To be fair to Dean he was probably only shutting down suggestions which weren’t particularly useful ie. bankruptcy for kids as they were time sensitive with their ideas/planning. So think the girls were a little harsh. Typical boardroom pile on.

@Lord_Sugar - I think you should adopt the agile project management with your teams as that’s the way project management is in your types of projects . Will highlight their weaknesses early 😊

I think Dean was the biggest failure in the App task. It was his way or no way? They were very weak as a team overall. Sometimes you have to shut up and listen to those around you.
