No one that reads the Constitution and the Bill of Rights coupled with what the founder wrote independently suggest we're anything other than A Constitutional Republic of the People.
