I just got scammed on Flipkart — not once, but TWICE. So I ordered a ₹2.6 lakh MacBook Pro and got a used, old model inside a sealed Apple box. We filmed the entire open box delivery, you can see that in first attached video. I immediately requested a replacement, and this time I unboxed the product at the EKart office under CCTV, and again the MacBook had smudges and marks so basically not new (second unboxing video attached below). 2 times. 2 wrong deliveries. After a discussion with customer care they started a return and then after 2 days they called me and offered me a compensation of 13K which I rejected, then 18K I rejected again and finally they offered me 10% which I rejected again. And after all this negotiation they rejected the return. So I called them again and I asked for 10% compensation as it was a lot of hassle by talking to them. And moreover, I was able to clean the marks but the laptop was not new in the first place. So why am I posting about it, here’s the disturbing part: it’s not just me. This seller called "Treasure Haul Online" has been scamming people for years. Users on LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and X have posted about the same seller since 2023. For more information I have made a video and link to that is given below this tweet. I genuinely have 3 questions to ask: 1. How are fake products getting packed in sealed Apple boxes? 2. How is this seller still active despite public complaints from 2023? 3. How is this “Assured” if even Flipkart can’t verify what’s inside? FlipkartSupport, this isn't a mistake, it's negligence. You are enabling fraud through your platform. This requires investigation, I am requesting action against the seller and Flipkart. Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian on why sports is the one industry AI can't touch: At the Global Alts Miami conference in March 2026, Alexis argued that while AI is flooding digital content, live sports can't be faked or automated. "Sports is going to be the only thing left standing, y'all." Alexis points to what's already happening across the creative industries: "I don't know if you've seen some of the Chinese video models that are just running over our copyrights, but look at what is now possible in terms of a Hollywood level production of quality now with these models." He doesn't think this kills Hollywood outright, but the economics have to change: "It doesn't mean Hollywood is doomed, but it means that industry will have to reimagine its economics." Music is even further along. As Alexis Ohanian 🗽 explains: "The music industry already has chart topping songs that are entirely AI generated." His take on who survives this shift in music is pointed. The biggest artists will be fine because people will always pay to be in the room with them: "Taylor Swift, Kendrick Lamar, they're going to be fine. They're generational talents. They will fill stadiums." But the middle tier is in trouble: "Think of more like one wonder, very poppy, shallow artists, they're going to have a harder time." Sports, though, operates on entirely different rules. Alexis puts it plainly: "Sport is the last one standing, right? You're never going to pay money to take your kids to go see a bunch of robots hit 18 hole-in-ones or what have you. And so, sport is incredibly durable in the age of AI." And within sports, he sees one category compounding faster than the rest: "I think women's sports is going to keep compounding in value." The throughline of Alexis's argument: AI can fake Hollywood productions and hit songs, but it can't fake real humans competing in real time with real stakes. That's why Alexis is betting on the stadium, the arena, and increasingly, women's sports.

This year I hit the road for my biggest solo tour ever, performing for 700,000+ fans worldwide. A mighty THANKYOU to all the friends, fans & comrades (especially the #FreedomFighterOrchestra) who showed up & showed out! It was a blast rocking shows with my 13 year old guitar wiz son, Roman Morello, and releasing 2 songs with him, “SOLDIER IN THE ARMY OF LOVE” & the #Venom: The Last Dance theme song ONE LAST DANCE” (along with good pal grandson). I got to play “AMERICAN SKIN (41 SHOTS)” and a blistering “THE GHOST OF TOM JOAD” with Bruce Springsteen and the mighty E Street Band in April and Arcane fans rocked hard to “COME PLAY”, my collab with Stray Kids & it’s baby miko 💗. My SiriusXM Lithium “One Man Revolution” radio show proudly continues to both entertain and upset listeners. I also had the privilege of inducting the MC5 into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and hosting two epic superstar packed tribute concerts for Brother Wayne Kramer. As a lifelong fan of both metal and guitar I was psyched to be inducted into the Heavy Metal Hall of Fame & receive the 2024 CENA European Guitar Award. Also, receiving the 2024 Woody Guthrie Prize was an honor as Woody is one of my heroes, and accepting the James M. Lawsen People Power Award & conspiring with @uawunion President Shawn Fain was inspiring. And whether it was supporting USC and Cal State Northridge student protests for Palestine, rocking Labor Day with Machinists Union / IAM Union or opening music programs in Compton, Van Nuys & Verdugo Hills with Music Will, I tried to keep hacking away at the monolithic walls of injustice six strings at a time. Meanwhile, the RATM debut album was voted one of Apple Music’s 100 Greatest Albums Of All Time and “Killing in the Name” is approaching 1 billion streams — proof that protest music has staying power. And most importantly, we celebrated my mom, Mary Morello’s 101st birthday — a reminder of the legacy of love, resistance, and wisdom that’s shaped me. 2025 is likely to bring trouble, but it’s also going to bring even more action, and more music. I’m grateful for every one of you who’s supported me along the way. Here’s to making next year even louder.

DANCING IN THE STREET UPGRADED 4K VIDEO WITH PREVIOUSLY UNSEEN FOOTAGE “Just as long as you are there...” The headline says it all, keep reading for the full press release and links. #BowieJaggerDITS DAVID BOWIE & MICK JAGGER - DANCING IN THE STREET WATCH THE 12” REMIX UPGRADED 4K VIDEO FEATURING UNSEEN FOOTAGE HERE NOW 40th ANNIVERSARY - LIMITED EDITION REMASTERED WHITE VINYL 12” OUT NOW ON PARLOPHONE RECORDS 40 years ago this week, the David Bowie and Mick Jagger duet of the Motown classic, “Dancing In The Street” was released with all the proceeds benefiting famine relief. The track and video had been debuted six weeks earlier during Live Aid, the benefit concert organised by Bob Geldof and Midge Ure to raise further funds for the relief of the famine in Ethiopia. The video, which, like the song, had been recorded and filmed in thirteen hours, only fourteen days earlier, was shown just before Bowie took to the stage at Wembley Stadium. The making of the video was documented at the time, but that footage has mainly remained unseen until today. The new 4K video for the Steve Thompson Mix remix of the track features behind-the-scenes footage from the late-night shoot at Spillers Millennium Mills in the East End of London. The single version of the song was released on 27th August, with all the proceeds benefiting famine relief. It topped the UK Singles Chart for four weeks and reached No. 7 in the United States on the Billboard Hot 100. To celebrate the 40th anniversary of ”Dancing In The Street,” a limited edition white vinyl 12" is available now, bringing together every one of the song's mixes for the first time. As with the original, 30% of the retail price from the sale of this single, representing royalties and proceeds, will be donated to the Band Aid Charitable Trust by David Bowie, Mick Jagger and Parlophone Records. Talking about the collaboration today, Mick Jagger comments ‘’We had such a laugh doing ‘Dancing in the Street’ with both the song recorded in the studio and the video done in one day. Remarkable how we pulled it off really. The video is hilarious to watch now. We enjoyed camping it up and trying to impersonate each other’s moves, making it up as we went along. It was the only time David and myself collaborated on anything, which is a real shame.” Speaking about the song and video at the time, Bowie said “We thought about it on a Thursday night and we just went through a bunch of old songs and thought that ‘Dancing’ was one we both knew very well and then we went into the studio between 7 and 11 on Saturday night and then we went over to the Docklands and shot the video for the rest of the night so we did the whole thing in ten hours, it was great.” He also talked about the spirit of Live Aid, saying “Everybody out there who sent money in, you’re the real heroes because it’s easy for me to go up there and sing some songs, but it’s much harder for you to give money and not be recognised. Good on ya!” DAVID BOWIE & MICK JAGGER DANCING IN THE STREET 40th ANNIVERSARY WHITE VINYL TRACKLISTING SIDE ONE Dancing In The Street (Clearmountain Mix) (3.11) Dancing In The Street (Instrumental) (3.17) Dancing In The Street (Steve Thompson Mix) (4.42) SIDE TWO Dancing In The Street (Edit) (3.24) Dancing In The Street (Dub) (4.43) DAVID BOWIE & MICK JAGGER - DANCING IN THE STREET - 40th ANNIVERSARY LIMITED EDITION REMASTERED WHITE VINYL 12” - OUT NOW ON PARLOPHONE

Here Abdul Carter defends his public trashing of his teammate, Jaxson Dart, and causing a national ruckus on social media. As a lifelong New York Giants fan, I'm disgusted by Abdul Carter. Carter, on social media, called out his teammate Jaxson Dart, the NY Giants QB, for having the temerity to introduce the President of the United States at an event in New York. The content of Dart's introduction was innocuous, and non partisan. Here's what Carter says: "Some things are bigger than football, and this is one of those things. Jaxson is one of our leaders - he's the face of our franchise. He represents himself and what he does, and he represents all of us. If he chooses to align himself with a man like President Trump, it's my responsibility based on what I believe and what I stand on to not only show my teammates that I'm against that, but to show the world." And exactly why does Carter think he has a moral duty to trash his teammate to the world over a difference in political outlook? But here's the thing. Carter says he idolizes Giants great Lawrence Taylor, who is an outspoken supporter of President Trump, who actively campaigned for President Trump. So doesn't Carter have any problem with Lawrence Taylor? Carter arrogantly even asked the team to be able to wear Lawrence Taylor's #56 . . . . . . even though Carter had only arrived as a rookie, had not played a single game for the Giants, and had not yet achieved anything on the field for the Giants. Carter was told "NO," LT's number is retired forever. Carter then went on to grossly underperform, playing the same position as Taylor -- outside linebacker and edge rusher. He got only 4 sacks for the entire season. For Lawrence Taylor, getting 4 sacks in a single game was just another day at the office. Taylor, of course, is the greatest defensive player in NFL history -- generally considered the 2nd or 3rd greatest player in NFL history behind Jim Brown and Tom Brady. Abdul Carter caused trouble for the Giants his entire rookie season. He was often late to practice. He was benched for the start of one game as punishment for missing a team meeting in favor of napping. Carter did not appear to be putting in full effort in practices or in games. He was an entitled bellyacher and a complainer his entire rookie year. Meanwhile, Jaxson Dart over-performed expectations for his rookie year. He was also drafted in the first round, though lower than Carter. Dart is widely considered a rising star at QB. He played in 12 games, passed for 2,272 yards, 15 touchdown passes against just 5 interceptions. He also rushed for 487 yards and had 9 rushing touchdowns. He was named Offensive Rookie of the Month for October. So Dart had a much better rookie season (by miles) than Abdul Carter, who was advertised as possibly the next Lawrence Taylor. Not only is Carter no Lawrence Taylor, he should not even have been drafted in the first round based on his rookie year performance. Dart is a player the Giants can build a team around. And he's a great kid any parent would be proud of. By contrast, Carter beat up a tow truck driver in 2024. Carter was enraged that his car was being towed because it was illegally parked. When he saw his car was being towed, he grabbed the tow truck driver, hauled him out of his tow truck, smashed him onto the pavement and broke his ribs. When invited to introduce the President of the United States, almost anyone would be thrilled to do it. That's what Dart did. If I were invited to introduce Barack Obama at an event (for some weird reason), I would be honored to do it -- even though I think Obama was a horrible President. And I would think of something nice to say -- because that's what you do if you have manners. That's what Jaxson Dart did. He certainly does support President Trump, as do most NFL players and 90% of NFL QBs. But Dart said nothing remotely controversial or even partisan in his introduction. I believe the Giants should trade Abdul Carter for whoever they can get. He is a toxic and divisive force in the locker room. The New York Giants do not need a Colin Kaepernick on the team.
