I'm from that area 😂 a few years ago I took one of those ferries and it was cold and rainy. The ticket guy (who looked exactly like this) experienced problems with the payment terminal and after a couple of tries I asked him how I could pay... he got really grumpy and said "screw this.. go find someone who actually wants to do this work".

The translation is not as amusing as the original. He is also expressing sentiments most Norwegians understand all too well.
