We all try to be "Economic Detectives". What are the indications of "Why the butler is the murderer". We look at pieces of evidence. And then we conclude. This is called "Inductive Reasoning". Translated into the Economy - we look at various developments and charts (the pieces of evidence) - and then we conclude. Julien concludes we are EARLY CYCLE. I conclude we are LATE CYCLE. This is about MACRO - and how well the developments in the Economy - and hence Market - is understood. It is key to investing! REMEMBER: I don't say top is in.
