A Girl claiming to be UPSC "aspirant" at Rahul Gandhi's Kota program called the exam this year's UPSC examination as "fraud" because the questions were tough. So was she expecting High School level questions like - What is formula of Water. The most surprising part was not calling a tough UPSC paper "fraud" but it was demanding that the government should provide a "Plan B" for aspirants who fail to clear UPSC. No one is forced to choose UPSC as a career path. Lakhs of candidates voluntarily compete for a limited number of seats knowing fully well that the success rate is extremely low.
