$NOW CEO Bill McDermott says the market is pricing in fear that LLMs could replace large parts of enterprise software. But in an AI economy where companies need to operationalize agentic AI safely, ServiceNow looks more like the control layer for governance, context, routing and oversight. The market is still struggling to separate software that gets disrupted by AI from software that becomes more valuable because AI needs exactly that control layer. I think ServiceNow sits much closer to the second bucket.

Why is $NVDA letting NemoClaw run on any chip? Because Jensen is no longer trying to win only at the silicon layer against $AMD, $GOOGL TPUs or $AMZN Trainium but trying to own the orchestration layer above the hardware. NemoClaw decides how AI agents are deployed, what tasks they take on & how work flows across an enterprise. If those agents run through its system then it still owns the workflow even when it doesn’t own the chip. That is how Nvidia turns agentic AI orchestration into Workforce-as-a-Service.

$MSFT is trading at a decade-low valuation because the market is focused on the near-term cost of AI while underpricing Microsoft’s role as one of the most important enterprise AI platforms in the world. The bigger shift is that Microsoft may move from only monetizing users to monetizing work where companies eventually pay not just for employee licenses but for the AI work being performed around each employee. That creates a ton of upside if Microsoft can monetize agents, tokens, workflows, security, governance and productivity across the enterprise stack in the new AI economy.

Copilot is still early but the numbers are getting more meaningful with over 20M paid seats, paid seat additions up 250% YoY and customers with more than 50K seats quadrupling YoY Every 10M Copilot seats at ~$30 per user per month represents ~$3.6B of annualized revenue so if Copilot scales to 100M seats over the next several years then it becomes a major software revenue layer on top of Microsoft 365.

$PLTR this analyst gets it: - Palantir is the AI Operating System - Palantir provides the environment and context layer (ontology + security model) for enterprises to deploy AI models and agents - This is a structural growth opportunity - The ROI for enterprises to deploy AI and use Palantir’s service will become increasingly attractive - (Regarding living up to today’s PE) Revenue growth and margin is unique. “You’ve never seen that type of growth and margin previously for any other companies. Enterprise is a huge market. AI is really shifting from consumer to the enterprise world. Enterprise offers a larger TAM. This is early stage for enterprise to use AI. The TAM could be trillion $$ level…. The path towards that will never be easy, it will be uneven. If you have that long term view, you will still be long term bullish on the company.” - Enterprise opportunities across the world will totally change the business of Palantir in the coming decades I don’t think he’s bullish enough on government based on what we see coming from Gokarp and DV, but at least he acknowledges the importance of the government sector to the company.
