Impeach corrupt and activist judges. If you coddle criminals, refuse to enforce immigration laws, and go soft on crime, you do not deserve to be in charge of justice in this country. The American people are tired of a two tiered justice system. They deserve a system actually working for them, judges who follow the law, and consequences for those who do not. Judges who refuse to do their job need to be removed.

I am exhausted watching the justice system move heaven and earth to protect the rights of violent offenders, while ordinary Canadians were punished, silenced, and financially destroyed for questioning authority. Khanna: We’ve had some approach our office and the committee. I obviously can’t get into the details, but there are people who are upset about the noncompliance with the law, and they don’t want to be held accountable. Anyone at the Justice Department involved in this who is not complying could be prosecuted for obstruction of justice. Now, Pam Bondi is not going to prosecute them... But in 2029, we’re going to have a Democratic president, and that president is going to have an attorney general who prosecutes the law—not out of vindictiveness, but out of the simple principle that you can’t commit crimes and get away with it. And by the way, I think that should apply not just to violations of the Epstein Transparency Act. It should apply to crimes involving ICE and to crimes related to the strikes in the Caribbean. We need accountability before reconciliation. So if you’re at the Justice Department and you know you’re violating the law, you probably don’t want obstruction of justice charges brought against you.

This isn’t a new story of injustice; it’s the same story told with new names. A 15-year-old Black girl, Latasha Harlins, was killed and her shooter walked. Decades later, 14-year-old Cyrus Carmack Belton is killed and the man who shot him walks too. The law has shown us, over and over, that when the victim is a Black child, accountability becomes optional. We are not simply mourning; we are indicting a system that protects those who kill our children while criminalizing our communities for far less. These cases are not tragic misunderstandings; they are the logical outcome of a justice system that has decided our lives are negotiable. In Latasha’s name, in Cyrus’ name, we will challenge these verdicts in the court of public opinion and in the courts of law. We will keep telling this story until the system is forced to change because Black children deserve more than hashtags and hindsight; they deserve justice in real time.
