Lots of people would have just driven to where they need to go, but once you have their luggage, that's just cruel.

it was a nationwide walk out and southwest is desperate to say it's weather related so they can weasel out of reimbursement😂

With what I’ve read and seen I feel like this was Southwest today.

It’s sad because people want to be with their families during the holidays, or fly for other important reasons, and but the cancellations are for weather safety and TBH their pilots need a much needed rest. They have been overworked, and there just aren’t many more pilots to hire

@KUSINews The story should be about the stupid people who booked flights one Xmas Eve and day because it was cheaper. They gambled and lost. Mother Nature and staff shortages won! Safety first!

I read a great book many years ago suggesting that H______s should learn to fly. Perhaps S.W. I should donate my copy to S.W.leadership.

Nice job @SouthwestAir for screwing over my trans buddy @RitchieTrav12 and his wife. #AllHolesClosed

The issue is that Southwest will give you credit for your flight but forget about the upgraded seats you may have purchased. I received a partial refund. Rebooking on a more reliable airline costs more than double. It’s the holiday! So who owns that add’l $400 cost one way?

Not sure why anyone would be surprised by #SouthwestAirlines I’ve said it for years. Old technology, shitty employees (baggage) and even worse corporate leadership. I wouldn’t fly with them in the most desperate of times. Thanks #DeltaAirlines for getting us home safely Sunday

Southwest Airlines, inept and incompetent. Will they survive this fiasco?
