So…this is wild. In five seconds, you can create a fully linked wikipedia page on any topic in the entire universe. Perplexity just dropped a new feature to Pro users called “Perplexity Pages”. Type in a topic, it automatically creates a webpage for it, with links and sources, you... can publish it, share the link around, other people can access it, and other people can ASK FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS to the page. @perplexity_ai Google is becoming more and more a redundant tool for my searches. Perplexity is so much more effective.

@perplexity_ai I instinctually reject all AI generated content that I didn’t prompt for myself.. anybody else feel like this? Why do I need to consume the answers to someone else’s questions? I have my own questions and the answers are readily available.

@perplexity_ai this feature is neat, and maybe feels useful if you're the creator, but it's not adding a ton of value if the consumer could have just done the same custom search in 2 seconds themselves on Perplexity

@perplexity_ai My only complaint is you can’t manually edit the sections, but maybe that’s a feature, not a bug.

@perplexity_ai This is really cool! We are only a few devs in a garage and we’ve implemented a feature like this but with audio, I think a lot of people are going to love curating their own knowledge and sharing it with everybody 👏🏻
