Funny but won't last more than a day. Squirrels are some of the best problem solvers ever, but they have even better teeth. He will chew a hole in that and even cans. They are nearly impossible to stop.

I give that 3 days before that squirrel figures out a workaround.

Same idea-they’ll lick it off their feet once. I live in a forest - tons of food for squirrels abound. They’re opportunistic punks.

I still like the loop at the bottom of the feeder, when the squirrel grabs the loop it spins, as does the squirrel, until it can hold on no longer.

For all of y'all hollering squirrels gotta eat 1: they will empty 2 full feeders in my yard in less than a day. Numerous birds don't empty them that fast 2: they ain't eating shit, they are storing it away in 2 of my trees or around the yard to sprout later.

I like squirrels but they are absolute bastards. My mom bought a house with a mature pear tree, but the squirrels would always raid it, plucking the pears, taking a bite or 2 and drop it. Such wasteful little bastards!
