After years of speculation, Latto is finally confirming 21 Savage is her man. Latto was in New York City on Monday (Sept. 29) when TMZ caught up with her in the street as she was showing off her archive Chanel fit. “So, are you tired of people asking about you know who?” the reporter said. “21.” Latto answered, “No.” “So, you’re not tired of hearing about 21?” the reporter continued. “My man, my man, my man,” Latto confirmed. Dating rumors have surrounded 21 Savage and Latto for years. Since 2020, they’ve been connected through photos on social media and have been spotted at each other’s birthday parties. In 2021, 21 Savage posted a photo of Latto in his Instagram Story and wrote, “No makeup [heart eyes emojis] dam u fine it’s only 1 way I can come bout you twin [crying laughing face emoji].” He immediately deleted the post. Three years later, a photo of Latto circulated with a tattoo behind her ear that reads “Sheyaa,” 21’s government name. 21 Savage reportedly has Latto’s real name, Alyssa, behind his ear, too. In August of 2025, the two were spotted on vacation together on the island of Saint Vincent. Local workers at a restaurant confirmed their presence. Earlier this month, 21 Savage fed into rumors that he and Latto were a couple with his lyrics on Hunxho's song "If Only": "Ain’t no pullin’ out, she told me, ‘Keep it in’/I done fell in love with the cheetah print." Latto is fond of cheetah print and even put a pair of her panties on eBay in 2023, and got a near-$100,000 bid.

I told Mikhaela Fuller (Mikhaila Peterson) about one of my residents who reversed her dementia score from 15 to 26 in less than a year. The MoCA test scores cognitive function from 0 to 30. • <21 is full dementia • 21 to 26 is mild cognitive decline • 27 to 30 is what a healthy person scores One of my residents came in scoring 15. She had full-blown dementia and was placed in my care after her doctors wasn't sure about how to help her with her recovery. Seven months later, she scored a 26, almost in the normal range. The protocols we implemented were: • Keto diet • Regular walks outside in the sun • Regular strength training with our coach • Hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions weekly • And a few others She moved out of my assisted living home and back into her own apartment in Seattle. She is now a keto fanatic and even thinking about moving down to Arizona to help me expand the program! This proves dementia isn't some death sentence that we have to accept. With grit, consistency and belief, she is one of our few residents who've improved her brain function and reclaimed her independence. PS. We have 4 slots left in our community this month. There's high demand and calendar slots are closing faster than we thought. Please see times available for the end of this week if interested in applying. We'll most likely close applications next week. I look forward to speaking with you. Link is in bio.

#JonBenetRamsey case update ⬇️ Netflix has released “Cold Case: Who Killed JonBenét Ramsey,” a three-part docuseries exploring the haunting 28-year-old mystery. This week I spoke one on one with her father John Ramsey while guest hosting Banfield - we discussed the frustrating journey to justice and why the Colorado Police Department has not invited independent investigative genetic genealogy labs to help solve the case … yet. I asked John Ramsey about his recent conversations with a new investigator about why they haven’t taken up ’s offer to help. He said “Well, we did. And basically what he said, Okay, look, there's some things happening that I can't tell you about, and don't think DNA technology is there yet. I totally disagree with that. I met the founders of Othram Labs, which is one of the cutting edge labs out there that'd be happy to help. I sent a letter to the chief based on my meeting with what I learned with Othram they said A) they don't destroy any DNA when they do testing on it anymore, which was one of the concerns. B) they have the ability to separate DNA, mixed DNA samples, which is one of the issues with the sample they got in 1997 they had an unidentified male DNA sample in early 1997 it was mixed, apparently, with the blood DNA that can, now technology wise, be separated. That's huge. And the third thing, they have the ability to do familial genealogy research, which has been wildly successful in solving Old, old cold cases. That's what we're asking the police to do. Go to one of these cutting edge labs, let them do new testing, and they need a new DNA sample. We have a DNA sample which was obtained in January 1997 of an unidentified male DNA. It's not in the format needed to do this familial genealogy research to be a new command, and that's why we need to do more testing. Over the years, many of you have joined me in celebrating this truly special girl turned young woman, Maddie. I am heartbroken to share with you that Maddie has passed away at the age of 21. I’m sharing a glimpse into my friendship with Maddie because I want people to know how truly special she was. I met Maddie when Kevin and I were filming Kevin Can Wait. Make-A-Wish America reached out and told us that a young girl’s wish was to meet us. I was so touched. This beautiful little girl was a fan of King of Queens? And we of course said yes. Maddie and her family came to visit us on set, and what started as a meet-and-greet turned into a real, almost decade-long, lasting friendship. Maddie would text me almost every day. She sent me funny videos, shared stories about her life, and came out to LA with her family, where I attempted to get her to expand her palate (though she always circled back to her favorite, a Caesar salad). We shared many beautiful moments that have kept me positive in moments of difficulty and darkness, and she was about to come to LA again, where I planned on celebrating her for her birthday and her recent accomplishments. Maddie had Spinal Muscular Atrophy type two (SMA), but she never let it define her. She was excited to begin advocacy work and had recently told me she was officially going to start speaking publicly about her experiences, not even for herself, but to help others. She had big dreams, and I was so proud watching her grow into the leader I always knew she was. Maddie loved her family and friends fiercely. For her young age, she would prefer to be with friends and family, playing games and our favorite, Phase 10. She loved all things girly: nails, hair, makeup, the Timberwolves. And she hated snow (though she lived in Minnesota), and more importantly, she loved helping people. She wrote me love notes daily, and I only hope I had let her know how much joy she brought me. It is me who hopes that she knew how much I loved her. I received this text from her friend Emma, whom I knew from the many funny videos Maddie sent me of the two of them. I’ve included it below. After flying to Minnesota to say goodbye (although she had already passed while I was in the air), I wanted her to know what she meant to me. That she was thinking of me in this way and wanted me to have the things she mentioned, that she cared so much, is also truly touching and heartbreaking. Maddie had so much life ahead of her. Her disease didn’t stop her spirit or dim her light. She was hopeful, brilliant, and genuinely excited for her future. I will miss her texts, her videos, and hearing from her every day. They always made me smile. I will miss her humor and the light she brought into this world every single day. Maddie had just turned 21. Her little body just couldn’t contain the big, beautiful life she was living. She was a force, taken too soon. If you feel moved, it would mean the world to her to support the cause she believed in so passionately: finding a cure for spinal muscular atrophy. Link to support Cure SMA is in my bio.

By the age of 21 I was sick of myself. I felt isolated and alone in the world. I felt I had a mission to make music and I knew I had something special but I knew I needed to brake certain inner barriers in order to access the gift. I had been touched by the angel of music and was designated as one of her givers but I could not get past myself. I was the ultimate barrier to my own destiny and so I created Matisyahu out of discipline. A self imposed jail sentence of sorts where I grew a beard, put on a suit, and took off my glasses on the street and spent my days and nights learning Torah in a basement on Eastern Parkway. I stopped music all together and at one point I needed music so bad I went and recorded 3 songs in Philly just so I would have something to listen to. I would sneak up to the roof of my yeshiva with my yellow sports disc man and listen to the music I had created and look up at the sky and talk to the master of the world. I would say please help me overcome my sadness, my addictions, my demons. Please let me share this music that’s inside me with the world and I will make you proud. What is your Pro-cess of becoming your pro self? The second verse of my song Pro-cess discusses the ingredients I needed to become The King Without A Crown. Matisyahu. Ingredients: Vision Self awareness Humility Fluidity Focus Sensitivity Check out Pro-cess from my new album Ancient Child. The destination is found on the journey itself. Don’t forget to enjoy the process of becoming what you want to be. It is a miracle and we are entering the time of miracles. Blessed love

Top ActBlue Donor in Colorado Questions $230K in Donations: 'I’ve Been Retired So I don’t Have Steady Income' Amid Fundraising Suspicions "No, my money’s not being stolen. There’s nothing there to steal," insists Sonia ImMasche, a retired Colorado resident, who has reportedly donated over $230,000 to ActBlue from 2017 to 2023. Living in a retirement home and having been retired for 21 years, ImMasche finds it hard to believe she could have contributed such a large amount. "It’s kind of expensive to live here, and I’ve been retired for 21 years, so I don’t necessarily have steady income," she explains, raising doubts about the legitimacy of these donations in her name. ImMasche's concerns are compounded by a 2014 The New York Times article that featured her as a top donor for ActBlue, where she remarked, "It can get addictive" to keep donating. Reflecting on her history of contributions, she admits, "I started out giving like $25 a month." However, she has since scaled back, saying, "Now I'm down to $10 and $15 at the most." Despite her conviction that no one is using her name fraudulently, ImMasche acknowledges that her son was alarmed by the volume of contributions, stating, "My son was having a breakdown. He was tracking my credit card and was going, ‘My God, you're donating way too much to politics.’" While she stands by the small amounts, she admits, "I’ve cut back quite a bit. Living here has kind of cut into my finances." ImMasche’s situation is part of a larger pattern emerging across the country, where donors are linked to massive sums they struggle to account for.
