Chase Elliott publicly stumped for the NASCAR Hall of Fame case of his uncle, Ernie Elliott, at the end of his media availability today. Ernie was the engine builder for the Elliott family and played a major role in Bill Elliott's HoF career as well as Chase's. "I wanted to at least just express how much of an important role he had on my dad's career and the things and the success that they had. I don't think it would've been the same without him, and I don't know that everybody totally understands that."

That passenger, Baines says, understood the situation and gave him a 5-star rating.

He gets out of the vehicle and as she questions him “like really?” He tells her he was getting ready to pull her over for speeding. Maybe the speeding was somewhere else but he seemed distracted while driving according to that left turn. So now what happens?
