Canadians are a capable and self-sufficient people. We do NOT need migrants to save us! Canadians can do all the jobs that Pierre is claiming must be filled by migrants, and I find it offensive that he is claiming that we, as Canadians, NEED anyone. Mass migration has made it harder for Canadians to find work. It has made housing more expensive. And, overall, it has made the quality of life in Canada worse. No thanks Pierre, Canadians can fend for themselves.

That is what I call the f*** you money that gives you the power to do whatever you want. That protects you and you have to have the discipline to park that. You get to look at it every day and every month you get a big check off it, and leave it alone. Not everyone can get there, but if you get your first pass, take five and just put it into T-bills. Really boringo.

And when were you going to stop and do what makes you happy?” Look, we all have bills to pay. We do what we have to do to make ends meet and put food on the table. Providing is something to be proud of, but… Don’t sacrifice your dreams along the way. Don’t wake up at 50 (or 60) and realize you’re no closer to your best life than when you started. 👉 Treat your job as a means, not an end. Slowly—over years and decades—gain more control. Become the person you are on vacation. That’s the real you. Now you’ve got a life you don’t need to escape. (P.S. I’m not talking about living a life of leisure. Humans need work and skin in the game. The goal isn’t to retire—it’s to choose your work and do it on your terms. That’s as good as it gets.)
